I can appreciate that the job of a recruiter is extremely busy and they probably don't have a lot of time on their hands to spare for candidates who might not be suitable to the roles they are currently recruiting for. However, I find it unacceptable that they do not return calls or emails within an appropriate time frame. I have had to chase and follow up. I know your service is free to candidates, however, looking for a job isn't the easiest task in the world. So if you are not able to help someone let them know sooner rather than later because they could be keeping all their hopes high on the return of your call or email. I am hugely disappointed with the service that you offer and I won't be using you in the future. For anyone looking for payroll jobs they won't help you unless you have the perfect CV. They won't even return your calls or emails unless you chase and follow up. I would highly recommend going to Portfolio Payroll or Hays where the consultants actually care about providing a service.

I've have contacted this company twice now and they haven't been particularly great on both occasions. On the first occasion they just ignored my email and call. On the second occasion I spoke to three separate consultants and all they suggested was a role with a 2 hour commute paying less than my current salary. I ended up securing interviews at some of the biggest media & tech firms in the world so I'm not a bad candidate. I wouldn't really recommend based on my personal experience.
I can t recommend Oakleaf Partnership enough, especially Linda Giacomantonio. I understand how busy they must be with other candidates and talking to hiring managers etc. but Linda ALWAYS kept me in the loop, with phone calls, texts, emails etc. and she was always going the extra mile which finally resulting in me securing a role. Their service and attitude was exceptional and would highly recommended them to both colleagues and businesses
Just had a call from a girl in the office, couldnt believe her attitude from the off. First thing she says to me is, i cant tell you the name of the company. Hadnt even asked love. Im an experienced recruiter and had plenty of questions to ask. My first being about average hire rate within the company. Immediately standoffish attitude toward that (she didnt know the answer) asked me to justify my question which i did as salary was in question and was then told that with that attitude i wouldnt be the right culture fit. Customer service rating absolute 0. I'd give no stars if i could.

Sadly another 1 star review. I moved to the UK and applied for a number of jobs via Oakleaf in the summer and not one response to many of my emails and phone calls. A number of my peers in my network have had the same experience where they simply do not respond. The consultants are in the fortunate position of having an income and do not appreciate how frustrating it is to chase. There are more professional businesses that are far more courteous even if your face doesn't fit.
It has been an absolute joy working with Jodie Wolrich who has helped me finding my dream role. She took the time to meet me and listen to what I was looking for and had an excellent match. Thanks to having all the details I needed I was able to prepare for the interviews and I'm looking forward to starting my new role in the New Year! THANK YOU JODIE!
