Dave took care of me and fixed the problem. Glad he was there to have me leave a happy costumer.

I completely misread these people at O'Meara Ford play make you feel so comfortable so excited give you the car just to hit you with extra fees extra problems extra issues just to get extra money the end result is either you giving the car back or you having a bad credit report either way I just go somewhere else and save my money

They had my part in stock (5 stars for that) but the woman running the register decided to swipe my card first and then proceeded to hold onto it until i showed my ID rather than asking for my ID once I presented my card. Also, customers don't need to hear the mechanics conversations about their personal lives along with swearing on the sales floor. I'm no prude when it comes to swearing, but had I brought my kid into a place that literally has their complaint line printed on their doors, and he picked up a fun new word to tell friends and family, I would've been pretty pissed off.

Horrible service. An oil change that was suppose to take between an hour and a half to two, took nearly four hours. I'm pretty sure they forgot about me and when I went to the desk I believe that's when they started on my vehicle. Forget fast lane, start calling them Slow Lot!

Bought a 2016 Dodge Journey from here back in August from Daniel. This was my second dealership experience and by far way better than the first. The first was at Sharpest Rides where I purchased a polished turd. This time around we knew better and knew what we wanted so O'Meara was the place. Daniel was great, friendly, and worked with us. The payments are exactly where we wanted, the car is exactly what we wanted. Now the family enjoys a comfortable ride I don't worry about anything other than what movie the kids want to watch in the backseat. Can't beat that. I'll be returning when it's time to upgrade from the Dodge Magnum I also own.

Just tried calling to see if I could even get in tomorrow after being rear ended just now. Guy wouldn't answer my question, which was pretty simple "Can I get my truck looked at tomorrow to make sure mechanically I am okay to drive back to Arizona in 2 days?" Got attitude, quickly transferred me to someone's voicemail instead of finding me an answer. This was after 15 min of phone tag to even reach someone. Worthless place, only took 20 min to figure that out.

Worst experience ever unprofessional sales staff and management watch out for Tony Medina he is a womanizer someone who should not have a position in trust of any persons phone he will text inappropriate sexual texts to women like men's body parts in the form of texts has no respect for women at all and when it's all said and done there is no consequences from anyone I talked to that works above him he will continue to this I believe if he isn't stopped by someone that goes beyond the staff that work there.

Took my niece in there to get her first car. We had just did 7 hours of volunteer work and admittably was a bit dirty. I think because of that they didn't want to deal with us. So we walked around the lot for nearly 20 minutes. Everybody was standing around smoking and talking about their there weekend plans and disrespecting the president. Went down the street about a mile and bought a used Ford for $2,200 less for the same type vehicle w/ 11k less miles. Found car, negotiated the deal, did paperwork and was out in under 02:45 hours

I was in the area and stop in to see how much it would cost to get an admin key made for my Ford fusion. I got a quote and they were able to get me in to get the key made and program and plus an oil change. I was told it would take 2 hours but it was done just a little under 2 hrs.

Brandon in the service department is help and pleasent to deal with. They have fast and quality service. I have always enjoyed they up front and honest communication. The price is a bit on the high side for service but the quality of work and speed is worth the cost. I will always bring my Ford vehicles here for service. This time I came in on a Saturday, I was able to schedule my appointment online on a Friday without issues.

My experience here has been inconsistent. The first time I needed a repair they stayed in contact with me everyday how my vehicle was coming along. It took them only a few days to fix a major repair on my vehicle. I was impressed with how quickly it was fixed and the customer service.

My second experience was quite the opposite, unfortunately. I took my car in for another service and repair recently. Due to COVID-19 they've cut some employees and my car sat for 3 days before they could work on it, but I was never told the wait time would be that long. It was IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of anyone by phone to ask for an update on my vehicle, and only way I could get an update was for me to show up in person and ask. I had to show up two separate times to get updates. I took them a week and a half to fix a very minor issue with my vehicle.

I understand that Covid 19 had impacted many business, and wait times are longer understandably. BUT please at least communicate that with all customers. The lack of communication was was appalling.

Wish there was an option for no stars. I made a service appointment for my wife s explorer 2 weeks ago to drop off at 8 am to have the transmission looked at. I showed up the morning of the appointment and was told it would be 7-12 DAYS until they could look at it. WTF are you kidding me. With a 2 week notice no one could have called to say they are backed up and just wait until I show up. I will never give Omera Ford another penny of my money ever!

2 hours for an oil change. Brighton Ford can do it in 45 minutes.

First time ever I ever driven into a service bay at a dealership and wasn t approached. Had to get out of the car and talk to three people before I got to the quick service guy. I miss my Cadillac just a little bit today.

Update: still waiting on the car at 2 hrs 45 minutes. They found a nail in the tire and have comped the repair as an apology for the wait.

Asked about the wait and was told that this is normal.

Typical manipulative car dealer - find the car you want, they will say, "Oh yeah, we can make it work for you!" Then four days later after you've signed 50 papers, the "bank" says it won't work. Don't let customers drive off of the lot without knowing full well they can get the rate that was SIGNED and agreed upon. Definitely can say my next car purchase will not be here. Thanks O'Meara!!

I had a very pleasant experience at the Hedi's Deli inside the dealership. The manager Chris was very friendly and helpful on suggesting what I should eat while shopping around for a new van. This restaurant itself if worth checking out the place, even if it's for a bite to eat!

We've had 2 bad experiences with the service dept. This last time, we scheduled some recall service a week ago. Got to the dealership at the scheduled time and they inform us that the parts are not there. No phone call, no email, nothing. This after loading my entire family of four into 2 cars and driving 25 minutes from West Arvada on a Saturday morning. My wife was furious! All the technician said was "Sorry" and "I don't know why the lady didn't notify you". Well that's not good enough. Businesses live and die these days on customer service and yours is not up to standards. I will vote with my dollar and go to another Ford dealer in the future. Service dept communication with customers needs a major overhaul.

I am not please with their service department right now. Having a replacement engine put in under warranty and somehow the "my key" function got turned on while it was in the shop. Well we only had one key because that is all it had when we bought it. Earl was our service Adviser and Mike was his Manager that also helped us. They should not have charged us for an error their technician made. We were promised a key and a remote entry on the vehicle by the sales department and never received either. These guys need to get it together. When they returned the truck there was antifreeze all over everything and the front bumper was missing the bolts. I will be more than happy to change my review if they refund my money that I had to pay for the key. It should have been charged to the Sales department if the service department did not want to take responsibility for their error. It should have never been charged to the customer.

The online service site will lie to you on availability for your service, then when you bring it in, oh that s going to take 2 weeks to get looked at . Will never take my business here ever again.

My husband bought a car here, they sent him a survey, he filled it out, then he got a very rude call from the man who we saw to sign some final paperwork. He accused my husband of getting someone fired as a result of his survey which was untrue seeing as how he barely did the survey a few days prior n the man he was talking about had gotten fired several months before we even got the survey in the mail! I thought surveys were supposed to be anonymous anyways! VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Next time we'll be taking our business elsewhere!

They are a rip off. Went to buy a truck from them. Price was just over book, so I thought we could negotiate. They insulted me by offing $500 for my 2005 vehicle with 71000 miles in good shape. They tried to say that is all they will sell it for. Lowest book on it is $2500. High book on truck was $8500, but they would not drop price from $110000. No wonder they did not have many customers in a Saturday.

I've been going to O'Meara Ford for awhile now & on my last trip the price had change from the phone quote to getting the work done. (It was an oil change & to change out the transmission fluid. Then when I went to pick up my truck, I was handed the keys & told to go find it myself. I did talk to a supervisor about this trip & they said they were sorry & gave me a free oil change to make up for it.
Now fast forward to today I call @ 715AM to get in this morning (I did call the day before & was told they only do same day appointments) & was told all of their appointments for the morning where taken already. The rep on the phone then hung up the phone. I then called back to a supervisor again & got to speak with the voice mail, so I left a message. 45 minutes late I did get a call back from a Milo (a supervisor) & he scheduled me in for 11am which works, but REALLY a person has to go through all that for an oil change. Well we see how the appointment goes, but I'm not too sure I'd recommend the Quick lane service to anybody. Well not until they can get better customer service.

I have been at this dealer a couple of times since I bought my fusion and so far everything has been going well, I just don't like how some staff members look at you when you are latino or Hispanic, you can notice the huge difference how they treat white people and nonwhite people, other than that, as far as service on my car, everything has been done right!

Another terrible dealership belonging to the O'Meara group. The dealership was very nice inside with tons of stuff. It's the only positive thing about this place. After we parked, we walked through the 20 guys standing at the door waiting to pounce. As we approached them, nobody said a thing so we kept going. After going inside we see a salesperson on his cell phone. He stops speaking and asks if we need help. We told him yes and he hung up. He asked what exactly we were looking for and we told him a used pickup within our price range. He then seemed bothered that he was helping us. We walked out and got into a golf cart where he began driving through his inventory where there no trucks that looked used. Once we approached the back lot, the cars began to look like belonged in a junk yard. We stopped at a truck that had its hood up and no battery. He asked if we were interested in a diesel. There was no way I wanted to see this truck. We kept driving, finding nothing but junk. He then says, have you guys thought about buying new? We told him that we didn't think they'd be in our price range. He showed us one stating we could afford it. After looking at the price, we see that it's $10,000.00 over budget. After reminding him of our budget, we began driving back to the front. While all of this was going on, he was texting and talking on his cell phone and acting like we an inconvenience. After the second truck, we were done and not interested in anything this dealership had. Don't go to this dealership if you want a used, quality vehicle or a vehicle under $30,000.00.
