Absolutely amazing disney on ice, just as I remember it from when I was a kid xx
Took my daughter and her friends to see little mix. And it was amazing good variety of food, Arena was clean with lots of toilets.
Terrific venue. The arena is outstanding. I went for The Strictly Come Dancing Tour and it was superb especially with an audience of 10,000 raising the roof. The O2 surrounding the arena is similar to Westfield Shopping centre with an excellent mix of shops, restaurants and a cinema. I will certainly go back. The experience was amazing.
I was lucky to get a box seat from my employer. Awesome atmosphere for ATP tour. Shame that it's moving away. Good choice of restaurants, easy to get in and out . Good connectivity by tube as well
Brilliant facilities, a fab shopping centre and lots of pubs & restaurants.
Huge venue - arrive a few hours early so you can enjoy all the shops and dining options in addition to whatever show you're going to. We've sat all the way in the back and the sounds and sight is still good.
Amazing iconic structure, from the 2000 era. Its since become an excellent venue to hold concerts, sporting events and shows. U can climb ontop of the O2 as well as dining and shopping inside with it's new icon outlets store. Impeccably clean and well staffed day n night. PayParking is a 5min walk aswell as the cable cars, and the jubilee line. As soon as u come out of the station,You see its grandeur in all its splendor. U can also catch the Thames clipper river bus. That takes u up n down the river daily into central London.
Nice arena with plenty space, clean and a diverse range of restaurants and bars outside the arena. Otherwise it is just like any other arena - arena shaped, arena sized, etc.
Marked it down as its a very big venue and its not intermet like some other smaller venues.
Very nice arena/shopping centre. I didn t come here to visit the arena so I m not too sure what it is like but there is lots of nice restaurants including popular restaurant chains such as Nando s, Frankie & Benny s etc. accessible to the public. It is a nice atmosphere with convenient public transport access, you can use the Emirates Airline cable cars like we did (which is good if you want to go to ExCel like we did), the Underground Jubilee Aline as well as a big bus station.
It's the best place you can go in Greenwich. Whatever you want to eat or do you can find it and it's clean, safe and well staffed.
Fantastic venue with great amenities. Be careful if you are on the upper levels and have vertigo as it is very steep.
Love this place. What an amazing arena. So many restaurants to choose from. Parking is very expensive though.
Loved watching the BKB last night, looking forward to going back in January.
Fantastic venue for an amazing evening. Lots of bars and restaurants that can cater for every palate too.
Very good place to shop if you want to avoid the west end. Great discounts.
It was my first and definitely not my last visit to the O2. It is huge and very well laid out the sound is good even at the back of the venue . As you can expect the bars are under siege just before the gigs but that's the same In every venue. The whole area around the O2 is great to and getting there on the jubilee line is so easy aswell.
Always a flagship London venue to go back to and watch awesome artists do what they do best! Security is quick, can get to seating relatively quickly - many of restaurant options to pick from after for a quick snack! No complaints really - watched Daddy Yankee here most recently!
A well organised and outstanding place for entertainment. We were there for the Take That concert and it did not disappoint. The O2 building is an architecture feat and is clean and well laid out. The staff are polite and knowledgable and can be found throughout the building. There are loads and loads of shops and loads of places to eat. We eat in Jimmy's and it was reasonably priced. When leaving to get on the underground it was again well organised.
Huge arena with top stars to entertain. Just seen Alice Cooper and loved the show!
Bjork at the o2, amazing event, great facilities with very good sound system.
Well organised from the point of parking to leaving the grounds. Then walking to the venue.
Inside plenty of shops and restaurants and pubs.
The arena is pretty big and the sound system powerful.
One downside though they do not allow any food or drink in, even if you purchase them from inside the O2. You have to buy their food and drink at an inflated price.
One of the best venues. Great night, busy bar queues as to be expected
Very good, great view, not too busy, not huge queues for ages, good shops and facilities.
Really awful experience. Customer service had no interest in making changes or taking my complaint seriously.
It is not an accessible venue if you have a disability or impairment so just be aware of that and if you're expecting the staff to step in when drunk neanderthals are ruining a show - don't.
Nice place, shops are still opened, and feels roomy . Good for shopping with social distance
Disney on Ice well worth a visit for young kids and old kids like me !
Very small seats. Nice arena and good sound quality. Around the venue is a good variety of restaurants to suit most taste. In side is the usual food stands and expensive prices. Queues weren't to long even for the toilets. No where to hang your bag in the toilet cubical which is disturbing. Easy access in and out lots of staff to direct you. Bags are scanned and metal detectors used just like in airports. Carpark was easy to find and access as we'd booked in advance
Lovely place for larger events. It's got good restaurants and bars around it.
Pros
+ perfect concert venue.
+ good eating options
+ proper facilities, security and control
+ ticket purchase counters are managers perfectly.
+ Concert stage is amazing and you get good views from all the seats
+ good connectivity to metro and bus and nice car parking area.
But
- seats are very narrow.
- drinks and food items are overpriced.
- the steps are very steep. Plus it didn't seem safe.
- my friend hallucinate because of the deer of falling.
- if you have to move, you'll physically disturb all the people in your row. If you have food or drinks in your hand, you probably spill on a lot of people.
As a child I all ways wanted to go to Millennium Dome. Well today I got to go, it wasn't the same but it was still pretty good fun! Is a stunning building!
There is a large shopping center here now, witha large food court. There is also the O2 event space which has a number of high profile events on from music to comedy.
It is well with a visit if you haven't been before.
Must visit very Cool place for shopping, concerts, eatery's, Giant movie theater. Rct and you can climb the roof of the O2
A huge venue but well organised. Even though my seat was very close to the ceiling at the Jingle Bell Ball, I still had a good view and a good time.
The 02 staff are just so amazing and helpful and very well organised. Many thanks to all the staff at the 02 a great night.
Its interesting, view's r grt, the guide made us feel very welcome and not rushed at all, will definitely go again with my kids,
Really nice venue for anyone young or old. Security checks can take a while to get through but a fantastic venue.
Great venue with lovely staff. Went recently to see Sam Smith. Acoustics were great. The refreshments are expensive and Id wear comfortable shoes as we had to walk for a while to get to our guest list seating
The hottest day in London chilling indoors as the O2
Beautiful atmosphere. From shopping to entertainments and food. You are spoilt for choice
Visited here for a concert and to go to the cabana restaurant inside.
A great atmosphere inside as you stroll through the plaza either choosing which restaurant to eat in, anxiously waiting for line-up to begin for your concert or just popping in to catch a movie.
There's also usually car companies holding showrooms there so a nice opportunity to flex with a whip you wish you had (and reflect on the money you spent on concert tickets that could've gone towards a car lol).
Where good memories are made.
A must visit in London!
Sky walk on top excellent, great views over London, very helpful staff
Halsey concert was awesome. Venue has very good transport links. Staff very good at getting the crowds in and out
This venue is built for live events. It's so quick and easy to get in and out, the sound, lights and visual effects are incredible and it's reasonably quick to get a drink or meal. Makes for a really good experience.
Nice day out for the family. There's something for everybody. Food, entertainment or whatever else catches your fancy.
Great venue. In quickly, out even quicker. The event staff are well organised especially on the way out with directing large crowds towards the tube station
Claire the guide was lovely and super helpfull.bgreat time there with working collegues and I would do again.
Really like what they have done with the outlet Area
When to the 02 arena to watch Krept and Konan in concert, the concert was 10/10 only issue I have is the drinks are quite pricey in the 02 and they dont have any offers to make it worth your money if the prices were better I would have given 5 stars
Helpful and friendly staff, lots of places to eat and drink.
Sound was fabulous within the music venue
Amazing. Breathtaking. A lifetime experience. I'd go back for another great event. Nearby metro station. Very well organized. You don't need your car after, the metro is still working until late in the night. It was a great surprise to see that there, in London were thinking also about after event transportation. Impressive! Unexpected! Good job London!
Staff were super helpful and big signs help you know where to go! Also the music was amazing !!!
I go every Saturday day to have a meal in Barons my favourite meal is Is chicken club salad? And sweet potato fries and Yorkshire Tea and sometimes I will have a starter which is buffalo wings. The service is wonderful they are very kind and very helpful. They don't let me stand in your queue. You have to put your name down on the Saturday night when they're busy but once you've done that they do it in turns and as soon as they get a table ready for me they put me at the table. They are very very good the place is not wonderful but my goodness it does get a lot of service people love Byron's which is b y r o n s. S. So if you want a decent meal if you like beef burgers anything like that their chicken meals at absolutely wonderful the fries are wonderful and I think this month they've got bottomless fries for those who join the club. Byron's Club So take a tip for me go there are busy. I haven't meal you will not be disappointed if you want quiet then go earlier in the day. Go in the week earlier in the day lunch time if you go on a Saturday mornings, it's alright, but Saturday afternoon and Saturday night is manic, but it really is a place worthwhile going to I give it 10 out of 10.
They have improved the acoustics here since it first opened as a music venue.
So much to do here even without visiting for a concert. I have many planned days out here just got the food
Good venue and vape friendly. Pack your comfy shoes though coz it takes forever to get out at the end of a show. Great choice of eateries also
Great experience, but looses 2 stars as seats are fairly narrow so may feel a bit squished and wasn't allowed my camera inside even though it was for personal use and have had no issues taking it to other places such as Wembley in summer 2018 so worth checking the criteria regarding the lenses.
Went to see The League of Gentlemen Live Again! which was an absolutely amazing show, but I was disappointed in the O2. There seems to be zero allowance for disabled patrons - it's a heck of a long way to walk from the entrance to arena entrance H, and there's not 1 single place to sit down along the way, unless you want to stop for a meal somewhere! No option for disabled entrance to seating either, so I had to tackle all the steps down to the floor level, and obviously do it all again to get out! Oh, and the disabled toilets are the furthest away of the 3 bathrooms! The majority of disabled people aren't actually being pushed around in a wheelchair, and this is a fact that seems to have been forgotten in designing/planning the layout of this venue.
Hugh Jackman's show fantastic it is a must go and see amazing 5 stars
Saw 'The War on Drugs' overall a great night, the O2 is an amazing venue for live music.
Great shopping, great choice of places to eat. A cineworld and the O2 itself. Easy to spend a whole day there if you have an event it the evening.
Big tent with big bands and normally dodgy sound quality. See the bands in smaller places before they get too big.
Quite the amazing place. A must be. Restaurants, shops and a full blown arena. The outlet also has one of the lowest prices I've ever seen on popular brands!
Great venue. First time with the kids today and it was quite stress free. There's always enough staff to keep the flow of people coming and I appreciate the extra security measures they now have. As always though, not enough ladies toilets!! Why?!?! Lol
The cloak room was full half an hour before the concert started, before half of the people were even in. They should know exactly how many people can fit so why not provide enough cloak room space. Putting the jackets on the side was also not allowed. Made me enjoy the concert much less.
No fuss or long queues for a big venue in and out with ease
Nice place. A bit of walk if you are unsure where is the best place to park. Parking is expensive especially on event days
We went to see Lauren Hill on Monday night (excellent gig!).
Staff were very helpful with directions and I was surprised at how quickly they managed to get everyone out of the venue at the end.
Absolutely fantastic. Saw Brad Paisley with home grown Ward Thomas and the stellar Keith Urban. Exit was extremely well orchestrated. Staff were amazing
I ve been to O2 for many gigs over the years and have enjoyed everyone of them, but last night (21/12/19) I was there to see Alterbridge and Shinedown, 2 of my favourite bands in 1 line up.
Both sounded fantastic and I cannot say anything bad surrounding the acoustics of the venue.
What made this gig really quite poor for me was the fact that there was no big screens behind the stage to show the bands, so from the back or the sides with the speakers in view you couldn t see the bands on stage very clearly, just objects moving around!!!
I go to these gigs for the music but also to see the bands perform, but last night wasn t good for viewing. Quite disappointed really.
Bought tickets to see the 'Kaiser Chiefs' on Stubhub at less than face value and was pleasantly surprised on arrival to find that they included entry to the Amex VIP Lounge where we enjoyed a burger to beat them all, plus fantastic service and our own queue free access to our stadium seats. Topped off with and amazing show. Love, love love the O2 and can't 2ait to go back.
Lots to do, lovely restaurants and shop all under one roof.
O2 arena provides secure live shows, with the commodity of been in a chair without the hassle. Plenty drinks and many restaurants to grab foot before the event. Highly recommended. Also, Massive Attack did great!
Big... loads restaurants and Bars
to visit inside. Venue well organised.. many options on getting there... Rail tube bus boat.
amazing
Nice venue for entertainment, eating out and other sports and music events. Parking is extortionate price
I've just returned from the o2 young 2020 children's choir and I've really got 2 say what an amazing night out. And the staff went out of there way especially hassan thank you
Saw Hugh jackman here very good venue and a great show. Would say the lower seating has a much better view didnt sit on higher rows but it looks like it might be hard to see the stage from there.
Very impressive venue and a great experience (go over on the cable car!). It loses a star because the seating in the arena is awful: too low and narrow (although leg room was ok - I'm 6'2"). Definitely worth a visit but I'd rather go to the Albert hall...
Excellent fabulous place, well organised and good range of restaurants and activities
I may be basis but I think that the O2 is the perfect venue living in London. Always have a great time.
Went to see grandchildren in the Young Voices 2020 choir festival. The atmosphere was electric, absolutely would recommend this to anyone.
Excellent facilities. Seen several major bands there over the years.
