Great rooms. Staff was excellent and food wonderful. Their business center and meeting rooms was good too. Had a great stay.

It is one of the shooting locations of the scene where Al Pacino visited Cuba in the great movie Godfather. It is a historical hotel but the rooms are beautiful

This hotel is beautiful in its details. I learned that the piano dates from old times? The entrance symbols to the exhibition halls. Its garden area is wonderful. I would indicate that this hotel is a hotel for breakfast and business meetings. His stays reveal that. Its parking is ample. As a good Spanish point I was entering the representation of Iberia. I understand that the rooms have been renovated.

Hotel personal was GREAT. Especially the staff from the 5th floor. 5th floor lounge just amazing staff and the view, seeing the Caribbean Sea OUTSTANDING . Breakfast, lunch, snack and DINNER 5 . Place I will visit again and again.

It is a hotel with recently renovated rooms, very modern, with perfectly clean spacious rooms. I loved the bedding and that they keep a lovely robe in the closet. The truth, the room had everything you need and more! We ordered room service and they were quite quick to bring the food and at a lower cost than expected, which was also very good. The hotel has large gardens with perfect photo spots. The breakfast very varied and abundant. An excellent option with all its stars very well earned !!!!

Excellent place to be, quiet environment right in the middle of the city

Good location, the logistics of the parking should improve, the activity rooms are very nice and well prepared, the waiters are very attentive and helpful, at certain times you can go to hear the parrots that are migrating.

Very welcoming hotel, beautiful inside and out. Most of the servers are very atentive, the food is deliciosa. Before COVID, they had the restaurant as buffet style & that was amazing. Now its just like a regular restaurant but either way it s really good. Me and my family have stayed a couple times and we enjoy it. It does seem like this hotel is a place for businesses though, usually meetings are being held. It s not really a hotel to stay in and have fun, just to sleep, go in the pool and eat-and just chill !!

Nice hotel, room are big, wifi is ok, not much of a view. Gym is in good condition, equipments are in spanish. Nice pool.

I went to the casino with my husband and couple of friends yesterday evening, everything ok, I, myself cashed ball park figure near $200. Normally I don t play but my husband does. I sat down at the bar area and asked for a drink. Perfect, so far so good, when I finished my 1st drink, ( after 1 hour) my husband still playing the waitress told me she couldn t serve a second one because the manager had instructed her not to give me another drink and I had to go to the hotel bar instead and pay for more drinks. When I tried to approach to the manager with a very rude attitude and lack of respect had the nerves to told me I wasn t playing I had to leave. How come he noticed I wasn t playing but didn t noticed that it was me who spent the money and gave it to my husband to stay there and get entertainment while I was there with my husband and friends? Why???? Because I m Dominican? With dark skin? And he is from Spain? Thinking a Dominican can t have the right to spend $ and have fun at my own land. I felt helpless, powerless and small. I felt very, very aggravated specially because he had no reason to treat me like this. I m a very respectful person, I have two kids and I ve been raising them with principles, to be respectful to others and always behave good. This type of service definitely doesn t match with the fabulous and luxury place, the rest of the staff were very friendly and nice but with this management the business is not going to go anywhere and will make people like me very upset.
