The reviews online are lies. The salesman didn't even try to help me. I tried to explain that I wanted to trade my car in and purchase another car. The place was very chaotic and very unorganized. He showed me over 8 similar cars and after carefully reviewing them all i selected the Lexus NX200t. I originally wanted a 2019 Nissan Rouge but Ruben showed me that the Lexus has more features and more luxurious amenities for a similar price. He even showed me how much i saved!
