First time going to an areas in London, United Kingdom. Nice arena attached with many restaurants and a shopping outlet, and conveniently location to the metro station with about 5 minutes walk.

For a major events venue, this is a remarkably pleasant and easy place to go. The seating is decent. There's a great collection of restaurants including good standbys like Byron and Nandos (and supply of seats seems to be fine). While it's essentially in the middle of nowhere, the Jubilee Line connection makes it super easy to get in and out, and clears even large crowds without too much trouble.

Great venue for concerts Just been to a great Hans Zimmer concert. Wonderful to see this terrific composer on stage.
Such a pity so many inconsiderate people took their seats up to half an hour after the concert began. How very selfish.
The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed using the Blue Room, well done O2!
Eat before going in. Can be very crowded. Drinks/snacks overpriced.

Very good venue. Thoroughly enjoyed shops and the tennis. Major problem is the food and drink in the venue. Quite horrible quality and horribly expensive - and you may not take your own. Why?

Very beautiful place with a very beautiful arena. I climbed the roof of the O2 and it was a very good experience. You can do anything in this place ! (Watch events in the arena, eat, climb or juste chill)

Parking easy! Book online. O2 seats not good up in the gods!! And the seat numbers online don't match when you get there!!! We booked 4 Isle seats. Ours were in the middle of a row. I can see this being a problem for people who need Isle seats. But we enjoyed. Nice place!!

Great atmosphere and really good looking people BUT customer service is not a priority in the restaurants and the quality of food is POOR for the price you are expected to pay. AVOID TGI FRIDAY'S TOTALLY AND AVOID THAT BURGER PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT A HEADACHE AND FOOD POISONING as Customer Service and Food Quality is Extremely Poor.

Great security staff they just let you walk all the way in then call you back to get searched .... After you've entered half the hallway, beware they search bags here and have metal detectors.

Expect to wait a very long time for everything however O2 (O3 STAFF) were helpful and readily available for tourist information.

What can I say about o2 that hasn't already been said? One if my favourite places in the world! I'm here at least 4 times a week. So much to do here and with the shopping now opened this is really a true entertainment and shopping mini city

Great night of bare knuckle boxing. Good wee fast food place inside. Bar staff very efficient bar busy but moves fast.
Will do again. The crowd kicked off but the ground staff quickly sorted it smoothly.
Good night well organised and run.

Great venue. Easy to get around. Lots of different food options. Access to the site was easy via car with parkng on site available. Worth pre booking for concerts. I went on a Saturday so car travel maybe be a nightmare on a week day. Also if you go to the outlet there are offers to get the parking cost refunded. Went to see Muse. The arena was easy to get in. Plenty of facilities and food vendors inside the arena.

We visited the O2 arena specifically for the Elvis Presley exhibition. This is the second time we have visited the O2 for an exhibition, and have been pleased with the service and the event each time. Our tickets were for the 12 PM entrance time but we arrived in London much earlier than expected and the staff were very accommodating and allowed us to enter the exhibition early with no problems whatsoever.

The arena is currently undergoing some building and improvement works so some areas are cordoned off due to this, however the restaurants and shops inside and outside the arena are still accessible.

I rate the 02 as 5 stars asThe venue its self is a brilliant place to go and watch your favourite band or comedian etc. Or maybe to go for dinner or cinema, there is so much under one roof. Now for the bad bit. If you have driven there by car to see a show do not expect to get very far quickly on the way out. It becomes very gridlocked very quickly and with no traffic control it also becomes a free for all. I managed to park right near the exit of car park 2 and it still took me 30mins to move 10ft. Apart from that I love the place

Revisited the O2 back in the summer to do the 'Walk the Dome'. Great experience. Surprisingly, it took the best past or an hour including a 10/15 minute induction. But when you do it you find out why it takes that long! I took my 7 year old grandson and he loved it. It's hard work and using the safety line that secures you takes a bit of getting use to. You need to be fit and children need to be over 7. You will also need to prebook.

Well laid out and fantastic selection of restaurants and bars outside the arena. Security queue was fine and well organised. Had standing tickets for Pete Tong and the bar was massively overcrowded. Staff not interested in fast service and a lack of queue organisation made for a poor experience. The show and other facilities were excellent nonetheless.
