Just bought 2020 Escape, even though we were preapproved through our credit union, it still took a ridiculous amount of time in finance department. Dealer ship needs to reduce this unnecessary and aggravating customer experience.
I came here for their annual car show. The place was clean(no gum or cigarette butts on the ground).
Update...... turns out i just had a bad service writer befor Omera fixed the problem we ok.... They just talk talk talk and could care less about me and weather my "BRAND NEW TRUCKS RUNS" ounce you put ur name on the dotted line Good luck if you need warranty work .
We figure they did right by us in regards to our trade in and purchase. Explained very clearly a point we didn't understand completely.
