I expected this to be a typical large concert venue. I was surprised to see all the restaurants & bars before I got in to see the show. Once inside there were plenty concessions to choose from. The sound was great for both shows that I saw here.

This is a good venue for big name concerts that have to be held at large venues. It's good for music. We went to the Chemical Brothers concert and the sound was excellent. (Last year we went to see ELO at Wembley where the acoustics are totally unsuitable for music - never again!). O2 is also better served by public transport. Don't book seats in upper tiers if you have a problem with heights! This is really a 5 star venue but I had to knock off a star on account of the rip-off drinks prices.

We went for a wander around the arena, and enjoyed seeing how it's developing. We crossed the Thames on the Emirates cable car, which gives a great view of Royal Albert Dock, the city airport and of course the dome itself.
There's plenty of eateries to choose from inside the dome, and there's a chance to climb right over the dome, as part of a supervised group. We loved it.

Great place to visit in London especially for a concert. Around the event stage there are plenty of nice restaurant and now there is even a really good shopping outlet where you can find mid to high end stores. You can even leave your bags with them to pick up later.

Inside the venue it's great, with an excellent view offered even from the top of the stands. However the time taken to get refreshments is ridiculous. I witnessed some of the poorest service that I've ever seen at a venue. It took over half an hour to get served when there were only six people in the queue ahead of me!

So I went to see Neo Luv which was a one of show. Jhene Aiko was first Amazing !!!!! Then the one and only Erakah Badu she was out of this world, phenomenal best experience to date. There was a long delay (1hr) but it was worth it. Usually I purchase seated tickets this time I stood and every the vibe. Luckily the group I went with managed to get access to SKY ViP brilliant the nice and cosy. Been to the O2 many times and will go back again

First time going there to watch dextadap live and it was well put together with enough space to walk without causing any accidental bump in to others and overall the building and where it's located is like a picture from out of a magazine

Doesnt take long to pass through security but only 2 stars because the view to stage is blocked by a thick bundle of cables (which could have been routed without affecting the view) and the screens are poor. Get rid of the cables and better screens in the middle of the arena.

First time visiting O2, we came to see ELO 20/10/18 and they didn't disappoint, fantastic show. Getting there is easy, getting out is similar to Wembley, all out of one main entrance. Queued for the tube but the queue did keep moving (unlike when we've been to Wembley and the queue comes to a standstill and you can't move a muscle because of the congestion!).

Great place for concerts and other congress events. You can drive there with cable car over Thames and climb on the roof of O2. There are many different restaurants. If you are on some event in O2, try to find some coupons for cheaper meal - but be careful, most of the are valid only till 4pm or have some other ristrictions.

I've been here for concerts & always loved the atmosphere. Had a day trip to London recently & thought we'd take the kids in for a look about, I didn't know there were shops in here so that was a pleasant surprise. Will make more time to visit the restaurant's next time.

Attended the Arena to see Muse, who were great, it s a good venue from a viewing/sound perspective. The service at the bars is pretty poor though, painfully slow, the staff are clueless and have clearly not been on any customer service More

Came here in August for WWE Live. The venue itself from the outside looks fantastic and I would consider it a great London landmark. This place isn t just an arena. They hold exhibitions, there are loads of shops and restaurants and you can even book to climb to the roof. The event was fantastic as were the staff at the venue. However, I do think that they could manage queues a bit better and they could do with some larger or more toilets. You can get here easily by underground as there is a station right next to it.

Love the O2, never seen a bad show there and the selection of restaurants and bars outside of the main arena is fantastic. The cinema is also really good with brilliant size screens and comfortable chairs. Transport links are excellent, apart from the parking being a little expensive but that is to be expected for a premium venue. Highly recommended.

Tickets for events are ridiculously expensive. Convenient pre-booked parking is a must! Stupid rule on not allowing plastic bottled water yet people were able to buy drinks in O2 lounge and take them in.

View from 404, Row P. Very steep, if you don't like heights then pick somewhere a lot lower down! Arena was pleasant, traffic in and out was horrendous. Not a pleasant journey via car, Tube also looked extremely busy.

We have been here a few times, and this weekend we went to see drake.

We had sky backstage passes and that was really nice as we could wait in the warm and have a few nice drinks.

I ve always found the o2 well organised and the staff really nice even with huge crowds it seems organised which is a surprise.

The architecture of this place shares opinions i think it's great!

The O2 Arena is a multi-purpose indoor arena in the centre of The O2 entertainment complex on the Greenwich Peninsula in southeast London. It opened in its present form in 2007. It has the second highest seating capacity of any indoor venue in the United Kingdom, behind the Manchester Arena, and took the crown of the world's busiest music arena from New York City's Madison Square Garden in 2008.

The arena was built under the former Millennium Dome, a large dome-shaped building built to house an exhibition celebrating the turn of the third millennium; as the structure still stands over the arena, The Dome remains a name in common usage for the venue. The arena, as well as the overall O2 complex, is named after its primary sponsor, the telecommunications company O2.

Impressive venue. Unfortunately a total pain to get to from the west so I now tend to be put off going there.
The staff used to be friendly but now they seem to spend their entire time policing seating- even when there is hundreds of empty seats. Also stop you standing when you're not blocking anyone's view.

I have enjoyed shows there in the past but the staff need retraining and the concessions are a disgrace- they need to do some kind of offers/discounts.

It's alright but if you can see the show you're interested in somewhere else I would.

Great experience! I really enjoyed seeing BTS here and felt strangely intimate despite the large arena and the music quality was wonderful. Perhaps you could add some more restaurants on the concert level because some people don't just want candy or fast food (unless i missed it!)
