Always looks smaller on the outside, quite the reverse of my work trousers the day after New Year

Lovely atmosphere all the time, great for a family day out.
Extremely busy during the daytime.

We went to watch Mamma Mia the Party. The experience was great with the food/show/set were really had a lovely time. Also it's not as hard to get to as you expect. Door 2 door was 45 minutes

This place has evolved over the years. It is now one of the most happening places in east of London. Good pubs, loads of places to eat, arena, cineworld-with unending number of screens, trampoline park, bowling, etc. and to top it all the newly opened Icon luxury brand outlet mall. This place has it all, give it a go.

Went for dinner there, they had plenty of choices of restaurants. We ate at Jimmy spices.

Mama mia the party was fab, the vunue was everything you could want. Plenty of places to eat drink and be fabulous

We took the kids to the Disney on Ice show and we loved it. The atmosphere was amazing. The staff were well organised, available and attentive.

This is a very good venue for concerts, it s gigantic!! There are also plenty of shops and restaurants inside. Would recommend.

The entire space has loads of great clothes shops and restaurants. Inside the concert arena there is very limited choice at ridiculously high prices. The venue for watching events is excellent.

Love this place! Such a great place for a gig. Acoustics are great, queues tend to go fairly quickly, and all staff treat you with respect. Drinks a bit pricey, but that's no different to any other similar venue. Had a great night listening to the Quincy Jones orchestra...in a private box thanks to a friend. Staff looked after us very well as you would expect. Highly recommend.

Good venue for watching concerts. Easily accessible via tube.

Just saw my boys...Sorry I mean The 1975 perform tonight. What a great venue. The atmosphere was electric. I'd love to see them perform there again. There were lots of stewards there if you wanted information.

Liam was amazing when we finally got to see him. The O2 was pretty slow at getting everyone in so missed the first few songs..... not impressed when we paid so much and only got to see half of it!

Amazing venue! Futuristic architecture combines with a Shopping Center, huge Cinema World restaurants and the most amazing concert hall under a huge tent!

Great event atmosphere, only downfall is price as to be expected.

First visit to all bar one had a lovely time with my partner. Food was lovely, table noisy next to us but staff told them to bring the noise level down. Great visit

Stunning venue. Very well organised and good parking (pre book to save money).

This is a new shopping outlet destination. There are a some good shops already there but not all units are filled. It was pretty quiet when I went

Nice and they keep the crowds moving at an ok pace, but the food and drink (you can't bring your own) is such a con

Amazing place. Loads of restaurants and easy access. Far bigger than you can imagine. Watching concerts or other acts is a great experience. Only issue is when leaving and the volume of people exiting can be a pain. So factor in some time for leaving.

I love the 02 and U2 is the best concert I have attended as they could always be seen on stage using there screens. Plenty of restaurants to chose from if you wish to eat and now an arena full of branded shops to.

Went to see young voices helpful staff and a great show. Plenty of places to eat spoilt for choice.

Great venue for events, Disney on Ice was a highlight formme

Superb venue covers all needs from concerts to a large shopping centre it has it all

The venue itself is good with great facilities and very clean. However, the surrounding bars within the venue were run very poorly. Staff did not have a clue what they were doing. To charge the prices they were, they provided a shocking service. Each person that queued at the bar for refreshments took about 10 minutes to get their drinks after ordering them.
Not environmentally friendly either. Bottled drinks were poured from plastic bottles into plastic cups! Work that one out. Such an overuse of plastic.
There are no bars, pubs or restaurants in the surrounding areas of the O2 arena itself either.
Very disappointed.

Went to see John Legend last night. Good venue surprisingly enough leg room unlike other venues I ve been to. My seat had seen better day low back of seat had gone, back killing after half hour but maybe I was just the unlucky one. Overall I would recommend this venue. I was also accidentally hit in the face by one of the staff in the arena who was swing her arms around she knew she had done it but didn t even say sorry just looked at me! the person she was talking to was so shocked. Really bad know manners at all. Still I m sure karma will hit right back. Shame as that was the end to a nice evening.

Great venue, easy to get to, loads of things to do when there. Food and shopping

Terrible acoustics....have been here several times and sat in different places, boxes and in the seats in front of the stage. Always the same problem, terrible sound quality.

Wonderful atmosphere & environment, buzzing with energy for the nitto atp finals! Would love to visit again. Even though there were a lot of visitors returning via metro, the staff did a great job of moving things along quite smoothly; kudos to them.

The venue itself is absolutely fantastic. Outside arena was good too with a shopping mall outlet store and every restaurant you could think of.

Absolutely love this venue, the VIP lounge bos Ace and the service bos wonderful, we also use the shops in the o2 , Cath kidston and build a bear are a favourite stop when visiting. So many places to eat also

Visited Los Iguanas food and drink was delicious staff were outstanding and very friendly and the atmosphere was chilled on a Saturday afternoon had a great time

The Outlet centre has now partially reopened at the O2, a great place to shop and pickup a bargain.

An excellent music, comedy and tennis venue that has an array of food outlets and good views.

its birthday celebration of my dear wife and we had a blast having lunch here... food is amazing and many varieties to choose from. highly recommend!

Awesome venue, great arena and so much else going on ie pubs, restaurants, cinema and much more.

Saw kiss on their world tour excellent. What I didn't know was the numerous bars and restaurants within the arena. It's amazing

Been here many times. Restaurants are amazing. Highly suggest Jimmy's world. And if you go for concert or a show: the atmosphere is electric. It's amazing

Great musical great authentic venue and surprisingly great food and plenty of it

The largest indoor venue in the world and it shows! We went to see The Fast and the Furious Live action show - amazing how much space was in there for the stunt drivers to maneuver. Great destination for eating or drinks. Amazing restaurants, not much other shopping, but suits everything you need for the shows. Also a nice cinema.

It's a barn. The beer is expensive. They no longer sell dark rum.
But they have some of the best headline acts in the UK, so you gotta go if you wanna see 'em.

The new Iconic Outlet looks promising. Wait to see what the quality holds up like in a year.or two

Great venue, but don't expect cheap drinks inside, even by London standards!

Security very tight for concerts..good point. Lovely shipping mall. Restaurants packed by 5pm so arrive very early as queues long. The top blocks are dangerously high and not for those who don't like heights

I visit The O2 quite a lot as it is local to my girlfriend, so it s a good place to go for an afternoon or evening out. We ve been visiting most weekends for the last two years. Nando s is great, All Bar One have a great selection of wines. Icon Shopping is great too. Of course The O2 Arena itself is amazing!

Excellent venue with tons of restaurants. Very secure! Had an awesome time.

The O2 is a fantastic venue, lots of bars and toilets, never felt crowded outside, considering how busy the venue was inside. Took my wife to see panic at the disco and she had a great time, sound was amazing and they did put on a very good performance, would recommend seeing them as well as going to the O2.

We have been to the O2 loads in the past few years, not only have we attended concerts but have also been to the Cinema and have eaten at varies places such as Frankie & Benny s, Five Guys, and the Harvester.
Overall the O2 is nice and there are plenty of things to do, places to eat and drink, and we have enjoyed our time there. The staff for the most part are friendly and helpful but like any big organisation you are going to get some who are rude and unhelpful.
Bit of advice if attending for a concert and thinking about buying a drink (Coke, Pepsi etc) make sure you bring your own bottle tops, the drinks come in plastic bottles and no bottle tops, apparently this is a health and Safety thing for this reason alone is the only reason I didn t 5 star the O2 it makes buying multiple drinks very difficult. All in all I would recommend the O2 but if attending a concert or performance ***REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR OWN BOTTLE TOPS**

Relatively good place, but mainly clothes and food shops with a few outliers. Not really a selection of shops to my taste but I'm sure others would appreciate it.

Love the place but omg the prices are way to high,even for soft drinks and can only pay by card..all wrong

Wow!!!! What can I say about the O2!!! This is one amazing place, I've never been here before but I was mesmerised!!!! The place is so massive and is like a whole town inside.. obviously has the arena but also has a whole outlet shopping centre and a massive range of food outlets and the cinema.. altogether could come here n spend the day.. we went to see the script tonight and I must say I have never seen a band like them.. the place was rammed and the air was electric!! Such an amazing night!!!!

Great venue. Lots of places to eat and relax before enjoying an event. We went to see Open Mic on the Indigo stage, smaller venue within the o2. We saw a lots of acts. However, one in particular stood out, his name was Joshua James Osment. Great emerging talent.

I honestly can t say this is where I would pick to see artists however often it s a case of needs-must. The venue it s self offers a decent amount of food and drink options, although nothing that will blow you away.
Watching music here is a little soulless and can be tough if the entire audience isn t rocking.

O2 & outlet mall a good hangout place in North greenwich. Place is full of fun, cinema, lots of eating of options. high street brands with discount tags & many more.

Great place to go for amazing food and of course live acts. Be careful of what you bring in your bag. One of the few places that does legit bag searches.

Went to see Bruno mars. Had a great time apart from how high up we was, no indication was made when buying the tickets how far up they would be, and because of construction work it took about 20 minutes just to get to the other side of the 02 where we were sitting. Made the experience quite annoying.

Large arena with plenty of shops and restaurants. Has a cinema too.

Been here a couple of times. Easy to get to. Staff helpful and really no queues.

Excellent tennis, great atmosphere, good choice if places to eat.

The O2 is nice place to visit, have a lots of bars and restaurants, and fashion shops under one roof... Planing to go on the roof

Nice location for a family day out. There is a small outlet shopping centre, nice variety of places to eat, and it's very close to the Emirates cable cars and aviation centre. Very suitable for young kids too

Great venue for concerts. The staff where great and very helpful. Good food outlets .

Absolutely loved it but needed more seating areas around the shopping part for the disabled as walking was very hard

I love the O2 probably because I m a musician too. It is huge and I recommend the movie theatre there. A great spot for a date, out and about with friends and for the instagramers , you ll love the golden glittery stairs

Young voices 2020. Lovely evening with 20000 other parents and grandparents watching pour children perform at O2.

Went here for the third time tonight. Great choice of restaurants and facilities. Plenty of security who were very helpful when asked for assistance, they were also very polite. May sound an odd comment but most big events I've been to, the security have been very egoistic, almost sizing you up but a simple point in the right direction and a "hope you have a great evening" shows they are clear on their job role.

The show itself was great and the building was spotless from top to bottom.

Had a really good afternoon watching a new sporting event - RugbyX. Ideal location.

Good venue with lots of seats but food and drink very expensive. Very cynical that security "confiscates" any outside food and drink. This is so clearly because of the commercial opportunity rather than any security concerns...

Great facility! Brilliant size for concerts. Restaurants galore. Outlet shopping too!

An amazing venue for anything. We were at young voices there and the view w@s stunning and the lights.

Went with mum to watch the strictly tour it was amazing loved it such a great atmosphere. Also so easy to find. Lots of lovely shops too so had to do some shopping xxxx

Took my youngest to see the marvel universe, it was fantastic, and will definitely be going back to the O2 again as their is so much to do their.

Amazing experience, great transport links. If you are watching an event at the O2 then you will not be disappointed in the venue. Arrive a few hours early and have dinner at one of many restaurants, not only outside the dome, but a full street of restaurants serving world cuisine surrounding the arena. Very comfortable seats, but little leg room.

A large and well equipped venue, with plenty of food choices to choose from. The stage area is large and can be set up in various configurations depending on who is performing. However sound quality is not normally spectacular, but the venue does allow for some epic productions.

Great night out. Pre-booked parking was a boon as we were running late. Signage from the car park to the venue could have been better but the plethora of traffic marshals allowed easy exit at the end.

So many nice restaurants and fun activities definitely recommend families to go here.
