Let me start off by saying that the Miami location is the only off lease worth going to, the one in north ft lauderdale has horrible customer service and the sales rep is the worst ever. After my experience in the north ft lauderdale i didnt want anything to do with off lease, if it wasn t for Emmanuel from off lease Miami i would have gotten my car somewhere else. Emmanuel was so perfect, i wish i could have taken him home with me. He was so attentive to me and let me also start by saying he was handling 3 customer at a time and it didn t even feel like he was. He has the best customer service and was VERY knowledgeable about cars in general, Emmanuel made me feel so comfortable with the whole process that after everything i felt safe and secure with working with offlease and handing them my money. I definitely think Emmanuel should be a role model to all the sales reps there, he leads by example, he was very professional but after the ice was broken it felt like i went car shopping with my best friend. Thank you Emmanuel, helped me get me dream car and thanks to Emmanuel i will refer everyone to i know to off lease but only to Emmanuel! Oh and his managers are the best too. Shout out to Wilfredo for his patience in stay until 1 in the morning while we were working on the finance terms.
