This is a classic and traditional hotel in the center of Santo Domingo. Most of their rooms are renovated and are very clean and comfortable. If you are ready g this review wondering if you should book here... go ahead, you won't regret it.

This place is a traditional wedding hotel, where generations have married here.

The best stay in Sto. Domingo.
A very very beautiful hotel, with top attention to its guests. The satff is very polite and willing to help you with anything you may need.
The lobby is very cozy to hang out and is very spacious.
The rooms are modern and beautifully decorated, very very clean and very very comfortable. We stayed in the Exec. Junior Suite.
You have a lot of options in restaurants and bars on the property for breakfast, lunch and dining. And also very appropriate for just grabbing a bite.
They also have a casino which I haven't seen the inside, so I can't comment much on that.
The garden is amazing, the lobby is beautiful, the area is very relaxing and, to my knowledge, pretty safe.
We loved it extremely much and are planning to visit again in the near future.
They offer the best seafood soup everrr!

This hotel was overcome with its last remodeling. The rooms are beautiful, but the best are the details from smells to towels and pillows. Breakfast is a delight for variety and quality. I want to go back and not leave the spa.

Even though parts of the hotel were under construction, we had a great stay. The staff was helpful and friendly and everyone went out of their way to make sure the construction didn't distract from everything the hotel had to offer. Amazing food, great pool, spa, workout facilities etc... Would definitely stay there again.

Wow, this is a 5star hotel but i give it 7star because, the special tour i got today was incredible, its a hotel meant for Diplomats and the security is perfectly safe amd secure. The rooms and suits are incredibly beaitiful and the best part is the beautiful ocean view from the rooms. The jacuzzi is all over in the rooms and the TV are incredible big, the bed size are acceptable and its a clean and well organized hotel, the lobby is huge and with free drinks and snack for the guest and wifi is 40MG and its free for everybody. The landscape is very huge with conference rooms of different sizes and coctails served depending on your budget. It has a big swimming pool with a green land and trees around it. Very nice area and always clean. The royals suits for Ambassadors, Governors, presidentials were recently renovated and it looks marvellous and well conputerized rooms. Its a dream come through for whatever anyone will want in a hotel. As you all know, the price is very hight but its worth it.

THE WIFI NOR THE TV WORK I HAVE 2 DAYS CALLING TO HAVE IT FIXED AND STILL NOTHING AND I'M TRYING TO WORK BUT IT IS IMPOSSIBLE WITHOUT WIFI. I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES AND MAGICALLY NOBODY HAS BEEN ABLE TO SOLVE ME. A MANAGER ASKED ME IF EVERYTHING WAS GOOD AND WHEN I COMMENT TO HIM, HE WALKED AWAY AND LEFT. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE! THE EMPLOYEES ARE NOT FRIENDLY OR HELP YOU IN ANYTHING! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO YOU FOR ANYTHING. AND DO NOT TAKE THE REVIEWS WHICH ARE SURE TO BE FALSE. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! THEY HAVE TO HANDLE BETTER! THNX
