Went to Off Lease Only with my husband because the lease on our car was up. We were extremely nervous and didn t know what to do. We met Mark Nelson, who was extremely nice and told us not to worry about anything. He sent us to check out some cars and we fell in love with the Challenger. This place seems like a really good deal! Me and my wife bought a car here 6 months ago! We got a 2015 vw Passat with 3,000 miles on it. We had it one week and the doors wouldn't lock and the air bag light wouldn't go off. Took it to vw dealership and the would touch the car bc they said it's been in a wreck. The manufacture warranty wouldn't cover anything and our extended warranty they made us but wouldn't work until 2 years from now. We recently took it there to have someone look at it and they told us that the frame is completely destroyed and it is unsafe to drive. We are now trying to sell our car but we are upside down bc of the price! Don't go here. It looks to good to be true and it is. This place takes cars that have been in an accident and polish them up to sell to you so they can make their money! Stay far away please. I don't want you to end up like I did. And when your there they want you to write a review while you are in the store. That's how they get good reviews. Of course your going to make a good impression. But that go away after you are off the lot already screwed.

Everything bad about used car sales. Caged in cars. You need to show license and phone number just to get in. High pressure sales. I waited an 45 min to find out the car I called ahead about wasn't available. Constant marketing calls while I was at work when I requested not to be called required threats to FCC to stop.

Went yesterday to purchase a truck and it was the easiest transaction ever. We drove 2 hours to buy the truck since Naples dealers are way to expensive for junk. Off Lease doesnt even deserve 1 star. The worst experience ever. They play with your time and could care less if you buy a car or not.

They are unorganized and Unprofessional. 3 times i received an Approval amd 3 times they came back and asked for a larger deposit in a car i didnt even like. Their working conditions are horrible and I will not recommend you buy your car here. Dont be fooled Ladies and Gentlemen these people only care about how they make money off your purchase. They have no regards for your needs and are a waste of time. You stand in the heat for hours and negotiate in front of others. This is not the way to conduct business. THEY ARE GREEDY AND HAVE NO CONSIDERATION FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. 6 HOURS OF MY LIFE I WILL NEVER GET BACK.

After the sour taste i felt i wouldnt be able to get a car but the same offer i gave off lease, MIAMI CAR CREDIT worked with me and got me the APPROVAL AND CAR i wanted with no headaches.
