This is a good venue for big name concerts that have to be held at large venues. It's good for music. We went to the Chemical Brothers concert and the sound was excellent. (Last year we went to see ELO at Wembley where the acoustics are totally unsuitable for music - never again!). O2 is also better served by public transport. Don't book seats in upper tiers if you have a problem with heights! This is really a 5 star venue but I had to knock off a star on account of the rip-off drinks prices.
