Never again!. They take too long. They've had my c...

Never again!. They take too long. They've had my car for almost a week and haven't even diagnosed the problem. When I've asked for updates, all I get is shrugs and excuses. I'm told that they only have two service people and a queue of 20+ vehicles. Maybe it's time to hire more mechanics? It's simply inexcusable and completely ridiculous that it would take this long to get my car back.

To start if I could give this place 0 Stars I would. I literally had the worst experience ever with this place. I came into this place to look at used ford escapes, And I had a specific price range and specific amount of mileage I was not willing to go over. I also iwas going to pay cash for whatever I did decide to purchase. When I came in to look for used vehicle the guy told me he had no vehicles in my price range or under 50000 miles instead showed me a used Nissan Rogue and he said he just got it in it was filthy inside. The vehicle also had a cracked windshield, why would you show somebody that you wanted to sell a car to a dirty car with a cracked windshield and expect them To want to buy it? This place tells you want you want to hear to make a sale. Iwas told prior to coming tonight that you got all this envintory on ford escapes ect and I come down to look and you have not 1 to look at in my price range? Anyways worst place ever to buy a car.

Worst service I have ever experience. vehicle was taken in to have some repairs. Picked up the vehicle after they had it for almost a month.
When I picked up the vehicle it broke down after 20 minutes of driving. Had to have the vehicle towed back to find out they did not repair the original problem. They have had the vehicle for another 2 weeks now. When you call in to speak with a manager, your put into a voice mail. Took me 11 calls in one day to get a call back. STAY AWAY FROM O'MEARA FORD.

I was sold a defective vehicle. I had to put in a new transmission with in 6 months of purchase. Know I have to take it back for an engine repair. All I was told i bought the car as is. Im stuck paying for a car $25, 000.00 that has many issues less than 1 year! I work in the health care. I need a car to get me back and to work. My family has bought cars here before. I thought it would be a good experience for me but it has turned into an expensive nightmare.

Absolutely abysmal service. I brought my car in to have the passenger side HVAC fixed AGAIN (second time in two years, and a month after getting the driver's side fixed) on my 2016 Fiesta. They are not speedy with their service (it takes days to get a simple repair done) and forget about communication. Every time I have taken my car in I inevitably have to follow up with a phone call that never gets answered. I seriously think they're voicemail is a void for messages to get lost in and never be heard again.

On this most recent dreadful encounter with O'Meara I took my car in for the passenger side issue. Now, in the spirit of full disclosure, I will say they did give me a rental for free for my troubles. Anyhow, I brought my car in, it took TWO DAYS for them to get back to me with what was wrong (even though I knew exactly what was wrong because this same thing happened before). They told me the part wouldn't be in until the day or so after Christmas. I asked if I could return the rental then and just bring back my car back when the part was in. They said OK. I haven't heard back since. I have left two voicemails asking where this part is, as now not only do I hear clicking in my HVAC, I am also starting to smell burning rubber/plastic.

Nothing. No calls back, no telling me when I can bring my car in to get the part (which will turn into another numerous day ordeal, I am sure), absolutely nothing.

This is NOT the service I was expecting when I bought my car 3 years ago, and especially when I shelled out the money for an extended warranty. I am at the point I might just YouTube how to change out the part and do it myself because I may not be a trained and paid mechanic, but at least I can save myself the headache of dealing with this sham of a service center.

Only deal with parts department, but that said omeara seems to not gouge on parts, I often find oems cheaper threw them then the china knock offs from the local parts stores. Even with my volume discount and have almost everything on hand. Checkout could be a bit faster tho.

Had to tow in a customer's F150 to have a key reprogrammed due to the vehicle being stuck in theft mode. Towed the vehicle in and explained to Lauryn Williams in the service department that one key worked for the ignition and the other worked for the door. She called the next day and said they cut the wrong key and it would be an additional $55 we said we would be right in to talk to someone because we shouldn't be charged for their mistakes, and she said she doesn't remember us saying that. She didn't even ask for info when we dropped it off, I had to ask if she wanted the license plate number or anything.... Then upon arriving at Omeara Service Dept we ask to talk to a service manager and he says, "I don't know what the problem is we are going to cover the cost!" we told him that's not what we were just told, then we unfortunately got to deal with Lauryn and her less than kind customer service skills.... She tried to say we owed over $160 when the estimate in front of her showed $110....of course then she got even worse attitude. We will drive to any other Ford dealer in the furlture in order to avoid Omeara Ford

Even though my car is s total lemon, I've had the best experience with the service department here helping me and providing great customer care every time I've needed to bring my car in. In comparison I can't even get a call back at Big Mike Ford.

Shared this on Facebook but also on here. We had our worst experience at a auto dealer here. We somehow manage to make a car purchase nearly every year. I ll break down the multiple layers of horrible experience you hate at a car dealer all found at Omera-

First we called to see if they purchase vehicles outright. The receptionist checked and said the used car manager would considered purchasing the car without trading in.

Brought the car in, first your greeted with high pressured sales people. Our guy who we informed we were just there to have the car appraised and try to sell it directly for a quick sale. Told him we didn t need a 2nd car and he proceeded to bring us inside. Well he did his job and got us entertained a vehicle we ve previously owned and would consider. So they appraised our car- used car manager visually looked at the car, test drove our car, then gave us a fair trade in value! So far so good. Then it just turned bad- they had my wife test drive the car she liked and came back with the good trade in offer on her car and a absolutely horrible offer on the car they wanted to sell. The price they had offered on a 2016 Jeep Renegade could get you a brand new 2018 top of the line every feature offered on it for that price. Think it said $32,000 for the used Renegade which of you look at new ones- you can get brand new with more features than this one for less. So they tried to screw us over on the purchase price probably almost double the value the Renegade should have been worth. So she thankfully knew pricing and said absolutely not. She told them she just wanted to sell the car and forget about trading in. This is when it got worse, her sales person and the used car manger were laughing at her behind her back and she walked up on them talking about her after taking a long time inbetween negotiations. Extremely unprofessional and they were trying to rip her off. Then it got weird- the guy told her they don t buy cars outright (even though we called and that s why we came), told her to go to Echopark. Then he walked away and came back and offered her $13,900 for her car. Which was more than when we were going to trade in! This is why it was weird to come back and offer more. The used car manager went outside looked at the car which he already had before came back in and said there not going to buy a hail damaged car. So our first complaint was be honest when you first saw the car that you didn t want to deal with the damaged car. But instead they tried to rip us off on a trade in to make up the money for the hail damage car. They were unprofessional, highly pressuring like most people hate, and just a overall bad experience. We wasted nearly 2 hours here. We recommend you take their own advice and go to Echo Park or we actually went to Carmax down the street and had a great experience. We sold them the same car with the hail damage in 45 minutes for $13,000.

Hope this helps you stay away from this dealer.

Back again...leased a 2016 F150. Returned it today...

Back again...leased a 2016 F150. Returned it today only to find out that thr 12k miles we agreed on is now 10.5k. Now I owe $1300 on a truck that was 500 miles over the agreed upon miles.

Plus over the last 3 months 30+ phone calls trying to get me in a new truck. Clearly there is no communication between sales, internet sales and they go through sales people like crazy. Every couple of days someone would call...

I ended up buying a 2019 Toyota Tundra due to the pushy sales tactics. Glad I did too. Much better residuals and I got 15k miles a year.

Over and over again n the sales process buying my Ford they said, dont worry about miles, the residuals will cover it as long as you dont put way too many miles on it. Truck is worth $40k I owe $36k...make up the difference yourselves.

Despite other people s opinions/reviews on this particular dealership, my experience there was very pleasant. As a first time car shopper, and knowing so little about cars, I thought I would have a very difficult time, but the salesman, Joshua Nunez, was not only super welcoming but extremely helpful as well. He was able to get me a very good deal and I have been enjoying the truck I purchased greatly! If you re car shopping, I d definitely recommend stopping by and giving O Meara a chance!

Ok so I was pre approved but that changed when I got there. I managed to spend several hours waiting, and lowering my credit score by 30 points they tried so many.... then they sent me to another dealer where I spent an hour and lowered my score some more...lol Dave Ramsey is right. Debt is bad. I came home spent cash on nice truck on Craigslist list... love it, and no payments... lol God has ways of teaching us things.

Decided to take my vehicle here for a routine main...

Decided to take my vehicle here for a routine maintenance. I had Discount Tire resurface my rotors three weeks before this because there was vibration in my brakes. The problem had been fixed from Discount Tire and I did not feel anymore vibrations, however O'meara Ford informed me that my rotors were shot and tacked on a bunch of other things that I "needed" fixed. I purchased my vehicle new two years ago and I have always kept up on the maintenance, I usually take it in to service it at the Loveland Ford where they tell me everything looks great 3 months prior, however this year I moved to Westminster in hopes of having great service from O'meara Ford.

My advice, stay away from this place to avoid them making false claims about your vehicle.

Only reason at a 2 star is because heather was super nice as well as our sales guy Kyle but we took our truck in since when we bought it it had a brake light on, they fixed the hose that wasn t connected, got truck back & immediately after when breaking hard the truck would shake, we were told if we had any other problems to let them know and they would take care of it so we let them know took it in and waited.... I should not have to call to get an update on MY NEW truck everyday and that s exactly what I had to do call a million times to get any information on what was going on, 5 days of them not doing anything To the truck later I get told we were not approved to get the brakes and Roters replaced and that we will have to pay out of pocket... mind you we JUST BOUGHT this truck, asked for the break issue to be fixed for us to buy this truck, we did not drive anywhere far enough for the breaks to look as bad as they do! I spoke with the sales manager and he tried to explain to me how it s not their responsibility and then had the nerve to tell me how much they would charge us for them to fix it, no thanks we will take all our business elsewhere. You guys only care about selling the truck not fixing the issues with it that were issues already from right off of your lot! I have pictures I will be posting else where of how bad the brakes and roters are that you say passed your inspectionclearly no way they did the brake pads aren t even touching the roter!
Also they didn t even have a jack in the truck or the key to pull the spare down if my daughter and I had gotten a flat, those are safety requirements and things you should expect to see in a truck from a well known dealership. Extremely disappointed and Unsatisfied!

O'Meara Ford has a great selection of vehicles. No one bothers you if you are on the lot and haven't asked for help which is really nice. We've gone here a couple of times to look at the same truck and it has come to our decision that the King Ranch 250 is the one we want eventually.

Was quoted a price for diagnostics, but they charged me about 70% more. When I called the service department they ever picked up. Had to leave 3 voice messages and finally have someone write a note for the service manager to call me back. I had fees on my bill that didn't make any sense... such as disposal (which I can only assume is for the spark plug they changed). Will never ever ever ever go to this location again.

Took my vehicle in for a Bluetooth issue and was charged $244 to fix the problem . Problem came back to which it was re-diagnosed and told it would be an additional $900 to fix. Have tried calling multiple times and no one can assist me.

Was also charged $150 for a check engine light that was not on when it went in for service. Was told there was a code due to an airflow restriction caused by a dirty air filter. Denied the repairs and somehow the check engine light never came on. Took it to another shop who confirmed there was no code and air filter was clean. Service writer lied and constantly beat around the bush when asked about both issues.
Omeara Ford service department is scamming, do not recommend to anyone.
Service writers I dealt with are Brandon and Doug.

Lauryn at O'Meara takes good care of us. She keeps us informed and watches to make sure all goes well when we get service. She gets us rebates and coupons when possible. Our battery didn't last as long as it was guaranteed so we got to apply money toward the next one. Very happy with her taking care of us!

Once again miserable service. The service department simply can t do their job right. I have been here multiple times out of convenience and every single time their service is awful. Never have I had a good experience here. They will leave all their trash in your vehicle and leave oil/grease marks all over the interior of your car. They simply can not fill your wiper fluid without a reminder from the customer. I hope everyone reads this post before going here and makes a good decision to go anywhere else for service. Literally anywhere else would be better.

Horrible experience went there with $15,000 to buy a used truck for construction. Erwin some smart ass salesman said that the truck didn't exist in the whole world that he had some very special app that went to every auction in every used car lot and it didn't exist. Then he had the nerve to put it down of how much money wanted to know why I was spending such a low amount. He qualified me before I walked up then proceeded to tell me about how unintelligent I was because I wanted to spend $15,000 for a truck that we're going to use for demolition.

Service department has extremely poor quality control. I would only use their service center for oil changes if that. I had three major services completed and each time bolts were left lose, lines were not connected, parts not put back on. Each time I had to return to get the errors corrected. Do not go there, there are better places out there!

Made an appointment for 730 a.m drop off. Arrived on time. Walked in to speak with someone and am not even acknowledge as two individuals are carrying on a personal conversation. I stand there awkwardly for a few minutes, for them to finish before I ASK if they can help me. I leave my car with them as they tell me they will call with an update.

I dropped the car off to have a diagnostic ran. Something that could be done in less then an hour. Three and a half hours later, I call the service department because I haven't heard anything. The guy on the line couldn't even find my information and said the car had not been seen. Said he would get it in and get back to me.

Three more hours go by. No word. I call. My call gets bounced around and am put on hold for 10 minutes. I hang up. I call back a half hour later. The guy on the line says they still don't have results from the diagnostic and wont until tomorrow and to call back then. I tell him that I cant have my car there over night as I need it in the morning, to which he says he'll have someone get back to me.

Half an hour later I get a call that my car is done...... how did it all of a sudden get done?

I come to pick it and ask to see the information on the diagnostic report. The women brushes me off and tells me it will be with my papers when I check out. I go to the cashier where again I stand around and the other women doesn't even acknowledge that I am there. Was very short with me when I did ask if I was to pay there and pick up my keys.

I pay but a technician never comes to speak with me about my vehicle. I look at the paper work and there is no diagnostic report. There is nothing to prove that they even ran a diagnostic code reader. Did I just pay for them to have my car sit on their lot all day??? Seems like it. I ask were my car is and the women just points and says outside. There is not one person who comes to help me get to my car or tell me where it is, as I wait in the service lane for 10 minutes. I eventually start walking around and find my car running with all the windows open. Seems safe.

I think I have only written one other 1 star review before but this place was easy to write a review for.

Horrible customer service. Will never suggest, recommend or return to this dealership, service department.

Seeing as no one came to speak with me or any information was even given on the diagnostic report, I 100% believe they just ripped me off and charged me for doing nothing.

The women on the phone did tell me though, that I needed new brakes and rotors. I had the car at another Ford dealership 2 days prior and they said my my brakes were in good shape. Took it to another dealership 2 days after visiting Omeara and they also said my brakes and rotors were fine.

If you want to be ripped off, visit Omeara Ford Service. They'll get you good.

The engine light came on, so I took my Ranger to O'Meara Ford center where I purchased it to find the problem. They found that the problem was the thermostat was stuck open, which they repaired. I later found that there was a leak problem, I returned to O'Meara who found that it was a problem caused by replacing the thermostat, which they repaired at no charge to me. I will return to O'Meara for my servicing needs because we are all human and everyone makes mistakes. I am very satisfied with the outcome.

Not happy!!! I made an appointment with the Quick Lane thinking that I could get my oil changed and tires rotated during my lunch hour. Boy was I wrong!!! I ve been here for an hour and 20 minutes and they just said it would be another 15-20 min!!! Really! I didn t buy my car from O Meara but came for the oil change because it s closer than any mother ford dealer. Never again! Not using their service department and definitely not ever purchasing from them!!! Very frustrating...especially when I made an appointment!
