We went to Olympia for breakfast on mothers day. They had a wonderful buffet and it was only about 13$ a person.

Very cheap !! 11 bucks for a day at the pool !! That is a great price for how the econimy is!! Very relaxing also!!

The hotel is okay (the rooms seem really old and the bathrooms aren t the best); however they charged me an additional pet fee wrongfully to my credit card. I called and told them. The lady at the front desk was nice, but told me I would have to talk to the manager. She transferred me to the managers voicemail and I explained my situation and asked for him to call me when he was in the office. I haven t heard from anyone since, and it s been a week. I have tried calling back multiple times and every time there is no answer. I will not be staying with them again in the future - poor management.

They told us to wait five mintues for our room to be ready 2 hours later and we are still waiting

Sad to see this property go to waste...prime location just minutes from I-94

They're was mold and dead bugs in the window sill, below the windows the wallpaper is peeling because of a dark black and gray layer of mold behind it, in the corners of the bathroom there was more mold and no bathroom fan to keep moisture out, the beds were lumpy and there were crumbs in the bed when I pulled down the comforter and got in. And not to mention the walls are paper thin and the people in the room over were blasting music all night and morning. You could hear them chopping up drugs as well.

Great venue for parties and weddings, but they need a serious loan to get the place in great shape again.

We visited for a dance competition and they do very well accommodating the event.

Very nice inside, deceiving looks on the outside. A lot of things to do.

I booked a room for Aug. 8th, 2015. When I checked out, I found that the order was uncancelable, but there was cancellation insurance provided by AlIianz could buy, so I bought the insurance. However, my dad in Chinese was very ill, in critical condition, my relative informed me. I might have to go China anytime. So I cancelled the trip and called the hotel to cancel the room on Aug. 3rd. When I asked Allianz to get my money back, provide the copy of my relative message, but I was asked to show the China hospital's statement to prove. The hospital refused to do so because it has never done so. Don't book this hotel no matter how it is. Don't trust Allianz travel insurance.

The service was horrible at the hotel bar. Two bartenders behind the bar. Maybe 10 people in the bar. We walk in and sit down. Bartender #1 walked past us multiple times without asking if we (or anyone else) needed a drink. Bartender #2 serves a couple to our left that was there before us. A lady arrives and sits down to the left of us. He proceeded to serve her. Then two guys sit down to the right of us. He walks past us and asked them what they wanted. At point we picked up our money and leave. No wonder why the place is closing down.

It's wonderful to have such a great venue for big events nearby and not have to drive all the way downtown Milwaukee. The rooms are a bit too far from where the ballrooms are located though.

Only wished the swimming pool and spa were updated and spa included with our stay. Buffet was ok, sometimes just lukewarm. However, the wait staff was fantastic!

Went up to use the spa. Had been there years ago, and had good memories. I should have stayed home with the memories. Hasn't been cleaned or renovated in years. They need to sell out to real hoteliers.

The staff was ridiculous. Got a late check in, they forgot our romance package, they were unapologetic.

Reminds me of the Bates motel in Hitchcock film. Time for a major facelift.

I helped out with a beauty pageant there. The stage and everything was so beautiful.

Went for a conference. Nice large Banquet hall that was able to hold a large group

It was a nice place with some neat features like a golf simulator room. But it's closed now and may stay that way. When it opened there weren't many things around it and it was more special. But by the time it closed a few weeks ago it had slipped a little.

It would be nice to see it revived or put to some other use, but it will take some creative vision and a lot of money to make that happen.

Don't let the outside fool you. The inside doesn't look like the outside and the pictures they have on here website doesn't look like what the rooms really look like. The walls are chipped the wood panels half of them are missing and broken. Everything in the room is so out dated. The bathroom is dirty, the pool area the walls are peeling and turning brown. JUST NASTY WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.

Really old, outdated, and not well maintained. Took my husband there for his birthday and we ended up leaving two hours later. I had him booked for a massage but they didn't have any robes large enough for him (he's 6'3") because they "had a number of large women in the spa that day." The spa facility itself was very run down and disappointing. As soon as I walked into our whirl pool suit I could see torn carpet and stains. Not to mention there several living and dead bees in the room! The only redeeming quality is that the manager and maintenance staff were very nice and let us leave without charging us a cancellation fee.

Bring your own towels to the pool area because they ask for them back after you leave the pool so we all walked back to our rooms soaked and cold! The outdoor pool said it closed at 10pm but had to close at six because the "lifeguard" was off at 6. Sooo the entire pool is shut down on a hot summer day on a SATURDAY with a bar at 6pm! Stupid. The so called arcade took my kids money and the juke box didn't work either. The restaurant was dead and still took forever to get our food. Their lemonade was ice water with lemons! Ha! Wow I was embarrassed I took my family here and cancelled our next day to stay there. We originally booked for two nights for labor day weekend but after being there a few hours there was no need to stay an extra night. That'd be torture. Halls smelled like a wet dog and then i seen a couple walking down the hall...with a dog. Do not stay here. Don't let the groupon pictures and deal fool you!

If there was a way to leave a worse rating I would. We were in town for a wedding and had a room reserved as part of the wedding block. Our room was supposed to be ready by 3. They told us it would be 20 a minute wait. After an hour and a half we still didn't have our room and were late to the wedding. The most frustrating part was me overhearing 2 employees who may have been managers see there was an issue and say "I wonder what's going on there? Let's walk away so we don't have to deal with it." I will never go back

The food for the wedding was delicious. The hall was decorated well and the staff friendly.

Good place to stay at. Would recommend to others. Good service.

Rooms were not very maintained, kind of run down feeling. Very over priced and billing for things I never charged for. Overall the ac worked and it was a room to sleep in not much more. Beds were ok

This place is tired. Staff has always been nice. Ricks resturant breakfast is great... Bar is ill say good. Other than that It's just a place to sleep. By know means is it a dump either. Its just older and could use some money put it no it...

Visited a large ballroom for a company meeting. Very nice place

I recently attended a seminar here. The room was well set up and clean easy to see the stage. It is also nice that you can park anywhere, even if the lot is full that conference center as hallways attach everything and you can stay inside once you are there

Like stepping back in time - an old-school resort for a more relaxed stay. But they still offered any modern amenity we could want. And the poolside bar was top notch.

Buildt in 1976 and it shows, they need a complete remodel. Handicap accessibility is poor. You need to take the freight elevator to get to the lower level meeting rooms.

We spent quite a bit of money for this event that turned out to be a disappointment. We were there for five minutes and left

Dated and not clean. Ceiling tiles falling in and disintegrating in areas. Simple things like vacuuming and wiping down walls would make a big difference in the appearance.

Could be a beautiful place, but needs a major cleaning and update.

This place is a total dump. Not worth the time or energy to stay here. The owners are money grubbing jerks and could care less about you. I have sent many complaints to the management about missing reservations, and my room having a caved in ceiling only to fall to deaf ears.

I stayed here two nights for a conference with my family. There were cobwebs in the windows, peeling paint, and broken blinds all in the common areas. It really seemed as if they didn't have a cleaning staff. The room we stayed in wasn't much better. The sink kept standing water in it, the water in the shower was yellow, and the bathroom wasn't clean. There were more cobwebs and broken blinds in our room and the laminate was peeling off of the countertop. The spa area smelled of mildew/mold and one of the bathrooms in the men's area was dilapidated, unclean, and rusty. I would not stay here again.

Stayed new years eve and ice was inside our room on windows and the heaters didnt work
new years eve party was nothing to talk about. Not going back there again

The property is dated and check in is extremely slow when there for a conference due to lack for staffing. We have been there four years for an annual show and each year it seems they are unprepared with staffing.

I have it a four due to the fact that the event that was being hosted was CRAZY (a 3 day rave) and they kept the flow organized and friendly. However, our room had very odd temperatures. It was sweltering when we arrived and immediately turned it down. After that we couldn't get the temp quite right. The shower situation was HORRIBLE! It never got hot and at its warmest (that's me being generous) the water pressure was barely a trickle. The resort itself is showing signs of being a bit outdated but is still an endless and nice place to visit.

My friend was getting married so she rented a suite (basically two adjoining rooms with the door off). It was rented so the bride and bridesmaids could get ready before taking the hotel shuttle (rusty passenger van that took 20 minutes for the air to kick on) to the reception hall. When driving up to the front of the hotel it appeared dated and the grounds had basic care (grass cut but weeds in the gardens). When entering the hotel the reception desk is on the right side of the large open space. Staff greeted me and was very friendly. While walking to the room I past the restaurant, outside and inside pools. Pools looked nice but I wasn't there to swim. The 2 room suite was dated and dirty. One of the girls was barefoot for about 3hour in the room being ready and her feet were so dirty when we went to leave she had to wash them first. The lights were dim in the bathroom area making it hard to put on makeup. There are outlets on the walls but the lamps still have internet Jack's instead of USB ports to charge your phone. This hotel is in need of updating.

I hate to give this place a 3 because we enjoy going every year, but it is getting dated. Had trouble finding an outlet for my cell phone charger, worn carpets. The restaurant closed an hour early and we had to leave to get dinner. The piano was out of tune and I so love listening to my husband play in the hall. We will keep going, but I'd love to see them invest in themselves.

The facility is in desperate need of repair and renovation.

What a lovely building. But their coffee machine was out of coffee and I was tired. But I liked sitting in those chairs. Yay

Staff is extremely un-accommodating and will make excuses until you are unable to make changes. There communication between each other is lost in translation and they don't check there voicemails. Avoid going here if you want to have a good time.

The check in process Horrible! The front desk staff needs training. However, Aaron the outlet manager was the damn BOMB! Benji the night club bartender was AWESOME as well. Along with Mrs. P from Rick's and the SPA staff saved our weekend. At the end of the day all these people made my weekend Awesome. The rooms and the resort is very dated. The owner needs to put some money in remodeling and updating the place it's so big and could be the place to go to relax and have fun with your girls or lover.

Went for wcec season opener and had an awesome time food was good and service was awesome.

Spa was ok...the rooms are stuck in the 70s and the dining are looks like it belongs in a nursing home...and the club isn't really a club...very dated and we dont plan on returning

Place felt very comfy and welcoming. Chairs everywhere

The overall place was okay. However, toilet kept over flooding when we flush the toilet and front desk people didn't help at all. So yeah.

I love the size of the rooms and the outside pool..customer service isn't the best when calling for a room they don't seem very knowledgeable about the hotel. It's a nice place to get away from reality and feels like your on a vacation

Will never go back. Smelled moldy and like wet dog in halls and our room. My wife was afraid to walk barefoot on the carpet. She suffers from asthma, so when I tried to check out after the first night I was told about the 48 hour cancellation policy. Restaurant was quality was poor. I'd rather eat at Denny's. Silverware had to be sent back because it showed obvious signs of use by a previous customer. Pictures on website show a pristine hotel and setting but when you get there it's like an over-grown motel from the '70's. No one was in the hot tub but there were plenty of signs they had been. I'll take a Hampton Inn any day over that place.

Worst hotel experience I ever had, my boyfriend and I had booked a night yesterday (Saturday febuary 18th) to celebrate Valentine's Day because we both work long hours and couldn't enjoy it the day of. So we celebrated this weekend, when we walked into our room at first it was nice but then we immediately started noticing issues, the pamphlets they leave out about the hotel were crusted like they had been dropped in water, room service clearly never replaced them because when you tried opening the pages they were stuck together or ripped, we specifically paid for this room because of the hot tub, well we had no hot water and it was covered in hair and dead skin. It was absolutely disgusting, but regardless of that we still tried to make the best of it, we went out to dinner and came back around 8pm and tried to order some dessert through room service and the man at the restaurant said they were closed and weren't serving. When on the book of the hotel it said room service was available until 10pm and he said "yeah I don't know what to tell you " when we discussed these issues between the water and filth and then room service the front desk had an attitude and acted as if it was a natural occurrence to get calls like these, we checked in at 3:30pm and ended up leaving around 9:40pm, because of all the issues. When we checked out they said the manager wasn't available and still charged us full price. DO NOT RENT A ROOM HERE. This place is absolutely disguised and staff are not friendly and do not care about customer service whatsoever.
