Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice restaurant and Cafe open late within. Shower was only lukewarm in the evening and morning.

Room rates are pricey and not updated. i think the only good thing here is, it is in the airport.
Great location. Directly across from. Terminsl1 and 2
Very good room, clean, comfortable with comfortable beds, large TV 42`, and coffee and tea machine . It is recommended for staying and traveling very easy to the airport, in about seven minutes walk with an elevator inside the hotel. The bar and restaurant have low quality food without any special tastes. There is a shop for souvenirs, Starbucks coffee as well as to eat and drink something rough.
Location is very convenient for overnight layover. Room was clean and modern. Friendly guest services and easy check-in check out process.
This is a reasonable and relaxing hotel to book. With that being said the cons that we have had with our stay would be the over priced room service and the inpoliet delivery personal. A tip is based and given on customer service, our server glared with a look of disgus from the amount he recieved. The food is somewhat bland especially for the price tag the menu carries. The pros would be the proximity to the airport and the quite nights one can enjoy.
Convenient location, within walking distance to the airport. Quick check in and out. Comfortable and clean room.
Did the park and fly. Much easier and cost effective than reserving a room, dealing with parking, driving through the airport and then finding your car after you arrive again
Came here for a business meeting. Was a bit early. I was told that there was no lobby to wait. What kind of hotel doesn't have a lobby
Was put up here due to a missed connection. I was only there for a few hours, but food at the sports bar was good and the room was clean and surprisingly quiet.
I found the hotel to be old and falling apart. We had a room on the 6th floor. The vedsvqere small and uncomfortable. The bathroom was even smaller and the paintings peeling off. The wall paper was dingy. It is time to update this location. The valet parking crew was excellent and we loved the fact that we had easy access to the subway. The rest of the property public area is in good condition but the rooms have got to be updated.
The room was clean and modern. No continental breakfast.
Way too expensive. No minibar nor robes. Nothing but a bed and bath for over $400.00. Ridiculous!
We had a long and unexpected layover at O'Hare, and our 2-year old needed a nap desperately. The Hilton saved us!! Great rate, clean room, and a place for us to rest, relax, and recharge from 9am-6pm. It was the best money ever spent!
I always stay at Hilton properties when I can. My least favorite airport is ORD but the hotel is great
Air conditioner didn't work, complimentary toothbrush was not great bristles came out in my mouth, the reasturant inside was okay. The lady who helped check us in was great and efficient and it's super conviently located near the airport. Beds were nice as well.
Extremely convenient location! I had 18 hours between my flights so I rented a room here overnight.
The service is great - rooms are clean, staff is friendly and the sheets smell nicely.
Incredibly convenient location and we didn't have to go outside in the freezing snow which was great. The hotel was good. We had a great dinner as well.
The beds were dirty, it smelled like funk. I wasn't a fan of the breakfast. I was only there 1 night, when getting the room I felt rushed around. I wasn't thanked for staying there. Just not impressed.
I had to stay here on short notice due to missing a connecting flight. For $200, I would expect more. When I arrived at 8:30pm, there was o ly one staff member working check-in, with a line snaking through the lobby. It took me over 30 minutes to make it to the front of the line. The idea of needing a room key to operate the elevator is all well and good- if it actually works every time. However, it took several tries, with the doors opening and closing repeatedly, frustrating me further.
In the room itself (king bed on the 10th floor) most of my complaints revolve around the shower. First, it was physically impossible to fully pull the thing up to get the water to come out of the shower head vs the bath tap. After straining, my fingers hurt, and about 1/3 flow was still coming out of the main tap. By the time I was done with my 5 minute shower (a time I normally relish and draw out), I was ankle deep in water. There was no functioning fan in the bathroom either, leading to steamed up mirrors and windows. The paint on the ceiling was cracked and peeling. Needless to say, I did not feel clean after my shower. The towels, though absorbent, and hard and rough and uncomfortable to dry off with.
Additionally, the flat sheet used directly over the mattress in lieu of a fitted sheet was nowhere near properly put on. A solid 3" of bare mattress was exposed at the foot of the bed, which then defeats the purpose of covering the mattress in the first place!
Both stars given are for the kindness and positive attitudes of staff; convenient location is cancelled by the long wait time to check in. Lost 1 star for misaligned sheet, and 2 stars for shower/tub issues.
The room was clean, it is convenient to the airport and good for conferences. The check in was easy. Very expensive food and anything from the convenience store$$$. My visit was in April and Chicago weather being in the 50's. The hotel had no heat, I couldn't believe this. The first night my heat wasn't working, the next night when I complained they send up a space heater.
Location great room was conformable and clean no complaints
The staff is very nice, and the facilites are top knotch. Furthermore, the selections of food thourgout the day are very adequate and delicious. However, it sometimes seems that the selection of food is a little lacking.
Excellent for overnights breakfast included very close to airport. Recommend.
I'm a regular at this hotel. It's not the nicest Hilton I've been to, but the location makes up for anything slightly sub-par by a lot. You don't even have to go outside the airport to get to this hotel. Everything is good enough there to make me happy. Other than the location, the only other thing that is outstanding is the fitness center. It has the latest machines, polite staff, and it's big.
Yeah. Great airport with shuttle bus services for terminals. I experienced a poor service from American airlines for rescheduling since I missed my connecting flight due to weather.
It was very convenient as my flight was cancelled and I was able to stay there without having a reservation anyway
Dreadful experience. Flight cancelled. Some staff not helpful but one lady was.
Nice rooms, helpful staff great views overlooking the Airport if you are up high enough, but since you are right at the airport you will be paying for the convenience. If staying for an extended period of time be prepared to be in a food desert or pay out the nose for what is in the hotel.
The Hilton O'Hare is an old property. Deal with it. It's sole defining characteristic (that earns it 4 stars) is that it is physically attached to ohare airport. You sleep in, get up, and walk straight into the airport. Unlike ATL, or SNA where you have to take a cab to get to the "airport" hotel. Who wants to roll out of bed and then get a ride just to get into the airport?? I don't care if it is old. It has room service, a bar, and you walk underground direct into the airport. Say amen!
Used rewards to book a room. When checking-in they took my credit card number as a precaution, charged it full for the room, and by chance, I checked my statement to see that the charge of over 300 dollars had not been taken off. Be very careful.
The room w As nice, but very small. When I got to my room it was blazing hot and the AC was off. I turned it on and it did cool off eventually, but it said it was 65F and it definitely was still much warmer than that. Also, while taking a bath I noticed that the toilet was still kinda dirty under the rim inside the bowl. Not something I would normally notice, but from the low view point I could see it. Definitely a sign that corners are probably cut during cleaning.
Hotel only location is the biggest advantage and the only advantage. Apart from room service, there are not many places to eat. It is good to stay for a short time, but it shines more than two days and one night.
Sign stated elevator not in service after 1am and use escalators. We had 3 large suitcases, 3 carry-ons a backpack and purses to take up to check in desk... Then the clerk said we could have used the phone down there to call for them to turn on the elevator. I asked where that was posted for us to know that, we didn't see any phone. She had no answer for me. I guess she doesn't know where the phone is either. The so called allergy friendly room had highly scented soaps. Why?!? How do you put scented products and allergy friendly together like that? There was a high pitch noise in the room. Thought it was the radio but turned out to be the phone...?!? Water got hot quickly but couldn't regulate water temps. Not impressed but too exhausted to complain to anyone since woman at check in was no help. The gentleman who helped get our luggage in the morning was a 5 star rating.
Hotel shuttle was an hour late. I called to make sure we could check in early at 8am and they said yes. Arrived at hotel, the front desk lady says we couldn't check in and says rooms aren't ready until 11. You get what you pay for.
The hotel is very convenient to the airport. The rooms were clean but I did not get a good night sleep because I could hear all of the cars honking throughout the night. Additionally, I did not like that the hotel restaurant charges $15 per person to sit at a table in an empty restaurant. That is taking advantage of a captive audience.
They advertise free wifi, but it's not, all in all everything else was fine! Bed was extremely comfortable!
Room was nice for just staying overnight. Down side is no complimentary breakfast.
Large and comfortable room. It was nice to have a Starbucks in the lobby that opened early and closed late. Also nice to be able to walk to my terminal in five minutes.
I stay 1night at this hotel for business. Convenience of travel is the key for this hotel because it s in the airport. Apart from that, everything else is mediocre. The rooms are overpriced in my opinion, even for so called convenience, food at the Gaslight Bar was bland, and the rooms could use an upgrade in style. They don t even have USB charging ports in the suits like most hotels these days do. I was most frustrated with this aspect because I generally overpack, but the one time that I forgot to bring my wall adapter I paid the price. I had to go downstairs to cold lobby to either charge my device to one of the computer stations or pay $33 in the Gift Shop for an adapter. Couldn t sit long at the computer station so I ended up needing to buy one. I definitely wouldn t voluntarily stay at this hotel.
The location is very convenient, but the rooms are old and dirty. The service is friendly.
Gave me the lowest rate after I missed my flight, regardless of the room.
Pillow hard as a rock. Sheets itchy. No seats in lobby. Charge $15 to use fitness center even as a guest. Hear planes taking off all night.
Good service, comfy beds, and free wifi when you sign up for their rewards program made this location a nice overnight stop. The location is great as well for being minutes away from Airport security. We were able to get on our 7:45am departure flight and sleep in till 6am.
If you're an airport worker that double shifts or lives far away. Their gym might be the best for you. $39 a month and you get access to Showers, sauna, pool, massage, workout. I sleep overnight at work. I can't take buses to my appartment hours away. More money to loose so I just go there , workout use the pool and take a shower then back to work.
Cons: you're given two towels upon check-in. Mine had pink stains inside the towels. Also the bathroom I used had hair all over. I was surprised to see the hair at the same spot the next day I came in. I guess they don't clean those overnight. The towel bin was around the same length. I left when they were closing around 9:48pm. And came back at 8:02am the next day. Please bring your own stuff. Not all shampoos are for people. The one they had dried my skin out.
Just your bog standard airport hotel, totally forgettable. The bars and restaurants were good tho and the staff were friendly and professional
I only stayed for a quick overnight after a late arrival. The room was nice and clean, and surprising quiet given the runway view.
We booked here through Hotwire, and we're disappointed to find out there was nearly no food delivered here, it was 40-60s extra to park, and the hotel itself was dated and visibly worn. It was comfortable, however, except for the shower nozzle being stuck at the on position when I was trying to shower before bed at 1am. Service for the shower, was however, prompt.
Simply horrible.best way to put it. I used points to stay the night to pickup someone in the morning.
Parking: $75 valet
$40 within a mile.need I say more(a day)
No free anything here. Got a cup of coffee.theres only 8 places to sit in the entire first floor( and bar is full).
Room ok except no refrigerator where it used to be( bummer). Had to walk a mile to put leftovers in car.
Took taxi to Holiday inn and had dinner there.$40 burger didn't sound good.
Very comfortable, staff very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
Hilton basically inside the airport, basic yet clean rooms, fitness center has a pool, sauna, steam room, and great equipment (including free weights). Most of all etremely convenient
Convenient to Ohare to fly in and out but very loud with late and early flights
Stayed here many times. It's probably the worst Hilton anywhere. They have a captive audience as the only in-airport hotel at O'hare. Long wait times at check-in are common, and the employees don't seem to care. I've had mechanical issues that were never resolved. Parking fees are astronomical at $75/day.
Go to the bar and have burratta..the chef makes balsamic caviar .. amazing is a mild description
Pretty average. Old school furniture, dirty carpet. Yuk.
Was able to get me a last minute massage. Food was okay for the price. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Shower took a while to get warm.
I have had businesses meetings here it is very convenient for those who want to stay close to the airport to catch the next flight. The rooms were very comfortable and the room service was great.
