I had a 6h 30min layover in Chicago, urgh! The Hilton's Chicago O'Hare fitness center day pass was exactly what I needed, for $20 (or $15 if you're a hilton honors member) you get full access to their gym, swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Towels were provided and I also asked for some shampoo/conditioner and a couple of plastic bags for my wet costume /sweaty workout gear which the lady on reception happily gave me for no charge. Clean facilities, huge lockers which easily fit my carry on car, laptop bag and big winter coat. Will definitely be using again if I find myself with another long layover. Thanks Hilton!

I have never been treated with more disrespect by a hotel and I am quite an extensive traveler. I booked this hotel on business with the expectation it would be easy to get in/out for a meeting outside the airport and it was a major hassle.

The bellman manager, Eddy, yelled at me and blocked me right outside the hotel from entering a taxi. He claimed to have called me a taxi and said it would arrive in 5-7 minutes. After 10 minutes a cab pulled up to drop off another guest, I asked the cab if he could take me to Oakbrook and the manager came over, blocked the door and started yelling at me and the cab driver. Apparently there is some restrictions however being from out of town, I am not aware of this. Rather than politely advise me, he was screaming and blocking me from the cab. It was a complete scene and lack of professionalism. An alternate cab didn't arrive for another 20 minutes.

When I arrived back at the hotel at 9pm to check-in, there was a long line and it took nearly 30 minutes to get through.

I will never stay here again and the lack of professionalism showed by the staff really tarnishes the Hilton brand.

The hotel room was perfectly fine, the most negative aspect was our experience at "Andiamo" the on site restaurant. Once seated we asked for a minute to look at the menu and then we're ignored for almost a half hour. We have up on ordering off the menu and went with the breakfast buffet. The buffet was certainly not worth the cost and the service was beyond worthless, the restaurant was about half full but our server was both cold and unhelpful. Next time we'll go with Starbucks and not waste our money or time.

Nothing beats the location of this hotel for flights in and out of ORD. Rooms are comfortable and include a nice leather seat in addition to a bed and desk set. Good food for breakfast and a mini bar in the room. Tuna salad here is great.

It is connected to the airport and the room and is recommended for those arriving late at night. There is a luggage and swimming pool in the basement, and room service is available until 11 pm. From the airport terminal, you can see the Hilton sign. Especially since the parking lot and bus terminal are right in front of Hilton, it was convenient.

You can't beat the location. It's located inside the Airport just 3-5 mins walk to the terminal. I use Digital Key on Hilton mobile App so don't even need to check-in inperson in the lobby. It's extremely useful feature for a airport hotel especially after a 10 hours flight all you want to do is to jump on the bed asap. The room is clean and nice enough with a great view of the runway. The continental breakfast, the gym and Wifi are included for Hilton Honor members (Gold&Diamond for breakfast) but if you are not be aware of the extra charge. The things are holding it back to be a 5 star are first the rate is pretty expensive, $250-300 in June. Secondly, no free hot food ($10) in the breakfast, though I think it's a common practice in US. Moreover, the gym is only free for members but it doesn't provide free drinking water at all. You need to buy bottled water or bring your own if you're thirsty after the workout. Overall, it's a nice and efficienct stay. I'll stay again next time if the price is right.

Hotel is clean and tidy. Hotel has gym, pool, shop, restaurants and a bar. Place is a little dated and the toilet door is just smaller than the space of the bathroom. Rooms are nice and bed is comfortable and views of the airport are great. Hotel is quiet when only across the road from the O'Hare airport, this does include a tunnel connecting to the airport. This also means the hotel is a little bit more expensive than other similar places but you are paying for its convenient location, which I choose often.

I left my phone by mistake in one of the chairs in front to McDonald's. When back like 5 minutes later and was not there. Went to the customer service counter they said they can't do anything. I called my number more than 5o times sent text messages and nothing until I sent a text offering $100. 2 + hours later, I got a facetime call from my phone. My cellphone was in the possession of one of the airport employees all that time. Then my phone was brought to me by that employee.
It was a very stressful situation since all my info was in the phone and my phone was not locked. I can't believe how people take stuff that not belong to them and keep it instead of take it to loss and found. Will NOT GO THERE EVER EVEN NEVER. NO STOP AT THAT AIRPORT EVER, I RATHER NOT TRAVEL.

Parking can be a problem. That said, the best part about this hotel is the location, which is significantly better than any other airport hotel. The facilities are nice although they could be a little bit better, the lobby is fantastic. Rooms are great, views are amazing (if you like airports). .

It's a large facility and obviously it's convenient to all terminals of the airport. The rooms were spacious and modern except the showers which didn't seem to have great water pressure. Nice service at the front desk and morning Cafe bar. The issue I have is with price gauging. The bar gets about $11 for a 22 Oz beer. Candy at the Cafe $4. No water bottles in the rooms. I didn't check for a mini bar. Too scared. Nighy was $199 plus a ton of taxes.

The staff is generally friendly when I stay here and the rooms are usually nice. It walking distance from the airport which is the most convenient part about the hotel. Last night I arrived at 6am and had the hotel room to sleep for a few hours before continuing on. I am extremely allergic to the feather bedding and when I called down and asked for a cotton blanket it took the Guest Serve person 45 minutes to call me back and say there were NO cotton blankets in the entire hotel for me to sleep with. When I reminded them it was for an allergy he just said sorry. Didn t offer to come get all the feather bedding that was causing me the issue out of my room. A couple hours into my nap I awoke to find my room was freezing and the heater was not working. A blanket sure would of been nice. Had I been staying for a few days I would of requested the heater to be fixed, or a new room with a wiring unit, but because I was sleeping for a few hours in the day time, all I wanted was to shut my eyes for the longest amount of time possible. i am unfortunately disappointed with my most current stay.

Meh.

Meh.
Rooms need updating, amazing a 600 room hotel on airport doesn't have an executive lounge or even seating area where people can have small personal meetings... Only option is renting a meeting room or parlor suite. And if you think you can just sit at the bar area tables and work, once they open there is a $15 per person minimum charge if you plan on sitting there! No other public spaces to sit except for 4 chairs off to the side of the entrance.
Honestly only good thing... It's connected to the terminal.

It's not a terrible hotel, but they are way too complacent being the hotel attached to the airport. Internet felt like it was from 40 years ago, that's when it actually worked. Food tasted worse than McDonald's and the hvac didn't work, the thermostat was clearly for decoration.

Booked first time hilton will never book again.

I booked double bed runway view which was on 10th floor was Very exicted but when entered room it was King bed, I went to reception guy and told him and he was not even listening and was not accepting their fault somehow after 1/2 hr he was able to give another room in 3rd floor With double bed, again I went to third floor and key were not working for that room, I reached hotel around 11 PM and till 12:30 at night I was just sorting and figuring out my room. Somehow I was able to enter room and spent night but all excitement was gone. I was thinking of clicking some cool pictures of runway and was very excited that they assigned 10th floor but all excitement was gone when I reached 3rd floor with road side view. I will never recommend this pathetic hotel to anyone, its better to book small hotels rather than this one. 0 stars and point from my side.

VERY expensive O'Hare Hilton. The services are good to excellent. I usually stay here when I have a very early flight. On the lowest level there is a UPS store that will receive (for a fee) packages. The domestic terminals are easily accessible from here. The international terminal can be reached by a free hotel shuttle (best to reserve in advance). For most stays, other hotels nearby are significantly cheaper.

Almost empty hotel and we are given a room next to the clunking broken ice machine and noisy elevator. Noise noise noise all night and supervisor shows absolutely no concern for customers' comfort and the advertised "promise" of soundproof rooms. Carpet is dirty, and too thick to roll your suitcase anywhere in the hotel, you have to pick it up and carry it. Double occupancy rental room yet only 2 towels?! No cups for bathroom. Dirty windows for runway view. Windows left open in room it was freezing when we entered. Heat was set at 16. Wifi code doesn't work. The list goes on. The advertisement on their site that states "sound proof rooms" is false advertising, misleading and a horrible example of how hotels lie to get business.

What has happened to the Hilton brand? I usually stay at Marriott, but the hotel being at the airport sold me... After checking in I would have rather stayed at a nice hotel, and just take a shuttle (and I m traveling with an infant, if that tells you anything).
The a/c was regulated so you couldn t turn it down below 65 degrees and our room was still 70 degrees on the thermostat.
The rooms are small, beds are hard, towels look like they are 10 years old. The bathtub was so questionable I wouldn t bathe my 7 month old in it.. The hotel literally hasn t been updated since the 80 s- aside from the Italian restaurant- whose food was awful.

Location is all they have. Don t stay here if your used to nice hotels.. take the shuttle from a better hotel- the extra 2 minutes would have been worth it.

Convenient to O'Hara. That is the sum total value of this hotel. Room was clean, neat and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel has a number of eating facilities, pool, gym and so forth. All things one would expect in a major city. Principle criticism, the price for everything is double. Nothing but the location supports this pricing.

I missed my connection flight and was forced to stay in Chicago overnight. This hotel is super-expensive ($249/night) and the value is just not there. The TV remote control didn't work and the buttons on the phone that are supposed to auto-dial the various hotel departments (front desk, manager's office, etc.) didn't work as well. Also no one picks up the operator line. Bottom line, don't get a connecting flight in Chicago and sleep in the airport if you do; at least you'll be $250 dollars richer.

The location is good, but rooms dated. There was no hot water, shower was just above Luke warm. The refreshment center refrigerator was noisy and obviously had not been replaced in a while as there was an inch of dust on the coils in the back.

Location at the O Hare Airport is very convenient, rooms are clean, staff is friendly. Overall the place is a bit run down and has seen better days. Food at the restaurant is expensive and nothing to write home about. Breakfast is meh but they still charge you an arm and a leg for it. They only offer vale parking and charge you $75 for it.

Check in took a while, they had 3 agents assigned to the "premier" check in line while only had 1 on the normal line. Drinks at the bar were expensive for what they were ($16 for a Jim Beam old fashioned) and the bartender was short tempered. Rooms and accommodations were acceptable, and the staff was friendly.
