Great venue but seats are awful. The owners have significantly extended the site to include shopping retail as well as food and entertainment outlets. This is now a real destination for days and evenings out. Not cheap but one of the better venues in that part of London

The venue was great and staff really helpful, but leaving the car park is always awful, our last trip was 35 mins to leave as cars coming in have to cross through the flow of cars going out...

Great venue, especially if you are an O2 customer. Good choice of restaurants and of course, amazing shows with great special effects. Have seen singers, 2x Strictly tours and Andy Murray become ranked number one.

I went there to watch a boxing match and must admit it is so much better than Wembley Stadium! The ring feels close and views are unobstructed. You are indoor and it doesn t matter if it rains or is too cold. With our seat, we could see players coming in and out which was epic! Staff is nice and helpful.

I got to experience a suite as a client being entertained by a vendor. The O2 arena was a great place to hold a concert. The staff were kind and professional the whole time. Made my experience care free. The security was very good which added to my peace of mind. The venue was clean and I look forward to coming back. I didn t take many pictures which was a sign of having too much fun.

As far as venues go, the O2 is one of my favourites - it's built to handle the volumes of people it does and local transport is adequate. Drinks inside are reasonable but the arena can be quite confusing to navigate sometimes.

Great intimate venue. 20,000 Seater Arena with good acoustics and excellent views from majority of seats, unless in top tier. Went to see the 2018 ATP Nitto Tennis Finals with my son and we both really enjoyed it. Restaurants in Dome and drinks inside Arena are expensive, as you would expect. North Greenwich Station if travelling via public transport.

One of the best places to go in the UK to see live shows. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops inside to kill time before and after any show you go to see. Comfy seats inside the arena. Great place!

My experience here was amazing. I went to a Thirty Seconds to Mars concert and we were offered a sky pass as soon as we walked in and got to go to a bar and there was no toilet queues. We also didn t have to wait in line to get into the seats. It was an amazing time but hugely packed with people. Such a great atmosphere.

The show was amazing, however the staff let's hoards of people wander in really late, ruining the view as at they took so long to sit down, they let people get up and down and wander around throughout the performance. Never seen such a terrible audience and no one did anything about it. Real shame.

Easy access and great service. The queues are not big and if they are, they are fast. Lots of options of places to eat. You can visit just to go to the cinema, or just to eat, or just to walk. Is definitely not a place for only who has the ticket of the Concert. Inside the distribution of the chairs is well done and even a bad place is not really a bad place. The only problem is to return after a Concert when it finishes around 23h.

Now with the Icon shopping extension the Dome is complete. Very impressed at how clean and well kept, and how much is in there for everyone inside.
Good choice of restaurants inside and out, a fantastic cinema, bowling, arcades, shopping, and the best Arenas in the UK.

After twenty years of visiting this great building since the Millennium exhibition I m really pleased to see what it has become.

Went to see Chris rock fantastic production. The only advice I would give to people visiting would to the people who are getting the train is to walk around the building entrance and enter from there far less of a crowd trying to get in.

The O2 arena is still a spectacular venue that now also incorporates the more intimate theatre known as "Indigo at the O2". A vast range of eateries are available. Parking is extensive but unless you plan a very long stay - it is often cheaper to pay per stay rather than book and pay the fixed parking charges in advance.

Love this place as a venue for concerts. The queues need to move quicker and the helpers need to have the correct information and not put you on the wrong queue but other than that, it's great!!

Awesome place. Watching Westlife tonight, security good, the pace in which they got everyone in and out was good. Plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from even to come and not watch anything. Friendly, helpful staff.

I was there for Muse concert and it was undescribable.
I quiet amazed by venue and also of course by Muse.
Its a real concert venue with enormous capacity, high tech systems, great acoustic, easy entrance, kind security and bar staffs.
All music lovers should experience this venue on their favourite music style with a concert.

I went here to watch E.L.O. Easy to get to by tube. Great venue with plenty off eat and drinking places. Exspensive but not over exspensive. Friendly and polite staff. The sound was spot on. No real complaints.

Place of many entertainment shows and sports events. There are a lot of good places to eat and also an amusement bar. And it just got even better with a brand new outlet with some good brands and great prices.

It's an odd place. Had the overwhelming sense of doom. Probably a distant memory of the threat of the YK2 bug. Who knows, it might have taken up residence here, and is waiting for us to completely forget about it before launching its attack. I haven't forgotten, though. I will keep watch.

If you re an Amex card holder can also use the Amex lounge (we did).

Amex Lounge will give you a free welcome drink of your choice.

Never seen a stadium like it! Lots of bars and restaurants for before the show, and prices not as high as I thought they d be. Felt like an American mall or Vegas hotel. The seats in the arena were comfortable, but get very high. Liked the drinks holders. The bar staff within the arena were shocking - completely inexperienced, we had to help them get the drinks together correctly.

The best venue I've ever been too. Some questionable sound for music at times, but uncommon from my experiences. Friendly staff, lots of food/shopping options. Spacious and easy to navigate for wheelchairs. Can't recommend it more.

Went to see John Mayer , incredible ! Was given one of the backstage sky vouchers which allowed us a hand and arm massage no queuing up to get into the O2 and a good comfortable bar. So all this before taking our seats. Preferential treatment !We were lucky on booking central seating. My daughter got an end seat. which allowed me to stretch my arthritic leg out

Another fantastic show at The O2.

Another fantastic show at The O2.
I love their upgraded bars and food restaurants for the quick service during the midpoint break in the shows. Askaig a really decent idea the 2pint glass!

Prices aren't so different from other London prices, just be prepared you can only pay by card, nowhere in the show arena accepts cash. The restaurants outside do though.

Amazing night at the O2. Nice sence of security too with all the checks as you enter the arena. Very well organized for such big events. Easy to get in and out avoiding long long queues.

Seats, especially the boxes are quite good. Toilets are clean, shows are at a high quality. Food is very overpriced so I recommend you eat-up at home or at a different place if you don't want to starve or be forced to pay very high prices. Regardless though, the food is quite good so there's that but it's not worth the money.

Good venue. Most if the seating is well planned. Pretty efficient getting in (through security) and out. The cost of food and drinks is an outrage! Does it reflect their costs or is it corporate greed? I suspect the latter

Wrap up and wrap up warm during the winter months otherwise you'll be too cold to focus on how different this place is from the original exhibitors delight that it was at the turn of the century

The Millennium Dome [so formerly named], is located on the Greenwich Peninsula in South East London, England and began its somewhat controversial existence as a 'venue' with an exhibition that lasted for the whole of 2000. We were a very early adopter and visited in Jan-2000 for the dual purpose of visiting the exhibition and also having a business meeting.

Next time we returned [to what was now known as the O2 Arena] was on 4th-May-2011 when we went to see Barry Manilow in concert. The Arena had been developed considerably over those 11 years and had become a terrific entertainment venue.

Depends what/who you're seeing. For a stand up comic I think a smaller theatre is better. I enjoy Michael McIntyre more on the TV than I did on stage; too far away.
Also, the long walk around the dome and queue for security makes you feel more like cattle than audience members.

We've been here a few times, not out of choice as its quite a distance to travel, but for artists that haven't played elsewhere in the UK. Our experiences have been ok, the actual arena itself is well presented and well kept. Staff outside the main arena bowl are helpful and nice but in the arena bowl area for us its a different story, they are rude and uninterested in the people around them. We were sat next to someone who flashed herself to the crowd and staff were more interested in staring at her 'assests' rather than dealing with her disruptiveness despite being asked. The sound is reasonable given the size of the place but I think this is what lets it down is its size as it takes away from the atmosphere, some shows we have seen just look nothing when in a smaller venue get to be seen to their full potential. I can only rate it average cause thats just it its average.

Good venue with good transport links but they don't take mobile tickets which in 2019 is mental. The food choices are very limited both outside and inside the venue, there used to be a lot of small stalls with hot dogs, popcorn in the venue but they seem to have disappeared. You can't take your own food in the venue, even a bag of sweets. It's a good venue but overall leaves a bad taste.

Watched the ATP Rafa v Medvedev. Love the venue, well set out, brill atmosphere. Would love not to be charged the earth for a bottle of water. People who have to travel a long way, pay for a decent seat then are charged extortionate prices. Is it really necessary? Anyway had a great day especially as Rafa won
