Great venue. Long walk around though for our entrance (seats at the bank of the arena). Staff are courteous. Great sound, every time. Nice selection of beers and drinks. And plenty of food places around the arena. All very expensive of course. Nonetheless I always have a great time at the O2!

Arena so big was good experience but if you are going to see a show or a concert get tickets near the stage otherwise you won't be able to see anything just hear a sound . quite expensive recommended

Went to see the star wars exhibition. O2 is a great venue only a stone's throw from the underground station and bigger the you think. Loads of restaurants to choose from you can even walk to the top of the dome...just had no time.

Nice venue. Best in England. Tickets are very expensive. Because the venue is big if u are seated far from the stage you will be very disappointed. Lots of place to eat and drink .

Fantastic arena hosting Disney On Ice. Decent seats to view the stage and great selection of restaurants and the new ICON mall is a nice touch. The mall has a good list of high street shops you'll find in most malls.

Great climb and very kind staff. However, the experience is not very physical so do not do it if you are looking to exert yourself. The actual climbing only lasts about 25 mins even though they say the experience is 1h30. Beautiful 360 view from top.

Been here about 10 times so far. The venue has it's ups and downs.
The view and sound is good if you're not far from the stage but if you're up in the top fourth floor seats at the back then it's like watching ants on stage and the sound is VERY echoey as they havent fitted and sound dampening like the Royal Albert Hall has.

The queues are often ridiculous and can take 25 minutes to get through security checks on a big event.

If you are getting the Jubilee Line Eastbound to get there (say from central london) then GET IN THE LAST TUBE CARRIAGE!!! This is closest to the exit and will save you 5 or 10 minutes queueing to get on escelators and through the ticket barriers.

When leaving to go on the underground the queues can become VERY long often taking 15 minutes to get through because of crowd conttol. Simply head round the left side into the bus station and go through the back doors entrance and you cut out all of the queue!

Attended Alfie Boe & Michael Ball concert Sat 7th March. I'm unable to walk very far at present & stairs are just too difficult. The staff were amazing in transporting those of us needing axsistance, and there was a far number of us. I was especially blown away by the young lass that collected me after the concert & took me & my friend out of the O2 & to the lift at the underground that took us direct to our platform, thus bypassing the huge queue tto even get thru the underground entrance, I'd have been in difficulty if I'd needed to stand in that mass. The arena was great, the concert amazing but it was the staff that really shone bright, thank you doesn't seem enough

Venue is great but security queues 20 mins the food queue 10 mins no draught soft drinks and not the best staff. However Managers/shift leaders very rude. Shame as venue is fantastic. Other venues have far better staff.

No live music at present, but now a large surrounding area setup as factory outlet shopping centre, with bargains too be found. More shops and food restaurants outside too. Still good to visit this now iconic landmark. Went there on the Emirates Air Way Cable Car, for first time, great views, enjoyed the experience.

That was an experience I won't forget. I'd seen it from aerial shots on TV and Film, but the millennium dome /o2 is absolutely massive, with a 20000 seater arena in the middle surrounded by shops and attractions. The food was a little pricey, keep an eye out for the tesco outside or the newsagents on the north side for cheaper snacks.

Hugh Jackman was amazing, literally the greatest showman, would love to down round a campfire (or a pub) with him and listen to his stories.

Went to see massive attack. This has got to be the most disappointing gig I have ever been to. I'm sure if you were in the mosh pit it was brilliant. But beyond that, the sound system was rubbish. People were leaving in droves. I've never seen this before. Normally all is good at the O2, but this was dreadful. Whoever did the sound system for that night should be fired. I had been looking forward to seeing massive attack for so long. Total waste of money.

They really need to fix the Wi-fi connection. I understand it is a very large area which becomes full of hundreds of people but there was barely any connection, or mone at all as in the case of my friend. Prices are crazy, although I can't remember with certainty how much we paid, I do remember that my friend and I didn't have much money on us to be able to really get anything else; looking at the prices, we thought it was a bit ridiculous. Other than that, the experience was great. Particularly the special effects (both light, sound, and otherwise). It really blew my mind.

Great venue- I have seen 5 concerts here and have never had a bad experience. Sound quality is good in general- although really it depends on the band. I usually get standing tickets for shows here and the entry process is smooth and quick- though they could choose a better place for the queue as opposed to a dingy corridor. Loads of restaurants and it is surprisingly fast to get back on the Jubilee line after a show, complete with busker who sings the songs of the artist you've just seen.

A cracking venue with a wide choice of restaurants which is great to relax and take in the atmosphere before the shows, disappointed with the over zealous jobs worth security who thought it was big to flex his muscles and confiscate my nail clippers off my car keys stating I could use it as a weapon!! When I finished laughing I pointed out my bunch off keys where more dangerous then my nail clippers which he didn't have a answer for! What a waste of space!!!!!

Really great venue for live concerts, have visited here many times and each time we've had an unforgettable experience.
I had the opportunity to see two of my favourite bands here and partnered with the venue they were both incredible to see.
Highly recommended if you get the chance to pick a venue.

Cool location. Easily accesible. Expensive drinks in the arena Expensive food in the arena. Staff in the arena not too helpful. Security is a nonsense and just paying lip service to security... Looks like poor staff training and poor management. Venue is superb

Well organised, good transport links. Not very good for music as the acoustics are terrible. We sat on the top balcony for Muse and could not see the screen at all. The top tier sides near the stage should not be sold as the view is obstructed. Booking the tickets does not let you select seats or even have much of an idea where you are paying to be. Overall, I would not return out of choice.

You would have thought that O2's rugby experience would have been played into the organisation of RugbyX but no. At Twickenham the bars stay open until after the game to slow the rush away from the ground. There is no trouble because rugby fans know how to behave. However at the O2 the bars closed before the finals. No warning just guys rocking up at the back of the queue saying that the bars had closed. Very poor.

The place itself is been improved time to time, always clean and many different options of entertainment but at the ticket office they are too slow to serve and the staff that work there don't instruct you properly if you buy your ticket there, they should be better trained.

The new shopping mall is good... Has a good variety of shops... Great brands .. And because it's new, most of them are running an offer or two. My only complain is that it's a slight slide, which means that coming back may not be an easily accessible thing. I was with a stroller and it was a struggle... if you start from the Sky/TH side, then coming back is tough. Good party is that you can enter and express from both ends.

Great venue lot's to do loads of food places. Been here many times for the boxing and the Olympic games. Leave a little bit earlier if you're going home via public transport, though the jubilee line train is frequent it can get overcrowded when everyone is trying to leave at once after a major event.

The Deck service was great and there are vegan options of food available.

The acoustics of the arena are not as great as they could be. Quite a lot of echo which could have potentially be Co trolled by the engineer. However I feel this is just the venue itself. Also, the screens are small I comparisons to what space they have to put double or triple the size screen there for those like me who are partially sighted

Very excited to see this place transforming into a great shoppers paradise. Fantastic brands of clothings and shoes. Great eateries and restaurants all centralize in one huge space. An A plus factor is that most of the retail shops runs promotions throughout the year.

We went to watch the boxing, plenty of police and security presence and that is my main concern. The facilities are very good, the seating is always dealt with well. Have seen a few different things here and always been happy with the venue.

I saw until now 4 concert there and have been all awesome!!! 1th the acoustic of the building is AWESOME, really I think that just the Royal Albert Hall so better about it!
2th the places to sit are comfortable and you can have good viewing from every part where you sit!
3th organization, always great, security, check in, service inside, connections with transport... so.. amazing!
If not have been yet there, check on line next exhibitions and book a ticket.... you 'll enjoy! To try.... trust me!!!

I had a brilliant night at one of Ariana Grande's concerts during her sweetener tour. I would definitely recommend coming here to see a show, or just to shop. The staff is friendly and helpful, and very attentive.
