Rather disappointed. Having been satisfied with a previous order, I recommend a watch and bracelet to them. They advertise very short deadlines compared to their competitors and customer service is responsive. On delivery, things get worse: an initial delay of 8 days maximum which is more than doubled with 10 additional days announced on the day the order was to be delivered, customer service to absent subscribers and when I read the previous opinions I am disappointed ... my confidence level has dropped to zero.

Update after the call from the purchasing manager at Ocarat:
I appreciated that we took the time to explain the problem. I decided to keep my order, hoping for better visibility afterwards. Case to follow ...

Order finally received in 1 month instead of 8 days. My advice is to call them to make sure the stocks displayed on the site are correct before ordering.
