I like it, but the location is difficult, if you drive to the hotel during rush hour.

The hotel policy leaves a lot to be desired, they left me to close the service and they got upset because they signed the bar service account.

The rooms are large, clean and the service is excellent.
The bathroom is spacious with shower, bathtub facing the bed area and with double sink. There is a large LCD TV, a mini bar and a coffee machine.
The beds are comfortable and spacious.
In the room there is also a comfortable sofa, a coffee table and a desk area.
The rooms are well soundproofed and air conditioned.
If I have to find a fault I would say the noise of the external units of the air conditioning system. For this reason I recommend asking for a room on the front even if it does not have a sea view.
The hotel has many internal services: swimming pool, restaurants, bars, casino, fitness center.
The breakfast is a buffet one part self-service and the other freshly cooked.
The price is not cheap but there are the services.

I have stayed twice with my wife the garden is divine cleaning the room between two the restore a crap for lunch and I got room in front of the trees and those parakeets are very annoying apart from that my car is all done shit the fecal matter of those birds

The facilities are good. The service at reception must be the face of the hotel lousy. They are rude. In the hotel restaurant there are no staff at the entrance reviewing protocols and a single waiter for many people. They want to earn it all at the cost of good service. They bring guests from other hotels to save costs and exceed the capacity of the hotel. A disaster.

I'd say it's in the top 3 hotels in Santo Domingo. The hotel was bought by a new hotel chain and it's being remodeled and the rooms are just amazing! The hotel is a bit expensive, but it's totally worth it. I highly recommend it.

I went to this hotel for a business meeting. The location is really in the center of the city, plenty of parking space, which is not free but was covered by the event. Overall, I had a great experience with the facilities, the food and service. Great place.

It is a city hotel with mode that does not include breakfast (It has an additional cost). It is finely decorated taking care of even the smallest detail. It was recently renovated and is presented as a modern hotel but without leaving behind the essence of a 5 star hotel. The hotel gardens are beautiful for one to enjoy the dozens of birds that come to nest every afternoon. The pool is spectacular and simply refreshing. I recommend coming. I stayed for one night in an executive suite.
