I was pleasantly surprised as the view we had was great! I would not recommend going too high, though. Music a bit too loud for my liking. Food and drink prices are insane, even for London standards. Expect terrible queues to get on the Tube after the event.

A really good venue, been to a few comedy gigs here and it's really well laid out, you've always got a good view of the stage wherever you're sat, there's loads of places to eat and loads of stuff to do aswell as having loads of great transport links
The amazing 02 Arena... The amazing Florence + The Machine featuring High as Hope, hunger the end of love and many more.. What a fantastic performance.
Very beautiful place. Not a great selection of activities to do when you visit, nonetheless, we had fun. The place is really really beautiful...a lot of sightseeing.
At least once in a lifetime do watch a concert here at the centre of space and time.
Underground metro is the convenient way to reach here. Lot of good places to eat around. After a concert or match it gets crowded cause there's only one way out towards metro, it is best to wait for good 30 mins.
Its huge. Quekng for security was dreadful. Very slow process. Got to the entrance and queued for ages. finally got the front and was told we had to go to standing enterance hidden behind cineworld. got through security again. Whole process took an hour and twenty minutes. We missed the first song. Treat a concert at the O2 like a flight and arrive two hours early. you might just catch the start if you are really lucky. If your standing go right at the main entrance. Dont be tempted to queue up with the seated people. Do not expect be greeted by anyone who can help you at the enterance or see any signs that help you understand where you are. Please improve 02.
Visit here quite frequently to watch various acts, the last one being Jack Whitehall, nice venue, very big plently of places to eat and drink inside, staff helpful in guiding you to your seat, bar prices are expensive once inside the actual More
Huge place full of interesting restaurants. I went for a concert and the security check was fast and easy. Very similar to the airport one: do not bring your own food or drinks.
Fantastic venue. I remembered when it was the Millennium Dome and drew hardly any crowds. They have totally renovated this into an excellent venue. It has a host of dining experiences. I have had good meals at a Mexican, burger and Asian food. The cinema is also well run. The music venue is superb acoustics. I have seen some fantastic performances by Robbie Williams and Red Hot Chilli Peppers. Well worth a visit.
Top night at the O2 for Pete Tong Ibiza Classical. Queues are long for the standing section so factor in 20-30 mins to get in if you go about 8pm like me.
The selection of restaurants and bars is great but the facilities are terrible once you go through to the venue. We went to see Michael McIntyre and the bars next to the auditorium were shut 20 minutes before the show started and only opened during the interval.
Fantastic night with Little Mix. Took the river boat from Waterloo right to the O2. Avoiding all the rush and crowds on the trains and car parking. Highly recommended.
Lots to do and a million places to eat. Make sure you book in advance, on event days it's obviously busy. This is hands down one of the best Music venues in London for big acts.
A full day out. A World class concert venue and attendant shopping centre. Served by good bus connections and underground services. Gaining entry to the auditorium can be time consuming as tickets have to be checked and everybody has to be processed through airport like security but in days like these it's understandable.
Awesome place, great ambience, great restaurants, a lot of fun activities available, good shopping brands, convenient to reach. All in all a great place for a fun filled outing. Everyone will have something or the other to have fun.
First time at the O2 Arena today with my husband as a wedding Anniversary present... Watching Florence and the machine... OMG... It was amazing!! Very good indeed. The seats are comfortable and the staff are very friendly and organised. Excellent experience!!!
Love the venue but don't like there chocolate choices and beer last time was not great problems with the beer lines maybe? Refund given no problem though.
Went to see Childish Gambino and it was amazing! Only let down was we weren't allowed to keep our tickets which sucked as he isn't touring under that name anymore!
Good place to meet up with friends & relatives with all the kids & exchange belated Xmas gifts... Easy acres from Birmingham via M6, M1, M25, M11 & via Blackwell Tunnel with loads of parking (at a cost)
Always very good experience at the O2. The acoustics could be better but the facilities, food and drink options, shops and transport links are very good. Lots of staff to always show you where to go, must try the cinema there one day!
Really lively place to spend good few hours. It has many branded outlets, Cinema (including Bollywood movies), World food including Jimmy, great Car park and transport facilities. Ideal for people who loves to take photos specially at night time.
Loved this place! I didn't realise there's actually a bunch of restaurants inside the O2 so don't buy any food before the concert. Plenty of choice inside. Also, a tip is to take the boat after your event. Especially if it's in the night! You can see London with all the lights light up in the night on your way back!
Loved the O2, the whole place was a surprise. The shops were an added bonus they are outlet shops and the restaurants are various high street brands of all varieties and prices. The high light was arriving and leaving on the Thames Clipper boat, which was not only fast but very relaxing.
An evening stroll through The O2 on my to Jimmy's for a bite or two after a fantastic XR event at Blackheath Common. Shame the last show had just started. Wanted to watch a film. Very quiet the time I got there on Sunday night.
Went to watch whyte vs chisora boxing. Was sat 3 rows from the top but had a clear view regardless. Drinks are massively overpriced and not allowed to take your own in. Smoking not allowed inside and once your in theres no re entry but vaping is allowed in the bar area and they sell ecigs there so if going for a long show I'd advise taking up ecigs even if just for one night. Enjoyed it so much I bought tickets to return for the next fight night the next day.
Mamma Mia the party was great fun. Everything was effortlessly smooth and easy. The waiting staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The show was brilliant with singing, dancing and groovy music. The food was incredibly delicious - the lamb was 'melt in the mouth' tender and the beef was great quality and cooked to perfection. The salad was fresh and the various breads and dips heavenly. What a fabulous afternoon of entertainment, gastronomy and Joie de Vivre!
Poor experience of O2 although concert was great. Told to arrive for Security clearance by 5.30 but nothing happened until 6:00 - then another 30mins to be cleared. All for security but a waste of 1 hour? No drink and no food allowed More
What an amazing show Michael Buble put on at the O2, he was funny, engaging & his band was just as good. Including the over excited backup dancer, which was one of my favourite bits.
The que went fast & theres plenty to do at the O2 so get there early & grab a bite to eat at one of the lovely restaurants they have.
Also vape frendly, you can vape inside just not in the concert hall itself.
Well John Mayer was mind blowing... But as a venue for any event or even just a night out the selection of restaurants and bars is fantastic. Plus the cinemas and additional entertainment choices make it a one stop shop... Oh and parking is opposite.. I recommend book that in advance
Always loved it, however recently the sound quality is poor at best, and they sell seats with little to no visibility of the stage. Pretty disappointing in all honesty
Walked over the top of the o2. Great views. Something different. Would recommend. Dont drop your phone when taking photos as someone did - as you cant climb down to get it back
I really dislike the O2, it's probably the worst place for gigs in London. It's way too big, always crowded, soulless inside and poorly thought-out overall. It takes forever to get in and out due to small entrance and massive size. Prepare for queues everywhere! There's not enough bars or toilets, and they're not easily accessible. Bars especially are poorly placed and not run very efficiently, not to mention the exorbitant prices. Tickets are always expensive for concerts here, despite the poor experience you get. It's really not OK for a venue of this size. Standing tickets provide decent experience but then you're in a massive crowd of people. Level 1 seating is always expensive, and you can rely on Ticketmaster to sell them at ridiculous prices thanks to their ludicrous Platinum programme. Cheapest level 4 tickets make you feel like you're a watching TV show far way, rather than actually being there, with especially poor sound.
Excellent acoustics. Very well organised venue. With the thousands of late parents arriving for Young Voices it should have been chaos but it was great
The O2 provided my family and I brilliant service until they messed up another persons seat. We made a trip to London to watch disney on ice. The walk from the car park was long but we thought "hey, it's worth it for front row seats! ". That was until we got there sat down and then had a whole family sat in front of us. Of corse we understand that you have to give them the seats they payed for but at the end of the day WE payed for front row seats because I have a disabled mum and a 3 year old neice. The show was completely ruined as we couldn't even see the skaters. Rather disappointed. I have attached a before and after photo of our view.
Immense arena venue, excellent sound considering how huge it is. Ample space for crowds too. Crowd management are good and you have many places to eat and drink. Also, really good view if you choose to do climb through Up at the O2.
