The hotel makes you pay $40 to use a microwave to heat up food. I ll be taking my loyalty to Marriott and canceling my Hilton card. This is the second property that has done this me. You should care about your guests because you never who they are or what they ve been through that day. Travel Brilliantly...

Prices are ridiculous, great view of the runway. Hotel staff is relatively friendly but the parking costs are INSANE ($75 to Valet, $40 for the O'Hare parking garage). Best bet for parking is over in Lot G where it is $10/day. Then you have to wait for the shuttle which takes you to the monorail tram which then finally takes you into the airport. Once you arrive in the airport by Air Canada, you have to walk a bit more to finally get to the hotel. The restaurant is pricey, the cafes and convenient store shops are pricey with limited selection, and beware of the "homeless" waiting outside looking to scam you out of a meal.

My husband and I checked in after visiting family for some time. Although the checkin was standard (waited in line, even at 10pm, but not so long I became impatient), the coffee machine only filled our cups halfway. The room was small, the bathroom was smaller. Our toilet rocked and the facet made a shierking noise when turned on. The carpeting seemed badly out of shape and in need of replacing and the windows were terribly drafty. The location is very convenient but nothing is free, including internet or parking (we had a rental). And I assume, if you re traveling, internet is a big deal. It s silly not to include it in the cost of the room since it s ridiculously expensive. Overall, for the money (and I never pay full price for a room) it wasn t worth it. I would prefer a Sheraton or Hyatt nearby with a free shuttle, free internet and better food options at 2/3 the cost at most. Take the extra 20 mins to get to the airport on a shuttle and book elsewhere.

One night stay at the airport Hilton was restful. AA provided this to the passengers who missed the connections due to the delayed flight from Albany, NY.
It will help the guests if the Hilton hotel would serve good breakfast buffet as an amenity without an additional charge.
AA gave a generous meal voucher to the passengers.
We have used this Hotel before to get the next day before noon flight. It's convenient.
Directional signage needs improvement so the guests could reach their respective terminals quickly.

The meeting room we were in was not very condusive to a group of people trying to have a meeting. It was long and narrow as well as dark. Parking was crazy expensive ($75 for 10:00 am - 4:00 pm). Food (lunch) was good. Drinks were refreshed throughout the day.

The hotel itself is old and kind of drab, but not a huge deal. My room, however, was in no condition to be booked. The shower did not drain (and had hair in it). After waiting for maintenance and being told it was fixed, it wasn t. Then I realized the knob for hot water in the bathroom sink was completely broken, so there was no hot water available, accept out of the tub.

The manager was very nonchalant and basically dismissive of when I brought it to her attention- informing me I d have to go thru the company I booked with for a refund. I was more so shocked they even let this room be occupied and weren t phased by the issues. It s basically connected to O Hare, but quality over convenience. Never again.

These guys charged 475.00 for the same room you can get on Expedia for 285.00. They love to take advantage of bad weather and people with cancelled flights. I've stayed here several times at there regular rate, but the one time my flight's cancelled along with several others, they immediately jacked that price up.

The hotel took all my airplane coupon (include breakfast, lunch and dinner ) and exchange to their own venture. In the morning. They refuse return me the difference that I spend in the hotel.
Their venture can not use inside the airport. So I have to pay my own bill for breakfast.

They security ppl were rude and they female who checked my bag stole a bottle of liquor from me. The bottle was sealed and inspected by customs. She told me that the bottle wouldn't register on her machine so she had to keep it. It was a $60 bottle of tequila from mexico..she kept saying that she never saw a bottle like that.

Everything was great except that for some reason our keycard holder had the number to another Hilton written on it, so we had a bit of a 3 hour delivery mix-up. Also, the wifi was down the entire duration of our stay, despite folks working on it to no avail. It all worked out in the end though and we were 100% able to rest for our early flight the next morning.

This is a hotel connected to the Chicago O'Hare airport. Entering from the lower lobby from the directional signs at baggage in the airport there are no signs of where reception is. The man in the Health Club was telling people to go up one floor and other travellers were passing on information. Got to lobby and there were 4 agents working. Two at Hilton Honours desk and 2 for a line of about 50 people trying to check in. I did not have my HH card with me however they found my account and allowed me to check in at smaller line of 2 ppl. UAL had reserved a wheelchair accessible room for me. It took about 20 minutes to figure out if they had one that was ready for some reason (I would not have come this far if UAL Club did not get it confirmed so that was very strange). Check in agent by phone ordered a shower seat. Went up to the room. Door was VERY hard to open. No door assist on outside. Got into the room and it is a very small accessible room suitable for 1 person. A person who needs to transfer from a wc would not be able to use toilet. Waited for shower chair. Two hours later called front desk line on phone and was told "no one told me about it" which made me feel really happy (sic) as I was present when the desk clerk called someone to deliver it. About 20 minutes later it arrived. I noticed at that time that the door opener inside the room did not work so again I had to deal with heavy door. Now after using shower, sat down to a late dinner and TV would not work! This time the electrician visited 30 minutes later. TV had been unplugged by the room attendant. Showed him the door opener and told him he could fix after I leave at 6am. Glad UAL is paying for this room as this has been a negative Hilton experience for me. Room 5044.

Great location only 5 min from your room to check-in. I was not 100% happy this time, my air did not work and they never sent anyone up to fix it. But overall a great hotel if you miss your flight and have to stay overnight.

Easy to locate in Terminal 2 and late night check-in was pleasant with a warm greeting from front desk staff. I had a king room equipped with several lamps, a recliner, desk and mini bar. The bed was super comfortable and linens looked to be in great shape. The bathroom was stocked with Peter Thomas Roth toiletries and an ample amount of towels. I didn't help myself to the mini bar but it seemed to have a great variety of snacks and drinks. The lobby features a couple different options for food including a sports bar open until 1am. An enjoyable stay overall.

At Hilton bar. First tried a table, tried to get waiter s attention to order a glass of wine. He kept looking at me and I d wave and he d look away. Third time he walked right by me.

Stool at bar opened up, so I moved over. Was ignored for a little bit, then finally served. Then a young woman came up, and was very promptly served. And given a glass of water. As was a guy who sat down after her. No water for middle aged ladies, I guess! When will the world learn that we re actually the best tippers?!

Same guy who took my order, who seems to be a manager, also chastised a female waitress when she tried to order a Stella and she forgot they ran out. Kept calling her Babe very loudly. Didn t hear him calling any of the male waiters Babe.

Flew in from Pittsburgh, missed our flight. Had to spend a night for the next flight. The bar and food service at the hotel sports bar was excellent. Shout out to the bartender. Excellent service!

A bit dated, but it really does a good job of filtering out the noise from the airport. If you need something close to the airport and are willing to pay a high price, this is it. Has a good meeting room setup.

It's a great hotel if you are in ohare for an overnight or early morning flight but can be noisy,as expected, with all planes taking off and landing. Staff us friendly and rooms are comfortable. Food is good although i expected better. It's usually expensive though

The curtains are dilapidated and the lights are leaking without closing. Employees are chatting in the hallway and can hear into the room. Housekeeping comes in spite of 8am. Wi-Fi is slow and barely connected. Often automatically disconnects.
It was far from comfortable.

This is one of the worst hotels that was at the same time one of the most expensive, that I've (unfortunately) ever stayed in. The staff is sooo cold and unfriendly, one feels everything else than welcome; one has to pay for EVERYTHING: extra, fee here, fee there... even an extra 14,95 USD to have access to the internet. The rooms are not in good shape, there were stains on the bed sheets and on the bathroom mat, the room was divided only with a locked thin door from another hotel room, which made me hear every cough and every word from my neighbour. Its overly expensive prices just don't match the services and accomodation that you get there. Would NEVER come back again!
