Absolutely abysmal service. I brought my car in to have the passenger side HVAC fixed AGAIN (second time in two years, and a month after getting the driver's side fixed) on my 2016 Fiesta. They are not speedy with their service (it takes days to get a simple repair done) and forget about communication. Every time I have taken my car in I inevitably have to follow up with a phone call that never gets answered. I seriously think they're voicemail is a void for messages to get lost in and never be heard again.

On this most recent dreadful encounter with O'Meara I took my car in for the passenger side issue. Now, in the spirit of full disclosure, I will say they did give me a rental for free for my troubles. Anyhow, I brought my car in, it took TWO DAYS for them to get back to me with what was wrong (even though I knew exactly what was wrong because this same thing happened before). They told me the part wouldn't be in until the day or so after Christmas. I asked if I could return the rental then and just bring back my car back when the part was in. They said OK. I haven't heard back since. I have left two voicemails asking where this part is, as now not only do I hear clicking in my HVAC, I am also starting to smell burning rubber/plastic.

Nothing. No calls back, no telling me when I can bring my car in to get the part (which will turn into another numerous day ordeal, I am sure), absolutely nothing.

This is NOT the service I was expecting when I bought my car 3 years ago, and especially when I shelled out the money for an extended warranty. I am at the point I might just YouTube how to change out the part and do it myself because I may not be a trained and paid mechanic, but at least I can save myself the headache of dealing with this sham of a service center.
