Hello, I placed an order for my wedding alliance and that of my husband 1 month ago in express delivery, still not received, nobody answers neither to the email nor to the phone, impossible to be reimbursed even with the guarantee, maybe the reception in the shop is correct (something I haven't tested), but the management of the website and customer advice is poor. Really very disappointed, certainly the situation following the Covid-19 is complicated but there is a limit to abuse.
