Order placed on 14/12 for a Christmas present and received 3 months after mid-February, the delivery date was postponed 3-4 times while both items were advertised in stock. Proposal on other jewelry available but no refund. Courtesy service just right. On two orders is the first that stuck, too bad because I can understand a shortage of stock but announce it would be better.
