One of the iconic location of London especially in the dockland area.A great place to catch up some of the amazing concerts. Other than that one can indulge into great fooding and other activities like climbing the O2, Nissan's activity corner or movies at the cineworld.
My experience wasn't great due to Virgin Experience. Made the huge mistake of booking with them. O2 is all that is expected: tons of places to eat and security like in airports, including bags search. It's my 6th time so I'm used to it all. Bear in mind your seats. There areany with reduced view!
Great place even though its big but the acoustics are spot on
Fantastic venue with nice bars and cafes plus a small designer outlet
I love this Arena, is great for all the shops and restaurants. It has such a modern and expensive vibe when walking. The Arena itself in the concert area is nice as well, there are boots inside connected with a corridor with a private bar and toilets. Where I was sitting was in the upper circle which I was impress to find that doesn t have any barrier between floors and it s narrow. So standing up during the show to walk to the toilets I was scared of tripping In someone s feet and roll down the all seven floors because no protection was there. I found it a little unsafe
Amazing venue, right next to the tube station and has food and drinks of all styles
Had a truly fantastic time, went to see Brad Paisley, brilliant show, surprise guest was Keith Urban, wow, my daughters favourite, on her birthday treat, can't get better than that. All the staff were very helpful and cheerful, thanks 02 x
Great performance space.Audience are close to artist(s).Shame tops off H20 bottles are confinscated.Maybe way round this is less people admitted & more security staff amongst crowd, CCTV to help security spot misdemeanors & should people offend they are banned.Majority of people don't use H20 tops as missiles.Order should prevail & those who behave should be treated like civilised people because...we are civiled
We went to see the Backstreet Boys. Easy to get to and security was relatively quick. You can t bring in your own food and drink, nor any large bags. We bought water in the venue and they take the caps off, which is a bit of a pain.Seats were on the small side so quite snug. We were on the first tier and had a really good view. Sound was great.Leaving was difficult.
It's a great place to shop aswell as a concert venue. Definitely recommend going and it's easy to get to by underground...
Went to see Panic At The Disco! Was a fun first gig for me, can't say I was disappointed and staff were very friendly even though some patrons were less appeasing
Great place. It got all entertainment from movies with cinematic experience, great restaurants and entertainment hub. It is a lovely place
I'm a big fan of the 02 Arena. As a gig venue, it's definitely the better of the many arenas I've been too, good acoustics and doesn't get too hot. There is so much to do beyond going to gigs though. There are a multitude of places to eat, covering most types of food. It houses a massive cinema with the best in blockbusters and even some good world cinema and interesting stuff like NT live. The new ICON shopping outlet is such a great addition, lots of designer outlets with better than high street prices. I'd recommend going to Royal Victoria DLR and getting the cable cars over, or if you are in Central London, why not try the riverboat cruise?!
Fantastic. Security is hot, makes you feel very safe. Well kept. Great mix of singers, bands etc play here. Great selection of shops and restaurants.
Good venue, but not enough in the way of just bars. It's mostly restaurant bars which are nearly ALL absolutely rammed even at 6pm, with lines out the doors. Nightmare finding space at any of them. There's a good little craft ale bar just before you go through the main doors though which always has space!
Expect to queue for a very long time to see a show and the parking price is way past expensive, unless there's more than 4 of you honestly think it would be cheaper to park elsewhere and take a taxi. Also takes atleast an hour and a half to get out of the car park after the show even if you're at the front of the mad rush. Don't be hungry or thirsty if you want to leave without spending your whole month's wage! Other than that the arena is very good, sound and lighting too. The higher seats really are high! If you have a fear of heights I strongly advise you to get lower seats as you cannot forget how high up you are, it's a bit dizzying.
Only visited the shopping centre, its soo beautiful and lots of places to take lovely photos shopped at levis outlet and got some nice jeans hope to go there one day to climb
I loved the place good music, good atmosphere and very well organized live rock and roll.
Love it here. Well organised and Little Mix tonight were amazing
Mamma Mia The Party - could be the best four hours of the year, if not the decade.
Good venue. Parking was good and pretty easy to get to. Lots of places to eat & drink. Lots of toilets. We were sat high up on the top level. I must admit to being scared at first, as it's do steep!!!! The row in front - their heads are at the level of your feet, so you get s good view, but goes to show how steep these seats are.
Just back from seeing Michelle Obama. Awesome venue. Filled to capacity. Good security checks on the way in. Obviously busy trying to get out but to be expected. All in all a good experience.
Saw George Ezra here as a birthday treat with my boyfriend. Entry was very quick especially since we had access to the American Express VIP lounge which has a bar and restaurant inside. Very nice cocktails but didn't buy any food as it was very expensive and we had already eaten. The lounge had direct access into the arena so we didn't have to queue making it a lot quicker and easier. Had really good seats near the front at the side of the stage and the show was amazing! There's lots of different bars and food stands in the corridors surrounding the arena so you can get something to eat whenever you want. There's also a range of restaurants, bars and shops in the entrance to the O2 which you can visit on your way in or out. Looking forward to my next visit here. Great venue.
This is a great venue for events. The view is great from all locations. The only negative thing Is the price of the food and drinks. I know it is London but still....
Very good venue with great comfortable seats. We could see very well (block 110) however the sound was a bit shrill for my opinion. However, that depends on the sound guy for the band I think.
Great venue. Easy to get to and easy parking. New shopping centre now open with some great 'label' bargains. Lots of nice restaurants and bars to choose from too for a before or after show visit. I don't like sitting up the top of the arena - it's very steep up there! Only made that mistake once, now I only go if I can get a seat downstairs or on the front row of the upstairs section.
Gray venue, stunning alternative architecture with good public transport links. Just not quite sure how much attention was given to bag search on entry. Gave the impression of a box ticking exercise to me.
Easy check in with the security, plenty of staff to show you to your seats. Good inside atrocious , not worth the cost, Cheap, nasty food. No healthy options at all.
Royal Marsden fund raiser, the line up of musicians OMG
Cant understand why they insist on taking the lids off any bottle you buy...arena rules they said....safety they said. The water coke and beer that was spilt by the end of a buble concert meant the policy had now given rise to an avoidable unsafe environment.....Why? Its also really easy for anyone to drop something in your bottle without you realising....must be hard clearing up at night with all those half empty bottles and no lids....had to leave the bottle there rather than use it on the journey home, what a waste.
Seats are tiny and agonising. Haven't been that uncomfortable since flying BA shorthaul economy.
Love this place. The new shopping site is amazing. A hub for Cinema, food and drinks, Games zone, over the top of O2, Live music and much more.
Decent and variety of different things to do. Easy train access to all areas is the best part. Very spacious. High security, so feel safe always.
Amazing place and in the arena the sound quality is also some of the best I have heard in a concert venue. Well worth going to and I might go back again.
Great gig but the O2 is starting to look it's age. They get us there much too early and don't tell you that once inside their is nothing to do but wait. A small bottle of water for three pounds is a rip off.
We visited for Up The O2 which is the climb over the canopy. The best part was the descent back down which was actually quite good fun on the trampoline-like material (though you're definitely not supposed to bounce). As you'd expect there was a thorough safety talk before hand, lots of gear and instructions on how to use it. On the climb and descent you're connected via a harness that you have to fiddle with at regular intervals in order to pass posts that hold up the rail you're linked to. This meant that the majority of the time is spent looking down messing with the kit. Fortunately you are able to removed the clip from the rail when you reach the viewing platform at the top but to be honest, the view from the roof was a bit underwhelming. Of course, most is obstructed by the large yellow structures and cables that protrude from the roof and recent developments mean that a lot of the view of canary wharf is blocked. There were still some points of interest visible though. If you're offered to do Up The O2 as a work outing, where you're not paying for the ticket then I would go for it just so you can say you've done it. It's not something that I would go out of my way to do myself though.
What a venue! Massive attack was a great show! Sounds was perfect where we were standing and light show captivating. Truly enjoyed the show.
A great venue to get something to eat, a beer or watch a film or your favourite band. The tube and bus services are far from great when a concert finishes but I'm sure most transport links would groan when 20000 people bail out at the same time. The club's aren't the best but if you want a late beer with some music it's not bad
Great place. Shops and restaurants, cinema, and of course live events. They also have indoor adventure activities All under one roof.
Superb Mr Ezra sung his heart out to a packed O2, fantastic only ..... it costs a fortune for food, drinks and merch! Tips, eat before you go, take bottles of water but drink them before you enter the auditorium and wear layers. Enjoy
Top venue I've been to so far, lot of parking spaces but I recommend to book in advance for less hassle. Good staff and security. Also good link to transportation, buses and underground.
Helpful staff & well planned out for access! Fabulous show
Only used the bars and restaurants this time but always a great meeting point and easy access (especially when the weathers poor outside)
It's a good clean place great for food, music even going to the cinema But there are only 2 benches inside the O2 so no sitting down unless you buy food of drink!
First things first... Definitely don't get seats in level 4 if you suffer from vertigo!!! The seats we had in block 414 were good and we had a good view of the stage. My only complaint is like most other venues such as Wembley is that once you're in... You're trapped to pay their EXTORTIONATE prices for food and drink.
Great venue for concerts and other arena shows and events. Confessions are over priced and a stupid policy of taking the kids off of drinks bottles so you can't close the lead once you've finished having a sip of your drink.
Go annually for the ATP finals. What an absolutely fantastic event. Every match is high class and best players. Love the format of round robin as well. When you have big 3 playing the atmosphere is phenomenal. Nadal or federer support is like a football match. Just so so great. Cannot believe the ATP wants to move the event to Milan in 2022. Such a disappointment for tennis fans. London has been able to provide incredible international crowds to support any player that qualifies in top 8, hardly believe Milan would be on the same level. The o2 arena it self is fantastic as well, go to many music concerts during the year, sound tends to be superior to other stadium or outdoor hosted music concerts, you can actually hear the performances properly. Easy to get in and out by tube and other means of transport.
A clean and modern location, with plenty of food and retail opportunities and locations to sit down
Great Music Venue it gets better and better. Well managed although we haven't eaten there there seems something to suit all tastes. Sunday night we saw Franki Valli what a great show.
The venue itself is world leading. We live in the north but it is such a good venue that we prefer to travel. The staff behind the bar do let it down though, not very helpful or quick at serving - it would be five stars if they were more helpful and engaging
Got selected at random to have priority entrance and access to the blue room prior to the show. Was a wonderful experience and a great added touch to our wedding anniversary celebrations
Amazing place but we were at the very back of top tier, my mum not realising where we were, she was panicking as it was very high up. The seats are also very steep, so you felt like you were going to fall, but you could see everything fairly clearly considering and the sound and lights were great.
Wonderful place I recommend it. a wonderful location now the whole complex has been renovated and works, you walk in a circular shape surrounded by many clothes shops, jewelry, all bands have stands of course you will have breakfast, lunch, dinner, the most prestigious pizzerias, the concert hall is a great place to go with family, friends, relatives ... to spend time well. so have fun!
Awesome experience, but not for the faint hearted. We bought through o2 priority which gave us 50% off, so a bargain. Not too many in our group and the guide was very good.
Easily my favourite London music venue. Superb sound, superb facilities, dead easy to get to via any method. Smooth entry, friendly staff. Just great.
The o2 is a great venue. I ve been many times and never had a bad view wherever I am seated. The sound is always great and seats are comfy. Staff are super helpful and if you are on the o2 phone network you get lots of perks so make sure you check out the app before you go. Bit difficult to get out quickly when you leave so I d recommend leaving 10 minutes before the show ends if you don t mind missing a bit.
Good location, great cinema, wide choice of restaurants. Obviously busy when events are on but also worth going to if you are going to cinema.
Went to a Sunday afternoon show. Easy parking. Clean venue with a variety of food and non food outlets.
What a fantastic venue! We were lucky enough to be in the AB Inbev Box and the staff were lovely! The facilities were great. Drinks were quiet expensive but I'm a grumpy northerner down south.
A great day out. Some shopping, a meal and then a concert.
I experienced Up at the O2 with my 2 teenage children, it was amazing! From start to finish the staff were fantastic, the organisation and support was amazing throughout. Great value for money. Will definitely do it again and would recommend 100%
Went for an event with my disabled wife. Pre-paid car Park. Getting out the machine did not recognise the pre-paid ticket. Most unhelpful car park attendants I have come across in my life. I could not reverse out with cars queing behind me. Eventually one of the passengers had to go all the way back to ticket office and get a new ticket reissued. Lots of irrate cars behind me. The attendant could have used his tow awy and spoken to the office and confirmed the bonafides of my ticket and let me out without inconveniencing everybody. The attendants could not even speak nativ lingo! appalling! Inside also the security guards crowd control was shambolic. It was as if this is the first event they ever held! No supervision and they could not organise a proverbial in a brewery!
Nice place . Fair prices but needs more shops and brands to compete with others
Absolutely the best night out. An extravaganza of Strictly Come Dancing!
Great place for a concert, easy access and no hassle leaving
Lovely place with cinemas, outlet shopping centre for branded goods, a cable car that crosses the Thames and gives you a history of the area. Well worth a visit.
Take That concert simply STUNNING. Supporting act Rick Astley excellent, what a voice! Even a suprise guest was brilliant(NO not him). O2 itself excellent and oodles of very helpfull staff.
Great venue, great architecture, great experience. Amazing shopping too. Walk over roof not to be missed if you enjoy heights.
Nice place to hang around. Live music during weekends. And there is an open theatre outside O2
Only had a quick look round but interested to go back and see more.
Difficult to rate in current time but nice shopping mall with plenty of activities and great concert venue.
A decent venue to see live music. The worst part is leaving is a bit hectic.
We had a fantastic time at Disney in Ice. Great venue.
The O2 was electric, well organised, clean as always. Even had a gluten free option at my deck seat.
It's the O2!! Best venue for huge capacity indoor concerts in London. Loads of places to eat. Bars. Has shopping Mall upstairs. Very friendly staff who will try to accommodate if you have a problem with your tickets or seating.
The show was great. The cost of event parking for 2ish hours (35 quid?!! ) much less so. Be warned
It was okay, I was expecting more bars and restaurants. The parking is way too expensive!!!
Pretty nice place to go eat something with some nice variety also great for hanging out ... the security people are just amazing ... people here tend to talk to you out of the blue as well for some reason which I quite enjoyed... only giving 4 stars because the toilets need cleaning ... piss all over the floors bRuH
Great location, easy transport links, good eating outlets to visit before your event.
Came to watch Backstreet boys here the concert was excellent with the backup group Mic Lowry also smashing it. Awesome show really enjoyed myself came with my sister and was my 13 year old nieces first ever concert. It was an excellent experience for her one she will never forget, we felt the seats gave a great view of the stage and the lights and sound was brilliant. Felt safe and enough staff to help if needed. Food hall was as usual busy but has a nice seating area if you get a take away where you ca sit and eat together on a bench which is great. Also the shopping centre is a great addition
I felt it was easily accessable. Able to support the massive events. There are some nice chain restaurants all around. Good shops. Seems well managed with friendly and helpful staff
It was a fabulous experience to go up the o2 today with my family. Staff was amazing. I'll recommend it very strongly
Great venue. Sound is great but I would try and get tickets earlier for concerts as being at the very top is quite restrictive for viewing. Outside in the surrounding areas is great too with so many top restaurants, cinema and bowling too.
Wow. If I had been tasked with creating the most soulless venue I could possibly muster, I couldn't have done better that this . I include a photo of the bar or "corridor" as I would call it . 12 quid for a vodka tonic if I remember correctly . If I had an o2 phone, I'd change carriers immediately. The absolute minimum investment to maximise profit . AVOID.
Incredible experience, amazing arena! Brilliant staff and security! Went here to see panic! At the disco and it was one of the greatest experiences of my life.
Loved this venue. It's huge and has tons of shops and restaurants inside of it. You could literally spend hours there without even going to see a show.
Great performance. Excellent security and many food outlets to choose from. Just remember your card as alot of outlets only take card especially on perfomances and merch. Group we saw . Panic at thediaco. Great show
Great place to eat a good meal and go do an activity, as they have a cinema, bowling and shopping center all in one place.
Saw the Rod Stewart show great. Took a long time to get in owing to security checks. Restaurants and bars out were packed. We ate before we go there although they did sell food and drink inside, card only.
