Had to tow in a customer's F150 to have a key repr...

Had to tow in a customer's F150 to have a key reprogrammed due to the vehicle being stuck in theft mode. Towed the vehicle in and explained to Lauryn Williams in the service department that one key worked for the ignition and the other worked for the door. She called the next day and said they cut the wrong key and it would be an additional $55 we said we would be right in to talk to someone because we shouldn't be charged for their mistakes, and she said she doesn't remember us saying that. She didn't even ask for info when we dropped it off, I had to ask if she wanted the license plate number or anything.... Then upon arriving at Omeara Service Dept we ask to talk to a service manager and he says, "I don't know what the problem is we are going to cover the cost!" we told him that's not what we were just told, then we unfortunately got to deal with Lauryn and her less than kind customer service skills.... She tried to say we owed over $160 when the estimate in front of her showed $110....of course then she got even worse attitude. We will drive to any other Ford dealer in the furlture in order to avoid Omeara Ford
