Great venue for different kinds of big events. Been there for quite a few concerts, sitted in different places, from far away to very close to the stage, and you are able to watch and hear clearly from everywhere. Staff is well prepared and trained. Gets extra points from me for being next to my place, but it's conveniently close to the tube station. There are quite a few options of restaurants and bars to hang out with friends or a date, including a cinema, where I'm a regular as well! They've got an outlet now that's not fully opened yet, but it has some nice brands with reasonable prices!

Amazing venue for production. Sound quality was superb. However I went to get a beer and ended up queuing for 25minutes, missing 7 of Stereophonics best songs and the prices were ridiculous. Never seen a venue so badly organised on that department. Would highly recommend eating and drinking elsewhere beforehand!

Incredible venue. Absolutely huge. Including indoor shopping mall, restaurants, cinema, bowling and the arena itself. Fully loaded with all the amenities you could need! Underground station right on its doorstep too!

First time here and it was great, quick and easy to get in and find seats.
It is a little bit squished and isles are really narrow, if your scared of heights don't sit near the top tier.

Ample amount of toilets, bars, shops, but like anywhere like this, it's all overpriced. 8 quid for 2 bottles of coke.

Your not aloud to bring your own items so you fall for the trap

Drink and eat before you go.

Wow, what an experience. The O2 is the best venue I've ever experienced. Holds around 20k ppl, security is very good, VIP booth was great too. Small bar, drinks, view...all great. Very nice staff.

O2 has now become an iconic venue for large-scene events, and with good reason. Went to see Cirque du Soleil there, great views from all parts of the arena. Great choice of eateries to choose from in the building before your show. And if you're a Sky TV customer, make sure you get free access to the backstage bar before your visit, as it also gives you quicker access to your seat in the arena, and it's a nice calming space in its own right. Only criticism of the O2 is the extortionate cost and average quality of food a drink in the arena itself.

The venue staff could do with taking a leaf out of the staff of the SSE Arena, Wembley. They don't show you to your seat when you arrive. And the aisle's are not marked clearly! Otherwise it's still a good event venue.

Great place with plenty to do and eat along with clothes shops galore. We went to see Marvel Universe Live which was awesome. Slight issue with the car park, hence 4 stars... we couldn't get out. Luckily a member if staff was on hand to help.

Went bowling here with friends for a welcome/birthday party! The ambiance of the place is amazing and there are nearly endless opportunities to choose from. All the way from bowling through cinema, shopping and dining out. A great place to spend time with your loved ones and/or friends and relax! Highly recommended!

We are going there with my other half watching movies in the cinema, having a dinner in some lovely restaurant and last time we did a bit shopping too. O2 arena has something for everyone so you can spend whole day in shops, restaurants, trampoline park, climbing on the roof or going to cinema and you don't have to attend any event.

The venue bars/restaurants are staffed by people who couldn't work slower if they tried. No sense of urgency to get people, who have paid a fortune for tickets including a ridiculous venue supplement, served so that they can watch what they've gone to see. The bars also regularly have problems with the drinks they serve on tap so you can't even get the over-priced drink you wanted. Consistently disappointed by the O2. Really not sure how it justifies charging so much for such awful customer service.

Went to see the Strictly Tour on Sunday which was the last one. It was a terrible say weather wise as storm Ciara was doing her best to stop us getting there but we managed in the end! The O2 was as impressive as always.we hadn't been for a while so for us the new Ionic outlet section was an interesting walk around and stopped us just standing around in the queues to get in. Restaurants were busy as lots of people had pre-booked, which we'll remember to do next time! Managed to get a table just outside the O2 arena in Chiqutos which was great. We had seats in block 104 row R which was a good view for the price. All round good day and well worth the visit.

Huge variety of shops and restraunts. There is always something interesting on there. While you wait for the venue you can eat at the restaurant or if you are a member of certain services like Barkley's or Sky you can enjoy sitting in the lounges (you may have to book). But overall its a fun place for a family day out. people are also allowed to walk on the roof which could be a fun experience.

Everything you would expect from a good hotel. Food excellent, staff always there to serve and help. Good area to be but the hotel's entertainment needs improvement which really let's them down

Always have good experience there, the last time I took my 4 year old to the Disney On Ice show and we had great time. Ate some sushi before the show. There are some good stores to visit. Sometimes it takes too long to find a restroom and I wasn't happy when was asked to throw away our filtered from home water and my daughter to drink tap instead. But I get it, she'll be fine.

The security setup is very slick it moved along speedily. The restrictions on even bringing water into the venue are draconian. One should be able to bring in a reusable bottle with tap water. The prices are extortionate a glass of wine and More

I am coming here for several years and now more restrictions due to covid-19

Masks to be worn at all times and one way system in place

It s currently less crowded and the ICON outlet has a 20% off sale event during the weekend . The staff in several shops were not promoting this offer to the customers though they had the sale event sticker outside the shop.

There are good restaurants and a Cineworld

O2 climb is worth it! Don t be fooled by the ramp that goes up and down. You can really feel your legs getting a great workout and feels your gluteus maximus taking a good beating! Instructors were funny and excellent! Recommend this as a fantastic company social!

Came here for Muse concert 15/9/2019, much improved from the last time I was here. Plenty of bars; restaurants & shops. You can't take any food or drink into the main venue, either do before you go in or buy it inside. Usual security checks. Had great view of the whole stage without having to stand.

Excellent venue and entertainment only downside as I'm disabled taxi couldn't get near 02 so had to walk which was quite a long way for me. Should have taken my scooter but didn't as wasn't aware of this much walking. Went to see the legends of darts and meet the players as I got VIP tickets for a Christmas present.

Butcher and the farmer.....Great place to eat. Food excellent, service excellent. Walk passed all the other restaurants by the main entrance and keep walking to the clothes outlets. It is right in front of you.
Extra walk but you will not be disappointed. Extra bonus is if you are going into the arena there is an entrance right by this restaurant without queues of people!!!!!

An exhilarating place to watch top class tennis. However if you want to drink tea or coffee instead of water or alcohol, no service on level 4 and overworked staff and slow machines at 108 on level 1. 30 mins wait at least on both Sunday and Tuesday afternoon sessions.

Great concert venue. Do yourself a favour and buy standing ground in front of a stage. Restaurants are overpriced so better jump on the tube train after a gig and go somewhere else for a meal/drink.

very disappointed with how long we spent waiting to collect box office tickets. they were selling tickets on the same window as ticket collection. only two windows were open despite the long queue. it took over an hour to pick up tickets I had paid for. the staff had no control over people who were jumping the queue and refusing to leave the front of the line

The O2 arena offers everything you need to have a great event. An eclectic variety of both fast food and fine dining restaurants, a cinema, at least four extra live music venues in the form of the Indigo and Nylon bar. One you are in the main arena the food can be a tad pricy for what you get but there is a large of selection of cuisines available. There is also a shopping mall being built within the dome which will only add to it's popularity.

Lived each event I've visited here so far. Tried fan zone, 102 and 107 - all work perfect! For performances like singers 102 row B is great in term of price+location, for Cirque du Soleil 107 B was amazing. Never tried higher levels though. O2 is huge, has cinema, shopping centre, places where you can eat and drink. The events area has some drinks and snacks as well

A big venue, but you never feel too far from the stage. Good sound too and plenty of food and drink options. Easy to get to by tube and no problem for wheelchairs, except maybe the size of the place so the distances to travel.

This place was a real eye opener. There's far more going on inside than I thought. Plenty to choose from if you want to eat or drink and there's a designer outlet on the upper level. The concert arena is right in the heart of the structure and, what an atmosphere, it's electric. It made for a great night at the Kiss concert. I would definately return and recommend other to visit

After years being dubbed The White Elephant, Telefonica bought what was essentially a permanent tent and transformed it into one of the UK's best indoor event venue. The O2 is a great place with lots of food outlets, shops, lounges, breakout spaces and experiences. It is by far the best large-scale music venue for acoustics and the sound quality for live shows absolutely annihilates anything you hear at stadiums and sports venues. It is always a joy to see a band play here and admittedly, when my favourite artists opt for London Stadium, Wembley, etc. I am somewhat disappointed. The only minor gripes with the O2 are that prices are exorbitant and some staff are utter jobsworths. Other than that, it stands as a giant in the live music event scene.
