I was in a situation where I was out of town working and needed to buy a new car within a few days to travel to New York for another job, I found out about Off Lease Only from a coworker who was looking for a car as well but we both thought it was a possible scam seeing how the prices were so much cheaper than every other car listing I found. Well it's the real deal. I had my brother visit the West Palm location on Saturday and I managed to drive down to visit the Miami location on Sunday and upon walking on the property I was greeted by Magdiel, who already had my car waiting for me to look at it. He allowed me to take it for a test drive alone which allowed me to really get a feel for the car the way it would be after I owned it. When I returned I pointed out 2 minor issues that I had and he was able to get them resolved. He and David Vega explained the numbers to me in a way that was easy for me to understand and then I made my way in to see Frank Miragaya to handle the Financing. They were all very professional and straight to the point which is what I was looking for. Off Lease Only is for the person who wants to know they are getting a great deal and don't have time for the games and back and forth that you have to deal with at most dealerships. Their price is their price and the vehicle is sold as is, but every vehicle that I looked at appeared to be in great condition and mine specifically was exactly what I expected from the pictures I saw online. I signed the dotted line and came out to see my car freshly detailed and waiting on me thanks to Luis the valet. Overall I had a truly 5 star experience and it allowed me to do the research myself and pretty much just step on the lot, check out the exact car, handle the paperwork and not feel like I was taken advantage of or sold a bunch of extra nonsense. Every member of the team that I had a pleasure of working with was courteous and seemed genuinely invested in me being pleased with my experience. I will definitely be buying all of my used cars from here and it's honestly almost hard to call mine used. Thank you Off Lease Only you have made a customer for life.
