I would have given 5 star if it wasn't the high cost of parking. Nice place to visit and spend some time
Great! Watch the Script with one of my best friends it was fantastic. New shopping bit in the o2 is also good (only got to see a little bit of it).
Place is huge. Couldn't believe the amount of shops and bars there. Only bit of advice if going for a meal there in the evening, go when the acts are in full swing it cuts the pedestrian traffic considerably.
Great atmosphere, friendly staff but it is very expensive especially if you dont have O2 rewards. Myself & my daughter were there to see Strictly Live, our seats were very very high up so most of the evening was spent watching the big screen.
The biggest negative (no surprise here is the loo Q's ) but overall we had a good night out & the show was great
Amazing big Arena with cool live music and nice shops
Really Good Mall for buying Branded items in low price
Well, definitely improved since I was last here! And I am impressed at how well the structure has last these two decades, I confess to thinking that two years would be all it could survive!
O2 area is spectacular. Truly enjoyed my experience. Great views, exquisite food and lovely designs. Flew from Texas, U. S. will be returning! Thank you to O2 arena for the excellent experience. I was truly impressed by the intricate architecture and design.
It's too hard to review 'O2'....there is too much to consider! Our experience going to see Paul McCartney was excellent... the train in was good in & out....we got drinks ok...didn't queue really for entry / bag searches...had booked good seats with toilets near..etc etc....good 'new' things were full plastic bottles of wine & Camden IPA (which hadn't been delivered but at least it is coming).
Good carpark fast food great sounds uncomfortable seats
Blown away. My first visit to the O2. Secure, well organised and super staff. Be prepared to pay though. A great evening with my 80 year old mother.
Didn't like the venue it's self. Security were good and quick to get in though. Bar was terrible slowest ever experienced. Beer just trickling from the pumps.
Awesome mall with everything available within. Suitable for Shopping, dining and recreation
Been to about 6 gigs here over the years.
The worst acoustics in the UK.
The only person who manged to fill it with sound was Prince, all the others music was lost in the rafters.
I won't be coming again if I have a choice. I would travel to another city for a better experience.
Felt unique, and sort of funky, like life itself, you are going around in circles
If you love good food, go to Gauchos. Argentine restaurant and the steaks are great. Not cheap but the service is 2nd to none.
My family and I love coming here we have such a good time and the staff are very friendly.
Wonderful place, just need to make sure you plan when to leave to avoid rush hour
No atmosphere at all. I understand that's it's not the operators fault as why the venue was empty, and they did put on special discount weekend to entice shoppers. The place was a bit quiet in terms silence in ambiance.
Unfortunate really because I've visited previous occasions when we have not been effected by this awful pandemic and the atmosphere was completely flipped over to a great electric vibe.
But you should think about providing free o2 WiFi throughout
Amazing experience in Corporate VIP box for the Ariana Grande concert. Won the tickets from recognition by my employer. Food and drink was amazing and the hospitality was second to none. Thank you to all of the hard working teams who work so hard to make sure all of these events are hosted in the best way possible
Amazing venue. We watched Ariana Grande and it was a wonderful experience. There are loads of restaurants to choose from outside so it wasn t difficult to eat. It s also very accessible via public transport.
Always a good experience for me. I have always had good seats here with excellent views of the stage. This venue has a good security, lots of facilities for food, drink and toilets. It's with in walking distance to the underground and the clipper boats. The clipper boat gets given notice by the O2 of when the concert has finished, you then get 15 minutes to walk down to the boat, which is plenty of time. Probably my favourite venue to go to.
Kylie was excellent on her golden tour at the O2 arena.
Amazing place to see Alice Cooper, also the stage is easily visible from most of the chairs.
Up at the O2! Great team exercise, and on a good day (we were lucky with the weather) you can see for miles!
OBSCENE PRICING.
went to a childs concert ..
Felt robbed blind..
I thought would be fairly high but that was ridiculous..
Food was poor ..attitude , service and speed poor too..
Came here last night to watch chemical brothers. Where are your stewards to help people to there seats?? We sat in wrong seats because we couldn't see and so did numerous other people. There was a grumpy rude female and male in the 406 area who didn't seem to have a clue where our seats were or just clearly couldn't be bothered. Very poor service. Sorry.
First ever visit and was stunned by the sheer size of it, it was fantastic it would take a couple of days to explore it properly.
Really great one-stop-shop for a lot of things, and there are many benefits to be reaped if you are an O2 priority member or have memberships to various schemes (SKY, Virgin etc.). There's so much food to have both within and around the venue, and a shopping mall for your other needs. There's bowling, tonnes of pop-up events and a variety of other activities for all ages. Really great place overall and it's kept clean and secure with staff all around the venue.
It was a great show and performance hosted by Young Voice.
Rude and unacceptable behaviour!
I was poorly treated by the customer service team. I felt very bad as I felt there were racial discrimination towards me from one of the shop assistants called Phril. I was badly treated, ignored, even he rolled his eyes when I ask him why he had that service towards me.
Very bad experience considering it was my first time coming to this store. You should definitely keep an eye on your staff. I work in customer service and this behaviour is unacceptable.
Good place to eat with lot variety of restaurants and to shop at the outlet
Great venue, easy to get to and get home via public transport
Love the O2..
Saw Charley Pride here...what a Great Show. Wish he would come back. Please bring Charley Pride back to London.
Fab place, first time here, parking was really easy in and out. Great selection of restaurants. Well organised in and out of arena, seats were a bit close together for those with longer legs and not the most comfortable but great venue
Amazing and grand. There is also a shopping district within hosting higher end brand name stores. A one stop shop for a brilliant event or just a lovely afternoon shop, cinema, and meal.
The O2 well it's a great place to go out and enjoy the shows. Went out to see The king Elvis Presley what a great night out. Easy to get rid by train
I have been to the O2 centre a number of times this year for different things. The last two events were the Muppets take 02 and Heart of Hollywood. The venue itself is really good. There are loads of restaurants to eat at and the main arena is good for big events. Getting into and out of the venue is relatively pain free considering the need for security and the amount of people they need to get through. I found the price of drinks in the venue extortionate but it's a captive market as you can't take your own drinks in. Public transport can be challenging when you are competing with everyone else when leaving the venue late at night though.
Our guide Matt was fantastic. Thoroughly recommended.
Fantastic. Lots of shops. Designer shops. Felt like I was a super star for one day. To end it all I spent a spectacular nite at the Brit Awards.
Very impressed with everything about this place, a vast shopping centre, great restaurants and bars, even a theatre! Great place to visit
Even though ut gets massively busy, there are plenty of bars and the events are very well organised.
The perfect concert venue! Great choice of food and drinks and there's even something for those who like a little shopping on the side. Convenient parking with lots of spaces. There are lots of activities to choose from for the whole family. Great day out, especially on a rainy day!
Haven t been in 20 years and it s made a hell of a leap forward since then! Great venue with plenty to do and well laid out
Love this place , so much to do. Brilliant live music
Lovely view irrespective of where one sat in the main auditorium. Plenty of choices where to eat. A great experience. I look forward to conference 2020.
Went with my girlfriend to see Blue Planet 2 live in concert. Had a brilliant time. Staff were helpful and even though it was busy going through security it took a reasonable time. Overall well worth going there to see a show.
Jimmy's food was fantastic. It was free for my kids.
Great venue for concerts and sporting events. There is a wide choice of restaurants to suit all tastes and the new outlet is good for a spot of retail therapy.
Good shops but shut too early for workers visiting after work.....& a Thursday! Still very cold inside, not sorted that after all these years!!! Prezzo was disappointing - food poor & service the same.
The place is vast with various options to choose from.. be it entertain or food.. simply excellent
No reviews required , such a nice place to have fun
Pizza express was fantastic place, hygiene 100% food 100%, waitresses 100% education 100% apart from toilet zero. But we enjoyed.
Awesome architecture and amazing highly recommend this venue to everyone visiting
O2 do events well!
Frustrating that can use only cards outside the seating area but once inside, ice cream vendors only take cash! Make your mind up O2!
Good sound quality, seats ok for comfort, big screen clear.
Security a bit lax as studded jacket set off alarms so they handed it around the security door without xraying, could have contained a weapon!
It's as good as the act you go to see really.
As far as the place itself, good tube access & it has got lots of food & drink options but is a bit like a motorway service station as you get royally ripped off every time you buy anything.
Great venue that can hold a lot of people for a great atmosphere when attending live music, however it isn't too big that you can't see the artists play. From experience seated areas are the best for getting a good view of the action over More
Been here a few times to the restaurants and for outlet shopping
A great venue with lots and f restaurants and bars, it s big but we ll sign posted inside.
Built on the former Millennium Dome, The O2 is a vibrant London landmark with events and activities for every type of visitor. It s the biggest ticket-selling arena in the world and has been voted the world s number one entertainment venue for 10 years in a row.
Amazing venue with fantastic benefits if you are a member of O2 mobile. Parking was complimentary and considering we had free tickets to Rugby X it was amazing. We then were invited to the Blue lounge and were pleasantly surprised around every corner. Bathroom facilities are very nice, seating is comfortable and there are ample choices for food and drink. Great venue, looking forward to going back!
Great big outdoor mall with the biggest cinema in London and many big halls for events.
I've been to a stand-up comedy show at the Indigo and i was impressed about the seats, sound and the staff organisation. Very pleased about the place. Next time i will visit the shops too. Can't wait to go back for the next show
Helpful and friendly staff and the arena is the perfect size. Food and drink is ridiculously overpriced, considering you are not even allowed to take in a bottle of water anymore. Also the last few times my disabled friend and I have gone, entry into the arena has been at least 30 minutes late and the main act has been at least 25 minutes late.
Nice place. very functional and the ambience is superb.
Not so much the O2 but Cher. She was amazing and the atmosphere was electric. Wouldn't have missed it for the world.
Excellent selection of bars, restaurants and shopping.
A good place to spend the day in. Now with the introduction of the outlet mall. Gives one more reasom to wonder this lovely area.
Two small gripes more halal food would be nice. Also at a potential of reimbursement for parking once a certain value has been spent in any of the retailers.
What a fabulous place. It was our first visit and we found it very accessible by water taxi. The walk over the roof looked awesome - if we had had an hour and a half to spare we would have been first in the queue. Will definitely visit again, very soon.
Fantastic arena and wonderful atmosphere. Security is understandably quite strict and parking is very expensive. But recommend using the yourparkingspace app and jumping on the tube 1 or 2 stops. The arena is big so be ready for a lot of walking. Seating is very small too. Drinks are also expensive but its to be expected in London.
Lovely venue, the security was brilliant now have to go through metal detectors. So many different places to chose from to eat out before the venue.
The venue is absolutely massive and you have many more stalls when you go upstairs. There could be a few more toilets around.
A shopping outlet with true bargains within central London selling everything from clothing, to sportswear and cosmetics at discount prices. Plus, a fantastic choice of restaurants to enjoy great quality food. Our personal favourite there is Busaba but there are many others to choose from.
I've been to a couple of concerts here, as well as coming for food drinks. The arena is a technically fantastic venue but lacks some of the intimacy of other venues I've been to. There are a good number of chain bar and restaurants where you can grab food and drinks. Good use of the former millennium dome space.
A good place to watch shows, get something to eat and maybe a spot of shopping. Watched Disney on ice and marvel universe here. Shame the merchandise and drinks are so expensive in the show part of the venue but no diff to anywhere else I guess!
My Daughter went to see Halsey, so we had a walk round shopping in the O2. Didn't realise how big that place was.
Not overly busy when we visited...but we were mainly there to do the Up at the O2 and have some lunch.
The whole place was very clean.
Any excuse to visit The O2 & Olly Murs was fantastic, we had fantastic seats, a meal at wagamama before hand. Easy parking before and and the usual rush to exit the car park at the end of the night, I would highly recommend it.
Nice place. Lots to see and do. Few good restaurants.
Absolutely brilliant went over the O2 on the climb. Fantastic sights.
Came to watch Kiss tonite they wer amazing, complete showmen
Great ATP. Final was fantastic. Getting a drink was extremely difficult. Poor organisation, closed bars and no logical queue system.
Great place to hang out. Lots of bars, restaurants, cineworld cinema, photo session backgrounds and wide car park as well.
Very good sound and services within the complex. We stopped in the intercontinental and the only issue we had was getting back to it against the flow of people on the ground floor. If they allowed hotel guests to move on the first floor, anticlockwise it would be much easier
Really quite at the moment but great venue as always and the outlets are good.
