We went for a wander around the arena, and enjoyed seeing how it's developing. We crossed the Thames on the Emirates cable car, which gives a great view of Royal Albert Dock, the city airport and of course the dome itself.
There's plenty of eateries to choose from inside the dome, and there's a chance to climb right over the dome, as part of a supervised group. We loved it.
