Very good hotel, but it has to improve the menu in its restaurants.

Price quality I like the hotel, and the food is very good

Customer service was TERRIBLE. We made the reservation with booking . com at Barcelo. Barcelo directed us to El Embajador. We arrived at 1 pm and barely received our keys at 6pm. No time to use any amenities. The front desk was slow and did not care about our concerns. One of the men at the front desk came up to us and asked us if we would be upset if he gave our room , so that he could accommodate another guest. The service was appalling. Not to mention the shower was extremely dirty! Would not recommend!

I have attended so many events here that I don't even keep track of it. It is the preferred site of the great events. Always impeccable, fresh, spacious, luxurious and with a quality that is not damaged.

My wife and I stayed for a week. The hotel was undergoing renovation so there was a lot of noise during the day and my wife holed her skirt on a broken glass table top. However we could not fault the service provided and would definitely stay again.

This is, with no doubt, one of the best hotels I have ever been to. The food is great and they have several options for everyone. They own a vast variety of drinks and the attention you receive since you arrive is amazing. I am truly mesmerized with this hotel and I would reccomend it 100%. If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay that is in the center of the city close to pretty much anywhere you would like to go, don't look any further. This hotel is the one for you!
