a pure scam! order placed 12 days ago and still "being processed".
when you call, the answering machine is full, impossible to leave a message! and a full answering machine means no one checks the mail.

I should have gone to see the reviews on TrustPilot: 75% put a note of 1/5. short to absolutely avoid, and lack of response from them on Monday, I would file a complaint in summary.
