Their site is not up to date so you can order a watch, be charged and the next day have a mail telling you that it is no longer available. Not to mention that to request a refund, you have to wait 15 days !! So I have more than 400 blocked at home and still I must continue to live ... This site is a scandal!

Incredible but true. Order a watch with ad delay for 4 weeks. the day arrives and it took at least 5 calls in the day to tell me in the finale that the watch is no longer produced. So no follow up and especially do not try to solve the problem. Second problem: the refund. I chose the payment in 4 times. Well I do not tell you how it's the brothel. Between casino and ocarat, they throw the blame on one another. You are in the midst of this lout allucinate. After a call by me to the casino bank the problem c'edt magic rule then. So a refund 2 weeks after with my intervention. Well Ocarat I ban you because I'm never known ca from a shop.

Rather disappointed. Having been satisfied with a previous order, I recommend a watch and bracelet to them. They advertise very short deadlines compared to their competitors and customer service is responsive. On delivery, things get worse: an initial delay of 8 days maximum which is more than doubled with 10 additional days announced on the day the order was to be delivered, customer service to absent subscribers and when I read the previous opinions I am disappointed ... my confidence level has dropped to zero.

Very bad experience. Ordering 230 last November 30 and received on January 20. It had to happen on their premises HIGH Dec. 20 because it was not in stock. In early January, it was still not part of the supplier. listening not customer service, deplorable, unable to tell me where is my order "because it's Saturday" or else "it balances", which in any case excuse not to know or is a command to 230 !!!!! Command that more has been spent well before the sales AND STRIKES. No commercial gesture, no apology from them, no follow no mail, I called every day to myself that every day they shift the day of shipment. The order is part of the supplier only at the beginning of January, and even after his arrival in the premises they were unable to send me the order. Hello, I placed an order for my wedding alliance and that of my husband 1 month ago in express delivery, still not received, nobody answers neither to the email nor to the phone, impossible to be reimbursed even with the guarantee, maybe the reception in the shop is correct (something I haven't tested), but the management of the website and customer advice is poor. Really very disappointed, certainly the situation following the Covid-19 is complicated but there is a limit to abuse.

I went to the shop for a discount. The welcome was very nice, and the staff knowledgeable and friendly. The operations went smoothly very quickly. I am very satisfied and can recommend this sign without reservations. The price / quality ratio is unbeatable.

Already 6 watches bought at home since 2017, worth a few hundred euros up to a few thousand euros, ordered either on the internet for home delivery, or by direct purchase in stores. Always never had any problem, neither for the quality of the products, nor for the deadlines which, in my case, were always in conformity with those announced (small precision anyway: I have never placed an order during a festive period either, like most negative comments here). Many choices for entry-mid-range watches, with major Swiss / Japanese historical brands, as well as recent "microbrands". The prices are correct compared to those officially announced by the manufacturers, but with a little luck, promotions and their loyalty reward system, I have often been able to take home, which is an authorized distributor of all brands that they sell, the models that interested me at attractive prices approaching those found on the "gray market". The sellers are not the warmest in the world (good for me because I would not feel too bad coming to take a look at a model and finally leave without taking anything). But their attitude remains more than correct, pro, smiling and seems to be serving customers. I have no idea about their knowledge of watchmaking or advice they can give, because I never needed, always doing my research before going to see a particular model in the shop. In short, it is a good place in Paris for fans of watches that I can recommend very well.

I place an order on April 11, it is May 25 and still no news from the site, order being processed since the date of purchase, obviously the pretty sum of 550 has been taken from my account in bank, but still nothing seen happened.
The order was supposed to be a birthday present / engagement request, as much as to tell you it's a total flop. Unable to reach them. I do want there to be a delay in this post confinement period, but this is clearly becoming an abuse. I feel like I would never see the ordered ring arrive, nor my money wasted.
For a service offering luxury products it is shameful, you are treated much better at Claire s or other shoddy seller, that is to say! You only have luxury that the amount requested from your customers, the service, the service and the after-sales service is clearly deplorable.

In June 2019, I ordered a special model from Casio G-Shock. I was informed about the evolution of the Casio supply. Unfortunately, this watch was finally no longer manufactured or available. The Ocarat teams kept me informed, asked me if I wanted a refund or a credit. I reminded them: the phone reception is top and very professional. After confirming my request for reimbursement by mail, I received it a few days later by transfer to my bank account. Payment in 4 x no charge by credit card was also canceled, and the loyalty voucher I used for this order was reactivated. That's good at Ocarat! And the choice of CASIO watches is very wide.

A tip: flee this website. Ordered a watch in early December, I still have not received anything on February 25th. After several calls, couriers and registered letters, the Ocarat website shirks its responsibilities, denies its client, refuses to provide a solution and does not react to any solicitation. The policy of the ostrich lasts for 3 months. Customer service is non-existent. The responsiveness of this website is only to cash your credit card.
