I had a wonderful surprise when I got told that being on O2 meant I had priority tickets. Fast track and great service although you have to go out and re enter the blue Room for your bag if you use the free cloakroom. I didn't quite trust that would be okay, but it was fine! And it is the biggest venue I've ever seen! With so many great choices for restaurant and bars around too, and direct links to bus, boat, Emirates and jubilee line!
Wow wow wow
This venue is incredible! You don't lose the sound as the roof holds it in. It feels so cosy yet it's huge!
The Chemical Brothers was awesome and perfect place for their set and the way they play!
We will be back!
Great place for a music venue. Leaving by tube was well organised as always. It's so easy to get to and from. The new outlet shopping is a bonus!
Saw Take That. Such an amazing night. I've been to the O2 many times, have always had a lovely dinner, parking is fine and the security is top notch.
It's a great, modern, large music venue in an easy to reach location and surrounded by lots of restaurants.
Great place for dining and shopping even if you aren t seeing a show.
The O2 was amazing lots to do while waiting for your show to begin
Went to watch ATP final. Little bit far from center of London
Fantastic venue. Plenty to do/ see for people people with different interests. For those who enjoy a challenge, you can walk over the O2. If you like retail therapy, you are in your element. Want a bite to eat? There are plenty of places to eat. Although, be warned, some are very expensive!! I would reccomend TGI Friday. Had a longer than usual wait but the food was delicious and the staff were excellent.
Amazing first time I ever went with my church soul Church never seen so many people in my life people who has never been u need to go u don't know what u are missing
Lovely shops and restaurants cannot imagine Greenwich without the O2.
Had a lovely day show was brilliant and had a good meal too
Great Choice of restaurants and shops and a fantastic night out.
Very good experience definitely recommend great views.
It's a bit too big as a venue, the seats are very expensive and rarely have a good view. Crowd control isn't great and the sheer amount of people makes me uncomfortable. They do get good artists there but I would only see them here if you had no other choice.
Food drink shops entertainment. What else do you need. Would have given 5 stars if there were shops of interest to me.
Great for concerts. Queues can be long if you have young children.
Don't by food or drink here. Unless you have a spare mortgage.
Music is fantastic tho. Great sound and fantastic views
Action from Rugby X. A great venue for this experimental format
The 02 is a great day out. You have Cineworld inside and if you are using the Cineworld you get 4/5 hours free parking just keep your Cineworld ticket. All different foods to eat and events that go on. Also have a bowling and a arcade and now a free jump.
The sound was ok, not the open air quality but much better than some of the other arenas I've been to.
Time after time, every even I've been to at the O2 is smashing, and the catering for the suite was absolutely amazing, unfortunately it doesn't stretch far
O2 is definitely a one stop for all round weekend getaway, shopping mall, entertainment, pubs for drinking and different dishes, a cinema for movie date, it worth every penny I spent!
Went there for a strictly come dancing live tour. We ve got the last raw seats but the view was great and enjoyed a lot. Could bring a baby in a sling with earmuffs.
As long as you get good seat at the front , brilliant.
Never buy groupon coupon got this place as boxoffice closes early had difficulty getting into boxing arena..apart fron that 02 it self ws fantastic
Nice place. Overall good experience. Tickets a little expensive.
Visit to the O2 to see Take That
Staff all work very hard to ensure everyone's safety and all runs smoothly
Absolutely awful. Got tickets to see Bjork last night. O2 changed our tickets, supposedly to give us a better view, but we could not even see the stage & there were no screens provided so we could see what was going on. A black panel at the side of the stage & lighting rigs blocked our view. Due to the position of our seats, it made the sound a mush of bass notes that were, at times, inaudible & very unpleasant. These tickets should not have been sold with a non existent view for such a visual tour. When buying the tickets, it said nothing about a restricted view. It was our 21st Wedding Anniversary & it spoilt the night. We will not be returning to the O2 again. Customer satisfaction is clearly extremely low on their list of priorities.
Was late when we visited, windy, lots of draft indoors........but i guess is nice on a good day.
The O2 has grown to become an entertainment and shopping mecca. Countless bars and restaurants and the Icon Outlet shopping area keeps expanding. Great for designer clothes at discout prices. Can be crouded before a show in the main areana.
We went to see the Marvel Universe Live. I've been to the O2 before and if you plan to eat first it's generally touch and go with food arriving in enough time to make it to your event. I would suggest arriving 2 hours beforehand. There's a large range of restaurants to choose from and most tastes should be catered for. There are also shops, of which there are more on the way, a Cineworld cinema, bowling alley and a place that has trampolines and boasts some sort of Ninja Warrior course but it was closed when we had finished our food and went to find our seats
Pleasant mall to shop and din. Reasonable pricing for some branded goods
Not bad for a sports venue. Food and drinks were reasonably priced.
Only issue was queues ... Can't have 3 people man a bar when you have hundreds of people trying to get a drink!
Excellent venue with lots to do. Bars get very crowded on concert nights but once your inside the bars are plentiful
Loads of shops(mostly high end, not for your standard shopping spree). If you re out for a social better to go here than Westfield as it s less packed.
Parking was super easy..but you can't take any food or drink even for the young kids into arena so u have to queue for ages and buy food drinks at the ultra slow we don't care if you miss your show food counter with it's limited options and high priced..we saw the super hero show.it was ok..nothing special.
O2 is the O2. Great music venue. We saw KISS who were awesome, amazing stage show, flames & a moving stage, zip wire to a remote small stage in the crowd. Sound was first rate. View was good, didn t want it to end. Easy to get in and out. Quick security checks, thorough but quick. Refreshments are pricey but to be expected.
Great shopping centre, revolving around the show venues, with loads of restaurants, bars, shops and entertainment. Loads of room and hardly ever cramped.
The outside and location is very nice located by Canary Wharf and the roof top walk looks exciting. Loads of restaurants to choose from inside but if you are watching a performance allow for big queues at the restaurants to be seated. We sat it the top tear near the the stage. If you don't like heights, have long legs or a larger person this is not the place to go as it is one of the steapest stadiums I have been in. Overall an enjoyable venue.
Great venue very spacious. Great view of the marvel live show. Staff very friendly and welcoming..Venue easy to get to via london underground..Bag/security checks quick and easy wasn't kept waiting..Overhaul a brilliant experience
so much to see and visit here, loads of food options and love the cinema
Slipknot concert. Going through security involved a very young lad searching my bag and looking rather flustered and out of his depth.
Higher tier seats (400 block) are very scary.
It's annoying when you buy tickets in the presale and all the lower tier seats are premium vip prices with only the upper tier available, and then a few days before the actual show lower tier (after not selling at the stupid prices) were made available at normal price. Very unfair to fans. Whether this is the O2s doing or ticketmasters it doesn't really matter as it leaves you feeling very conned.
Prices inside for good and drink very very expensive even for London.
On entering and exiting the show stewards stopped people from using the escalators. Why have them in the first place?
At the end of the night the crowds of people being cordened off to one side to access the tube station is also a scary experience. Stewards shout orders "do not tap in, the gates are open, keep moving" when you finally reach the tube. This means that when you arrive at your destination, because you didn't tap in at the start, and have to so the gates open, then you are charged a maximum fare.
Great location, lots of places for food and drink and plenty of entertainment. Great for boxing
Amazing walk over the dome. Great views but it was so windy upon the top! Our hair was standing on end Brilliant time.
Very modern venue with plenty of food outlets and facilities. There are enough activities there to make it a place for a day out on a weekend. The sound system for the concert is great. The place is constantly expanding, adding new shops, outlets and restaurants and other activities. Easy to get to via jubilee line.
Marvel superhero night was great with my granddaughter
Great venue! Seriously expensive drink but the atmosphere and ease at security - not to mention great staff at security, make it a great venue
Love going to the O2, great place for concerts and shows. Easy to get too by car, I also prepay for car parking and never had an issue. Lots of places to eat, some on the expensive side!
Had visit cineworld. Wow best theratre, sound and sits
Excellent sound inside a great venue with superb facilities including shops, bars, restaurants, a cinema and bowling area. Comfortable and well set out seating inside.
Best arena been so far for tennis finals. Just visit this place even for a concert. Nice food and shopping options also to spend your day. In a sunny day the sightseeing is also worthy, such as walking on the roof of the O2 and the Emirates cable car.
Just went to see Take That at the O2. Totally awesome show. Superb venue. Plenty of places for food and drinks. Security were brilliant, funny, entertaining.
Nice icon outlet great deals especially Nike and addidas
We visited the newly opened shopping outlet and were not disappointed. Great prices from some of the retailers. I would just note that if you have a voucher for a restaurant there be warned you may not be able to use it if there is an event on at the time.
Great outlets, plenty of restaurants inside the building and outside. Center is spotless clean. Very well kept. Little bit cold, but really nice area for shopping.
What a place to go, it was my first time. Definitely would return again.
Very many lovely places to take the best photos. Work with the lighting and you're on your way to create the most memorable sights for your wanderlust.
Easy to get too & a pleasure too walk around / dine / enjoy a concert at & to see that it is expanding even more when there in Oct '18 for Shania Twain's concert. Can't wait to check The O2 out when these stores are completed! Looking good O2!! And love the train stations humour in the attached pic. Well done to whomever thought of/wrote it :)
Yes it's expensive but you don't do it everyday. Excellent venue. Excellent staff.
Went for the first date of the BTS concert! The venue and staff were very unprepared which is surprising seeing as how often they sell out, why was this so unorganised? The facilities within the O2 are great, large range of food areas of different styles and cultures. Depending on the musicians playing a bar (I can't remember the name of) plays their music on very (very) loud bass heavy speakers which was crazy but very fun. The space is great, I just think regarding sold out shows, they need to stick to their word otherwise it can sour the experience for some. Honestly, looking at the other reviews on here the feeling is unanimous. I almost fainted halfway through the show, the water station was very hidden and not shown, dozens of other people were trying to get out of standing before and during the show because they were going to faint or had fainted from the sheer heat and dehydration. I thought my experiences were the worst but the VIPs, yes, the VIPs were told that they couldn't leave the actual venue hall at all after they had seen soundcheck which was 4/5 hours before the show started? And they were not allowed to sit down! What were any of the staff thinking I do not know. I could write a damn thesis on how absolutely atrocious the planning and safety measures were for this show but I don't have the character limit. Let's just say I hope BTS choose to perform somewhere else next time because I don't want their name to be tarnished by the horrific service O2 provided. (Also adding that there were no security searches until 9 hours in, just before we went into the venue. They didn't even scan or search mine or anyone else's bags, just a body metal detector. There had been many threats made against members so the lack of safety check were bizzare.) Hope to see the boys again next year, just hopefully not at the O2. (Wembley here we come)
I first went here when it was the millennium dome, since then I've been to several events and have not been disappointed.
8ts alright nit as great as I thought it'll be security guards allowed most people to go through but young people were always searched
Been here 4 times for music, great stadium, with plenty of restaurants, as well as a cinema. Only issue is that the height of some seats towards the back rows may cause vertigo (but never been a problem for me). Easy to reach by the Jubilee line, as well. Expect standard high prices for refreshments if you're seeing live music.
Security was tight, venue was clean, clearly signed, easily accessible, loads to do!
Watched Jim Jefferies stand up show there the show was great but the venue is too big for stand up comedy. You find yourself watching the big screens which kind of defeats the point of going to a live show.
Lovely tourist center in London. Beautiful scenery, lots of stores to see, events center, retail outlets, restaurants..... You name it.
Located about 3 mins walk away from the North Greenwich Station, also has loads of bus routes around the corner.
You can have a walk to the top of the tent edifice scheduled and enjoy it.
The Indigo center is located within the arena, location for many a comedy shows.
I enjoyed looking around and feeding my eyes on the beauty of this location.
Wheelchair accessible entrance and locations
E visited the abba mama mia taverna experience. First class. Food was excellent. Singing and dancing of mama mia story was great including aerials. Great fun then finished off dancing. It felt as if we were in a real taverna with a glimpse of the sea. Only draw back was the boat finished before we did so although we had said we were coming back out finished at the main show in the arena not the times our experience ended. Ended up getting a train back and there were railway works
Great place to hang out. I always go there to watch movies and have some dinner. You can get 4 hours free parking as well when you watch a movie at Cineworld!
My partner and I went to see Iron Maiden and we loved it!
Excellent sound quality, great views if you like heights. Very clean place & security was extremely high (couple of mths after Manchester Arena suicide bomber) Easy to spot from buses etc from main roads in. Only DOWNSIDE is that bar food & More
Saw Olly murs great viewing from the floor section by the stage. Great atmosphere
Very busy most of the time ,well organised ...Food for all tastes, entertainment for all ages...Is a good place to enjoy with friends ,shop, eat, drink, dance etc
Saw Liam Gallagher here. Venue was brilliant as was the gig. But the price of a pint inside was too high for 3/4 of a pint of Budweiser.
Very big and very pretty but the travel there was very long
Great venue ! Well organized, spacious, plenty restaurant around.
Show Cirque de Soleil was fantastic.. A great venue and a very good choice of places to eat.
Fantastic place for shopping, dining, cinema and cable car experience. Fancy a river side walk? This is one of the best for you.
Pretty crowded on dec 29. Its a good place to go with kids.
