It is a great hotel. The rooms are huge and very well equipped, including a jacuzzi tub between the bathroom and the sleeping area. Breakfast is very complete and the pool area has a bar for a beer and something to eat (to put a paste, they are a bit slow to serve). Ideal to celebrate a wedding or any event. In short, a hotel that I never tire of coming !!!

Excellent service. Chef Gata's food a delight. The tranquility of knowing that your event is being developed by expert people. Super comfortable and cozy rooms. A great experience to visit you. Feeling of being in family.

The hotel facilities are perfect, room was beautiful and clean, the garden very clean and in good repair. But lousy service. 20 minutes waiting for a coffee, the staff is very slow, there is no willingness to give good service. Asking is bothering As if the hotel is free. Check in was at 3pm however we received the room at 5pm. We asked to speak to the service manager and he was supposedly not available. I loved the hotel but the service killed my willingness to return. I was thinking of staying for two weeks in January 2021 but I don't think I will stay here for more than two days. Unless management at least makes up for my wasted time here. My time is too precious. I waited for a salmon sandwich on the timer for over 38 minutes

The hotel is excellent, the breakfast they serve is wonderful but it has a great flaw and is that they open the doors of the rooms at 8:30 pm to deliver chocolates and one can say that they do not pass but do not care. They do not listen and should respect the night hours !!! It is a hotel, you should not open the doors of a room that is being hosted!

Customer service is horrible, we have to wait for more than 7 and half hours at check in. I wouldn t recommend this hotel. The current manager I can describe him as unprofessional. it s a matter of luck to get a room in this place apparently because we booked through booking website showing rooms available, but we got to the check-in, the maneger and staffs just keep laying that the rooms are getting clean and was not as what they said. This was a really nightmare..We believe they should be a negative 2 stars hotel and not 5 as they advertised..complete nightmare at the end of 8 hours of waiting for nothing, we decided to contact the booking company to cancel all 3 rooms we reserved and never were available.

Our stay here has not been at all what we expected...

Our stay here has not been at all what we expected. We had stayed here in the past and had a decent stay but currently this hotel is not in good condition.

The rooms have been renovated, but it feels as if this was done with minimal attention to detail. For starters, the rooms have motion sensors to sense when guests are not around. This will then turn off power when guests are not present to conserve energy. This sounds wonderful but has some unintended effects due to not thinking through the wiring in the room.

The air conditioning is including in this power line. So during the night when guests are still the AC goes off. The rooms get hot. Also the room will not cool during the day either. No matter what time you return the room will be hot. We switched rooms and had similar issues in other rooms. Also, the electrical plugs are included in this. So the phones would not charge over night.

Third, as soon as someone enters a room all lights will turn on in recognition of the person returning. Nice during the day! Not so nice when someone steps out to get ice at night and returns 3 minutes later to have all the lights turn on and wake up your kids. There is no option for all the lights not to turn on, which is bothersome at night.

The doorman is nice and the hotel is recently renovated. However the staff had minimal concerns over AC issues. Also, though not under direct control of staff I am sure, construction with hammers and drills starts at 8 am. So sleeping in will not be possible.

The room service and restaurants were commonly out of food on their menus. The food served was average. It was OK though not what one would expect from a hotel advertised to be so nice. The staff mostly seemed confused and customer service is not up to American standards.

After staying here 3 times before I didn't think we will be back. We will find a different hotel for our future trips to visit with family.

Great hotel for business travelers in Santo Domingo. Modern amenities and recently renewed facilities.

The best thing about the place is the location, far away from the unpleasant traffic of the city.

Has variety of rooms available for rentals and corporate events.

Very nice hotel in a residential area with excellent rooms. Far from the sea and the historic center. Good restaurant. Average pool. Warning! They block your credit card when you arrive and after you paid remains with the double amount for several days. So it's better to get to grips ... Reception not able to solve the problem.
