2 hour wait at customs, and the employees kept taking people from the back of the line to the front! Terrible experience

New airport is nice but services are terrible, third day after opening very few shops open, glass panel gates that do not open, in 1 h my flight changed three times, and finally airplane was delay 1h 30min due to bad loading of cargo stuff and refuel.
Maybe they need another thee months to become operative.

Very poor planning in immigration at arrival. Officials in immigration counters don't give priority to the persons who are waiting for long time. I waited for 2 hours for my immigration.

.this is a new airport...not crowded during my transit...i passed the security check point quickly. the boarding pass can be checked by machines by scanning..laptop should be removed from your bag. there are many different furnitures that add elegance and artistic design to the area. photography is prohibited...i used wifi to send messages...

Ridiculously slow and inefficient transfer desk (don't risk it with short connections, took us an hour to get a boarding pass for connecting flight). Prime lounge under renovation with drilling noise and dust, yet at full price.

Not a big airport. Most annoying thing is you are unable to charge your phone or laptop if you don't have an adapter. Quite difficult to pass your time if you have a long transit here.

New Airport of Oman in Muscat which opened in this year only. Very beautiful airport. All the Airport staff is very nice. Oman is home to nicest people, very elegant and humble who respect and show humility towards everyone. Airport is a glimpse of the beauty of Oman. Come and Explore.

Airport is excellent. Wifi speed is best in the world that makes communications easier. Only thing i found lot of people sleeping o seats infront of boarding gates. Makes it difficult to seat other passangers. Need some security guys there to kick them out

Kind of beautiful, but compared to other airports, it is not beautiful enough

The New terminal is big and beautiful. Simply cool airport and attractive. The main departure lobby is scenic. And the food stalls have rush to get foods. Very beautifully created one. Simply awesome.

This airport is rotten the toilets are disgusting in all I was in a hurry to leave it is 1h30 stopover but on the other hand the country is magnificent

This airport is strategically located in Muscat. The airport is very clean with good food choices, it also has a big number of chairs. The airport is starting to become crowded due to big volume of passengers.

I using this airport when transit with Oman air to Cairo. Quite convenient but with 2h slow speed WiFi free.

The facilities got improved from the old building. However food court need to improve.

A beautiful and wonderful place ... more than just an airport

When I saw the new airport terminal I was shocked . What an architectural. Amazing perfection. Inside was so nice. Very clean and tidy. It is one of the amazing airport I couldn't saw airport same like this before. You will never get confused. Each and every corner help desk is there. So you can easily avoid all confusion . Service is excellent. Lot of chair and cushion is there so you can sit and relax. Lot of shop is inside. You can purchase what ever you want. Liquor shop is too big. All varieties are there. Always have good offer so you can afford the price too. Good restaurants ice cream shops sweet shop everything is inside. When it concludes I can say you will definitely fall in love with this place.

The airport is large and beautiful and well organized and the interior design and coordination is beautiful and comfortable.

The exhausts in washrooms and smoking rooms must need improvements!

This airport is just WOW - top organized, everything is very fast and above all everything is super modern! We had a very pleasant and especially varied stopover.

Just for transit, + nice and tidy airport
-have a bit unexpected experience at money changer, it is "Global Money Exchange". We're changing IDR 200000 to OR, it should be OR 4,2 but we only get OR 2,2. Asking back to the operator and said it was a charge OR 2, a bit upset since we just need to buy a drink but we had to be charged a half for it.

Oh my country, you won in this wonderful and beautiful airport. Personally, I was impressed by it and in it and the views from outside to inside

Small Airport but hassle free. They have easy access to check in then you can move directly to the gates with out using escalator. Less crowded well maintained.

It's cool, does it's job however If you stay more than an hour in this airport you realise how boring it is compare to other airports.

Airport is neat clean..not so spacious..but fine...yet not commercialized..you don't big fuss around...just simple traveling experience

Everything is good except the wifi which often hard to get through.

One of the best airports I've visited!! It has free high speed wifi for 2 hours but you can use for unlimited time. Great services and apron views...

Nice, Bigger, Neater and modern. However it could do with more multi-lingual staff to simply point you to directions. If you enter "wrong entry" you can't even see the support desk. Which last time I visited the 3 ladies were too busy talking to each other! Also almost always (from old airport to new airport), the rubber stamp has run out of ink!

Marvellous service with world class facility. Staff is very supportive. Uneducated person will find the way. Food option are more but costly. More space for sitting and wifi is good. Very clean and hygene wise good. Stafisfvery friendle and very welversedlin their work.

I visited Oman air port so many times old and new, but I liked old airport seating plan than new one. At new airport there is no benches for long transit passengers. If some sofas and benches are available they are in zigzag designs that no one can sit properly ,sleep on them ,no way. It s very difficult to sit even. Number of seats are less while passengers are more.
People of Oman are very polite and humble.
Suggestions:
1. Govt.of Oman increase check in points.
For passengers seating plan should be increased.

Simple neat and small airport with most of the facilities available like lounge, duty free, Irish bar, pharmacy, restaurants e.t.c
