The room was clean, and the staff was courteous. I used valet parking, which had a serious delay when I tried to get my car when leaving. I tried calling before hand, and after two operators, I was told that valet wasn't taking calls, and that I had to come down. When I did, it still took almost halt an hour to get my car, and even longer to get through the jam packed garage.

Nice

Big and fancy hotel. Inefficient and hard to get around. The upper floors have terrible water pressure, and there's no breakfast. The best part is the location. Wifi does NOT work at all even if you pay for it. Room service is not efficient (not the cleaning people's fault!! The people work hard and are very nice it's just the management seems really bad at scheduling and making sure cleaning gets done). Overall it is ok but inefficient and frustrating

Sooooo overrated!!!!! I had been wanting to stay there for soooo long. I finally got a chance. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! So overpriced and overrated. Small rooms. Don't even have a microwave. And I paid like 370 plus 35 for parking each night. Never ever never ever again. Towels were dirty. So disappointed. And I had to call for them to clean our room. Smh!!!! Plz don't ever stay there

This is a great hotel. One of the best hotels in Atlanta. As a customer service professional this hotel offer customer service second to none. The food was great too. A plus for this hotel is it's part of the CNN center. Many places to visit near by.

My co-workers and I were overjoyed that the hotel was able to check us in very early in the morning (6:00am) after arriving on a red-eye flight. The proximity to the convention center was great. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is beautiful it right in the middle of everything but a bit over rate . I was surprised with romantic package and she was upset with results for the price she paid. It was very simple chocolate covered strawberries and small bottles Moet champagne. The hotel is very clean and covid friendly/safe. Valet was a little pushy at arrival and unorganized at departure. Some people had to wait a hour to receive cars some was even falling asleep in lobby smh. Luckily we waited 30 minutes for ours but still to long. The front desk staff an people in coffee shop was very friendly and helpful. The valet man Miro was amazing very polite helpful fast he definitely aims to please. It was also a great deal of guest smelling of Mary Jane lol Very potent.

Two star hotel. Be prepared for exorbitant prices. $6.50 for a bottle of water had people at our convention complaining and leaving to CVS during dinner. I asked for city water and was refused.

Note: Head of NAACP is on record that they will fight such unjust practices which violate basic human rights. Had to talk to manager who wanted to argue (not my way... stood firm) .... 2nd manager gave us city water, thank you!

ADA violations??? I wonder ... how an entire floor of conference rooms can be allowed to operate with NO RESTROOMS....! NOT EVEN FOR DISABLED.... !

Read the other reviews with 1 or 2 stars BELIEVE THEM.... !

Wouldnt have minded the $45 a day parking, if there had been any mention of it while booking the rooms.
Room service was alright. Better food outside the hotel though.
AC did go out twice in our room, maintenance fixed it the first time but we were leaving the second.

But it is close to everything downtown. Which is a plus, and it means I will probably go back the next time I'm in Atlanta.

Amazing stay. Our rooms view was exactly what we wanted. Very centralized. Close to the Georgia Aquarium, Coca Cola, CNN and a lot more. The treatment in the hotel was excellent. Rooms were clean. And absolutely everyone was very generous!

I was at this location for a very short time. It is a stunning and overwhelming hotel - very BIG! Check-in and out was quick. I checked in online. Staff is courteous. There is only valet parking at the hotel, for $45, Although there are parking garages nearby, the first time visitor to the Atlanta Omni wouldn't know because website pushes the valet service as an amenity. Very bustling area, central. I doubt I will ever return. For the business traveler I highly recommend.

Our stay at the Omni Hotel was nice. The hotel room was large and for the most part good, but not great. Furniture was worn, porch door did not seal well and carpet was loose. Our view of Olympic Centennial Park, however, was amazing, albeit loud due to the porch door. The dining options in the CNN food court area were great too and staff was very friendly. Parking was expensive ($35/night), but this might be the norm in cities such as Atlanta. I would stay again for a discounted price (we had a Groupon), but wouldn't pay full price.

Hotel and room was ok but overal I hat terrible experience. Parking was headache because of trafic and mess inside as well. Maybe Suturday night was the reason... Parking is wallet only and their website fails to let you know. If you complain they,ll tell you that it is 3rd party. Plus its expensive compared to nearby ones where you will end up parking if you plan to visit neaeby places. I got charched extra about 6.50$ and no idea for what so.. 2 stars

Lovely place--especially the South Tower. Originally we were given a room in the North Tower, which was not as spacious or new, and it didn't have much of a view. When I asked for another room, Jermaine accommodated me right away, and our new room was much better. We had a gorgeous view of the park, plenty of room, and comfortable beds. Most everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The food in the Prime Meridian restaurant was great, but the waiters were not always as friendly as other hotel workers. Service there was pretty quick and appreciated as we were there for a conference.
Checkout went very well--we needed to catch an Uber at 4:30am for a flight home, and Robert took the time to accompany us to the pickup point and even walk with us to the street for pickup. (The street was partially blocked off due to the marathon later that day.) All in all--a wonderful experience!

Personnel are super friendly and professional. Only reason for 1 star missing we're the flies I had to chase around the room and kill and that the AC wasn't working. I figured it out but the vent was stuck. The bar had good food and a great selection of spirits as well as great service and friendly staff.

I love the Omni, downtown Atlanta. It is connected to the CNN food court and across the street from the GWCC. Very convenient for a business convention at M. Benz Stadium & GWCC.. GREAT HOTEL.

Staff are very helpful, rooms are nice. Wold have received a 5 star rating if parking were a more reasonable price. $40 per day is too much when your already a guest and paying the Omni prices for a room.

Way over priced for how outdated this hotel is. The staff was very professiona but to charge your guests $45 to park is absurd. Also we tried your $24 breakfast buffet and it was not worth what it cost. At best I d pay $15 to Have the buffet again.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had at this hotel. The staff when I checked in was totally uninterested. I never had coffee set up in my room, so I had to call room service each day for that to happen. My room key at one point didn't work, so one of the front desk associates (really nice brunette with a german? accent) came with me up to my floor to make sure the keys worked. They did, but when I returned the same night after dinner, they once again did not work. When I made the trek for the THIRD time to correct this, I was interrogated as if I was a criminal, EVEN though I had already been staying at the hotel for 5 days. Luckily, the same kind woman I just spoke of came out of the back at the right time, and took care of the situation. Pitiful display of service.

I have been staying at this hotel for the last several years, because of the great rate I have been given, and the proximity to the mart. With the park continuing to be closed, and the rates no longer any better than other hotels, I will be leaving this hotel beginning January 2020. I would leave sooner, but I am booked for July with no cancellation because of a locked in rate.
I AM NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER. They way I was treated was totally unexceptable.

Just as good as any large Omni, but there is a strange timeframe in which no room service is available. If I remember correctly, it was between 3-5pm. I had to go to the CNN Center food court!

Room ending with 26 in south tower have a wonderful view, bed was comfy room spacious enough for 1 or 2 bathroom is big too, bathtub shower is plenty but not the most luxurious I have seen.. Overall, it's plenty ok

The rooms are okay - certainly clean and well kept. You're staying here for the location, location, location. The service is nice and the staff is top notch. They need to put some love towards decor and updates.

I only spent time in the main food court area before a concert. A wide variety of food choices. The staff and security work together to make this a fun place to eat before a concert.

Went to the food court while at a company convention. 60,000+ people dumped on this area of town, made the food court lines extremely long and the whole area was just too crowded to even walk through. Ended up just leaving.

This place was great. Such a good stay. One of the first nights something went wrong in our room with the heater/air conditioner and they came right away to try and fix it. With no avail they upgraded our room. I felt very taken care of. This hotel is impressive and I loved the view of the stadium. For sure will be staying here again if I ever come back to ATL.

No a/c and very large obstruction in the shower drain that required two maintenance men to resolve it. South Tower needs some serious attention. People were fantastic, but the property was not up to snuff. Not sure I will stay @ an Omni again.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Everything went wrong. Very unprofessional and ratchet. Only one elevator coming down at a time and no stairs going up elevator capacity was limited took over 30 minutes to get on. Staff was extremely rude about it. Shower would not drain. Absolutely no way to find the lobby. $45 fee to park. Television isn t hooked up all the way. And the list goes on.
