I visited the hotel for an activity so my review and score are limited only to the lobby and activity rooms.

Excellent moderns rooms. But they are a bit judgmental when they see different guests . I had no issues bring up people but when I was someone local the stopped and asked for more info.

An iconic hotel in the city with very good services and good view.

It has areas such as the lobby and the restaurant with good distribution, but the pool area has no appeal.

A 5 Star Hotel, very comfortable and excellent service to the public, of those pleasant places that you only get in the Dominican Republic.

We went for a drink at the bar. Good attention. It hurts that the local people gather to shout not to speak and we had to move away to be able to talk.

Never been there but those photos use to advertise it are awful, it does not show the hotel at all. Pictures of food and people does not describe what it look like. Show me the rooms, the pool, the restaurants but not stupid people .

One of the best hotels in SD, the immaculate rooms at the cleaning level although we lacked some basics like slippers, bathrobes, etc. We did not have a toothbrush and they told us that they did not put brushes in that hotel, but in less than 5 minutes they brought us toothbrushes for everyone. At the food level we would put a 10, if it had not been because we found a worm in salad leaves, something that can not be allowed in a 5-star hotel. Thanks to the great attention of Elena Solano who was aware of us and we managed this incident in the best way. The big pool, clean and in good condition. The impeccable breakfast also with a wide variety of sausages, pastas, fruit, etc.

Prestigious hotel with many years of service. The infrastructure is old but it was renovated about two years ago. Excellent location and suggested for business guests.

Great service and incredible patio. Also the Lobby Bar serves very good cocktails. Of course, prices are quite high, but for the quality you receive its worth it.

A Hotel always renewed, this has been the trick of perseverance over time. I was in the Piano Bar area, listening to Jazz. The fantastic orchestra (they sing in several languages) the very updated furniture. The friendly waiters.

Apparently it is a legendary hotel here in Santo Domingo, a historic one, but it has been remodeled so you feel like if it was a new one. Beautiful spaces and gardens, totally recommended.

Beautiful hotel, refurbished. Staff have been wonderful, so helpful and friendly. Had two nights originally, stayed for an additional three nights.....fabulous pool, great location. They treat you well here.
