Damaged wheels on my Ford Focus RS after I express...

Damaged wheels on my Ford Focus RS after I expressed being careful with my wheels. If they could not be careful tell me upfront so I could avoid seeing my wheels being jacked up upon return of my vehicle and charged me for a cabin filter which was not replaced.
