My wife and I are new in the area and we go there at least once a week! Love the food, special crackers and cheese and the tea! The staff is great!

Frosty Frog is a wonderful local eatery specializing in homemede soups, sandwiches, salads and quiche. All the better so that you can save room for their homemade icecreams and other deserts.

Amazing sandwiches and ice cream. Very kind employees as well. All in all very good place.

My husband and I usually go there for lunch and I always get the chicken sandwich because its sooo good!!! The last visit we made, both owners were on site and very pleasant!!

I was a bit underwhelmed upon entering this store. I ordered only an espresso, but this espresso was especially strong, it was very powdery and chalky, and the coffee used tasted burnt. I have had many an espresso, and I haven't quite felt the need to gag on this before. I also was hoping for a dairy free ice-cream option, but there were none. I wanted to sit down and relax when I heard about the lounge area, but upon looking at the outdated decor, the fluorescent lighting, and feeling the freezing AC... I decided to make my way out the door. The only redeeming factor about this store was the very polite service provided by the young lady working the front desk. Frosty Frog, time for a makeover!

The cheese spread here is something we always order - especially at the holidays! People love it. I love their paninis and fudge! Used to go here when I was in high school and recently moved back 15 years later and it is still just as good. Nostalgic

Great food and great owners! I have been to the Frosty Frog on multiple occasions and have not tried something that I did not love. From sandwiches to salads to ice cream. A great place to bring your family, or have a business meeting. Thank you, Brian

Wonderful, wonderful food! Quiches are amazing! Highly recommend for a casual lunchtime dining experience. They have breakfast items as well.

The male owner took my order. I asked him lots of questions about the place and food. He was able to answer all of them and was very nice and accommodating with my food when I couldn't choose which one to eat. I had first came there about a week ago. This was my third visit in a week. Food was delicious

I love having a local restaurant to gather with friends. Sometimes I m just having lunch with one friend, but frequently I m in a large group and they always accommodate us. Fabulous lunch fare - I love their quiche but get tempted away from my usual with their paninis!

Best ice cream flavors around. Excellent service and friendly staff. We did curb-side pickup, and it was super easy and ready when we got there!

this is THE PLACE for ice-cream, fudge, and hot sandwiches. My personal favorite is the southwestern chicken panini, but they always make it taste excellent.

A fun place for lunch that has quick service and good food.

When I m in the area I always get their chicken salad to go.... not cheap but the best around if you like chicken salad Not shredded

I have eaten here numerous times and each time has been an awesome experience. The food is great....so full of flavor and just really yummy! Great sandwiches, salads and much more! I have not had anything on the menu that has not been really good. The staff is friendly and ready to please! Stop by, if ever in the area....you will not be didappointed!

Can i nominate this place for a Ramsey make over? Staff are unenthusiastic. The decor is drear. As a new customers, along with the other 2 families behind me, when none of the employees smile or help with your menu questions i find myself asking- why am i here? It seems like this place had a heyday, but its long gone from what i can tell.

We took our granddaughters recently for ice cream. They always want to go when they visit. The service was great and the ice cream was wonderful!!

The staff is always friendly and welcoming. We visit quite frequently as a family as well as with our friends while out in our morning ministry work. Often we look for places to take breaks and enjoy a snack or lunch. Frosty Frog is always at the top of our list. As an establishment that s always clean, friendly with good food and service we will continue to visit here.

So much potential! Food is satisfying but has a "snack lunch at your friends house when they need to go grocery shopping" vibe. The menu is huge, so there's something for everyone. Unfortunately the ambiance is seriously lacking, with questionable decor. It feels like school cafeteria meets NY deli meets grandma's house. That being said, I'll continue to support & recommend this place because I really want to love it, and Hickory Flat needs more small family owned businesses!

While they are known in the area for their homemade ice cream, cakes, and fudge, don't miss the oppertunity to try the delicious chicken salad, cheese steak, salads or paninis! Frosty Frog has a fun, local eatery feel and is kid friendly. The staff always greets us with a smile!

My experience at Frosty Frog made this dark, rainy morning warm & bright! Popped in for a most delicious caramel almond milk latte, perfectly crafted by polite and attentive Peyton. Half the price of chain across the street. Also tried the egg quesadilla served piping hot with cold salsa on the side. Hit the spot! Looking over the amazing desserts reminded me to order an additional surprise for our Thanksgiving meal. Customer service there is fantastic. Many smiling patrons. Shop local!

I have eaten at Frosty Frog several times and the experience has been great. I had the summer salad and loved it.

You can't beat Frosty Frog for good chicken salad. I have been a fan for many years. Got to admit everything there is delicious especially the ice cream.

Great ice cream, great workers, and fast and great food.

I loved the idea of this place. The deserts are amazing! However, the food is something you should avoid. Not that it was bad food, but that it was very small portions and an extreme price. My 9.5 dollar sandwich came with cheese and crackers as a side... it was 2 maybe 3 crackers and a tiny spoon full of cheese. Again, sweets are awesome, food is lacking.

I don t understand how this place is rated so highly. Not worth it.

We love Frosty Frog! Salmon burgers, quiche, steak n cheese...and oh...the cheese dip and Dr. Pepper Ice Cream!

The food is always great! The staff are nice. I enjoy eating here. Do wish the trays were not Styrofoam but instead a hard material that could be washed between using.

The turkey burger is outstanding. Great flavor and served hot. Side items are fresh and everything looks so nice you can't wait to start eating!

Frosty Frog is a fun place to visit and the food is consistently delicious, especially the chicken salad. I have been going to Frosty Frog for years and it is a great place to meet friends for lunch or get take out. Love it.

Fast/casual restuarant, great place to meet up with friends

Glenda and Frank make our experience feel like we are visiting family. Our Grandkids can't wait to visit for ice cream so we go to Frosty Frog before we stop at home. I will take a quart of the delicious down to them in Atlanta quite regularly. As a ice cream expert I feel it is one of the very best and I've visited a lot of stores in my lifetime. Their lunch menu has a wonderful variety of items from something light, soup and salad, to a heavier menu, baked spaghetti. A MUST place to visit

We waited a long, long time for just iced coffee. One kid working was so nice but obviously new and had no idea what he was doing, didn't even know how to make an iced coffee or what flavors they had or anything; the other employees just left him alone at the counter to figure it all out. I didn't get names but the sweet kid looked really young, maybe 16 or 17, and he was tall and skinny. The one that I tried to take an order from was a young guy too, brown hair and stocky and a little bit chubby, maybe a little above average height. He acted like a manager but I'm not sure; I hope he wasn't because he just left the young kid alone at the counter and wouldn't take our order, then just walked around cleaning stuff for whatever reason. We were initially going to get dessert too but decided against it because we were worried about overwhelming the poor new kid. It's possible we caught them on a bad day, and also it was only an hour from closing time.

If I could give zero stars I would. I came in and had an interaction with the owner. He was extremely rude. Including yelling across the store to me that he was busy and had to work.

Not worth it at all. Every time I've been there's some hassle. I've dealt with some rude employees. They ask what side you want, but sides are listed nowhere. They ask what kind of chips you want, without the options being listed or told to you. The food takes forever for sandwiches or burgers. Like a crazy long time, when it's not even busy. And there are a lot of people in the kitchen. The food is certainly not worth the wait. The "side" of a small thing of cheese and a couple of crackers is a joke.

The staff is friendly, honesty nothing else great about this place. It's a bit ran down. The food is not on par at all. I have no idea what they are doing serving the mini pickles on a tooth pick. Tuna salad way too much mayo, Turkey wrap the worst I've had anywhere. Salty turkey one piece amongst a ton of lettuce. The place could really use an update on the menu and the decor.

Just as my grandson was getting there with his caregiver, he began to get fussy. Before she could even get the bottle ready, the owner, a very rude Glenda Coles shot out demanding they leave because the baby was crying. Elizabeth didn't even have time to order. AN ICE CREAM SHOP? FAMILY FRIENDLY? Give me a break.

Great ice Cream place in downtown Kennesaw. The lines can be long in the warm months but the ice cream is worth standing in line for.

I held a baby shower in their Events Room. From start to finish, the experience was amazing. Glenda took care of everything from menu suggestions to what type of decoration for the cake. It was such an enjoyable experience. I highly highly recommend the Frosty Frog whether for a lunch or an event. You will be very happy with the service and the quality of the food!
