For several years I have been ordering my CASIO watches at Ocarat. I am very satisfied with the services offered by this site.
In June 2019, I ordered a special model from Casio G-Shock. I was informed about the evolution of the Casio supply. Unfortunately, this watch was finally no longer manufactured or available. The Ocarat teams kept me informed, asked me if I wanted a refund or a credit. I reminded them: the phone reception is top and very professional. After confirming my request for reimbursement by mail, I received it a few days later by transfer to my bank account.
