Slipknot concert. Going through security involved a very young lad searching my bag and looking rather flustered and out of his depth.

Higher tier seats (400 block) are very scary.

It's annoying when you buy tickets in the presale and all the lower tier seats are premium vip prices with only the upper tier available, and then a few days before the actual show lower tier (after not selling at the stupid prices) were made available at normal price. Very unfair to fans. Whether this is the O2s doing or ticketmasters it doesn't really matter as it leaves you feeling very conned.

Prices inside for good and drink very very expensive even for London.

On entering and exiting the show stewards stopped people from using the escalators. Why have them in the first place?

At the end of the night the crowds of people being cordened off to one side to access the tube station is also a scary experience. Stewards shout orders "do not tap in, the gates are open, keep moving" when you finally reach the tube. This means that when you arrive at your destination, because you didn't tap in at the start, and have to so the gates open, then you are charged a maximum fare.
