Appallingly void! I have NEVER I mean NEVER had to receive reminders, unpaid bills, formal notices ... in all my life, from any organization whatsoever! Well, with them, while the invoices received and known (that is important) are paid ruby on the nail, they harass us with reminders and formal notices! There are even more words of the incapable! For info I am not the only one! 0 pathetic tourists! Despite our rants our interventions ... nothing helps! Formal notice received this morning from an organization in Reims! They will hear me!
0 star does not exist?

EDIT of 06/21/18: after contacting the collection agency, they told us that they were inundated with errors of this type! With this lack of professionalism and efficiency, our bills will increase further! Needlessly!

Deplorable service,
The opening for the water meter takes 3 days and is not done during the day as promised during the subscription to the contract. I find myself living without water. But the most worrying is the mediocrity of their service. People who have it on the phone are unpleasant, and show little interest in our problems.

How do you explain that my bill increases by 150 euros every 6 months while I do not change my habit and there are no more people at home! Moreover before I paid 33 euros per month now that it is Ileo, I pay 480 euros minimum (yes because the price changes all the time) for 6 months or 80 euros per month. Nothing can explain that apart from the fact that you steal people, that you are an escro who charges people randomly without considering consumption.
