Great stay and very close to airport. Walking distance nice bar, coffee shop is WAY too expensive. Spend like $6 on a bag of chips and it had like 7 chips in it.

Very convenient when stranded in Chicago! Didn't experience too much, in late, out early. Room was nice enough.
Busy as all get out but it is the day after thanks giving
Probably one of the worse Hilton s. I have stayed at. The hotel has a lot of ability to get better ratings but seem to lack the want to take care of simple issues and if I was here for more then a day would of complained and been moved. Let s start with the room. The room looked nice, I had a corner room which felt like a small studio apartment. The room had to be close to a 100 degrees in there. I turned on the ac and had to just shut the system off as the rattling and noise was worse then the plans outside. I also thought I kept hearing a toilet flush it turned out to be mine as the tank was leaking. I turned off the water to the toilet to stop it for the night. Their was 4 elevators and only one worked. The WiFi was non existent, ended up using my mifi to connect. The restaurant was a mix bag and most of the meal was great however the waitress should learn to write things down cause no matter how many times she asked she still got the order wrong. My pasta was under cooked as well, though the mushroom bruschetta was delicious. It was also nice it was a short walk to the terminal from the room.
Convenient location and a good price, but the hotel needs a remodel
Room service prices are jaw dropping $$$. Room is very nice, staff friendly, and obviously great airport access.
When I called this hotel on 6/24/15 and asked about early check in I was told that rooms would be available by 1:00 p.m.. When I arrived at the hotel on 6/25/15 I was told that if I wanted a room before 3:00 p.m., I would be charged a $25 early check in fee. I should have been told this when I called, and I think that this hotel was deceptive in not disclosing the fee to me.
I was charged $29.10 for early check-in. I contacted the hotel after returning home and they have refused to refund this undisclosed fee.
Wifi didn't work. Spent hour on phone to tech support who agreed is wasn't my devices that were the problem. Last time i am using this place. Every has problems from time to time but how you resolve them count. Front desk were useless as well trying to come up with a solution.
I made a reservation and TEN minutes later needed to change it by 24 hours and they are forcing me to pay $220 change fee. For a reservation change 10 minutes after making reservation. Will go out of my way to never give them business again
It is in the middle of the airport and no where or way to really get around.. Only good if you are staying the night that you get in while waiting for a place to stay.
My room was on the first floor so I heard everyone who came and left for the airport all night
Very nice and helpful people at this airport. The setup from the terminals needs work. If you land in one terminal and you need to be on the other end it can take up to a half hour to get there.
Had a bad experience staying at this place. Thought the business class room would in the standards of other Hilton hotels outside the airport . But the room was below average . Room did not have fridge or micro wave oven .. not worth for the money paid . Only good thing was the commute to all the terminals ..
It was good close to the airport but a little expensive
We had a room on the 10th floor, and it was excellent for watching the runway and all the planes take-off and land. The room was very comfortable with a well stocked refrigerator and snacks. We found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel.
We stayed over night for an early morning flight. It was super convenient and a very nice facility. The staff was friendly and the room was extremely comfortable.
Nice hotel, small but adequate rooms, couldn't be closer to O'Hare
Very convenient access to the airport. Flew here for a business meeting so it was great to fly in and fly out and never really leave the airport. The hotel was clean and comfortable but it is definitely showing its age. My room wasn t as bad as I read in the other reviews, it was in decent shape, just aged. The AC cools the room and seems to work well, the staff at check in were friendly and efficient. Overall an average experience, maybe this property is on the renovation list. Would visit again for the convenience although i have a higher expectation for the Hilton brand property
Very clean room, but lacking in amenities. Proximity to the airport is convenient and perfectly suited for an overnight stay while waiting for a morning flight.
As a Hilton Diamond member, this hotel really made me consider trying another hotel brand. Never in my life has a front desk person treated me with disrespectful and haughty behavior. No welcome, no thank you, made me feel bad about the room I chose. I wish I had gotten her name. She had a light European accent but man was she awful. Moving on, the rooms were tiny. It was literally a bed, desk and a 2sq meter bathroom. The food in the restaurant was cold and expensive. They cooked my steak wrong and refused to make a new one even thought it was blatantly overcooked. For a grand total of almost $400, this place is a scam and I would highly suggest staying elsewhere if you can.
Excellent if you travel very early! Very good option
We came to meet my in-laws for dinner during their stop over. We ate at the in house restaurant at their hotel, the Hilton O'Hare. The prices we're exorbitant. My husband, got their full entree portion of Ravioli, which was basically 3-4 pieces of ravioli with small amount of red sauce for $30. I had a house salad (on menu said was equal to a side salad), I added chicken. The side salad was $15 + $9 for chicken.
My in-laws split the same entree my husband had and they brought it out in separate portions, each of their portions was larger than what my husband got, when logically it shouldn't have been half or whatever.
I ate a few bites, and had it wrapped to go. My husband was still hungry afterwards, said he felt like he only ate like a regular size mcd's cheeseburger.
The size and prices aside, the food didn't taste that good, not good enough for the hotel's only regular sit down restaurant.
Completely overpriced, under portioned....
Eating in the airport would be better and surprisingly cheaper, I can't believe I'm saying
This is a decent Hilton hotel location, especially if you re needing a quick stay near O Hare international. At least when I visited, the rates were affordable. The lobby and public areas are very nice, but the corridors and interior of the hotel needed updating very badly. I must say, my room had a direct view of the international arrivals terminal, but I heard no air noise and my stay was very quiet. Good service, friendly staff, easy grab and go food and drink options. I also like the fact that I had access to the blue line station at O Hare. Overall a good experience, although for longer stays opt for somewhere closer to the city.
Great and comfortable rooms , close to the terminals but no free parking
As a first time flyer the employees were very professional and the pilots and associates made me feel safe
Location is very convenient , rooms are amazing and the service well organized
Our flight was canceled and had to get a room. United wouldn't comp a room for us and came to the Hilton b/c of its proximity. They wouldn't give us any break and told us a list of others hotels in area. We didn't have a car as we were bussed from Madison to O'Hare b/c original flight to O'Hare was canceled due to weather. So after almost 8 hrs of being given the run around by United, we exhaustedly came to the Hilton. My companion had knee replacement surgery recently and we needed stop for the night. So the Hilton told us instead of charging us $490.. the best she could do was $375.. didn't give us a receipt and we received on our cellphone from his credit card a charge of $490. Outrageous! I will be addressing this. Highway robbery.
Always enjoy staying here rather for business or pleasure. Staff are always attentive and friendly. The rooms are nice and pretty spacious. The rooms are equipped with everything you need including bedside outlets for your electronic devices. Valet always go above and beyond!
Very nice room with a very short walk to the terminal. Meals not reasonably priced.
Nice conference place and very convenient. The shower didn't work in my room though.
This is a great hotel. It's huge and connected to the airport, so very convenient for late night or early morning flights.
Be aware, Uber and Lyft cannot pickup at the hotel, so be prepared to walk back to terminal 2 to be picked up. It's not a problem, just allow time for the walk.
Awesome place to stay and in walking distance to terminal
Room was terrible, internet failed constantly, front desk was rude, lines long for check in.
Waited for an airport shuttle in the lobby, and the employees were very courteous.
Best service i had in year, been a good stay. Workers were really helpful in were to he directed and location of fun activity.
Easy enough to find considering where it is. Kind and helpful service. Rooms are nicely furnished and soundproof enough. Fair warning, recliner isn't the best to sleep in.
I was sent to the Hilton after my flight was delayed. The Hilton staff were very courteous and efficient in giving me a room. Room service was excellent and I would recommend travelers to visit. This Hilton is also in the airport so you don't need to be worried about traveling to your gate. Thank you for the service, Hilton.
This hotel is the biggest rip-off I have ever experienced. It is dumpy, to say the least. Avoid if you can!!!!
The staff (including TSA) was very friendly but the airport itself was just confusing. There were some shops and restaurants to help kill the time while waiting for the flight. Overall, it wasn't bad for a large airport
Stayed for one night, super expensive parking, room was very dirty
its located next door to terminal 3 at ohare. it has a nice patch of grass. where animals relieve them selfies.
Check-in was horribly long, with a unusually long lineup. Given the time it took to check in (over 30 min), room service and restaurants were both already closed when I got my room (they close at 11pm). Being in an airport with flights arriving late at night, what kind of service is this from Hilton? Also the hallways are full of service bins and leftovers including towels on the hallway floor. Hilton brand should be ashamed of themselves for having such a rundown hotel.
Great accommodations and very clean rooms. Hotel staff was courteous and very helpful.
Fantastic service. Clean. Only complain was that there was no means of heating food up
Very clean and nice staff. Super close to the airport which is a great bonus.
Good option for overnight stay near airport if needed. There is no parking available though, only valet parking. Not much options to eat as well.
Even tough at first we got some difficulty to find info how to get to the hotel, since very limited info about that, actually its easy to reach from the airport, have underground tunnel from sublevel 2 in Terminal 2, if you arrived at terminal 1, you can use shuttle bus that said terminal only and drop in terminal 2 at united gate number 2. The hotel is nice got free wifi at the lobby and the room. The room is quite comfy and the bathroom is okay,
Had missed my flight and was so glad to get a room at the airport,no Uber needed.. This is a very nice hotel ,top of the food chain, you won't be disappointed!
Stayed at a room the end facing the runway. Floor-to-ceiling windows were great for watching flights take off. Clean and well appointed.
Awesome experience with a runway view room with my son!
Fairly typical airport hotel, very convenient, no club lounge but bar snacks were good and the server very helpful
Attached to the airport, it is very convenient if you have missed a connection flight and need to spend overnight at Chicago.
The food in the restaurant was very good, and despite having 15 people in our party they brought all the food in a timely manner. And most importantly the food was HOT and CORRECT the first time!
West end is loud from transportation services yelling for people to catch a ride and horns blaring all night from taxi cabs if you are on the wrong side of the hallway. Very poor design by engineers. Save your $, worst $150.00 experience in a hotel to date.
Great stay. Need a Microwave in room. Overall no complaints.
Rug had multiple unpleasant looking discolorations of unknown origin. They also expect you to pay 15 dollars for slow WiFi which in this day and age is like having to pay extra for running water.
It was a delightful day before the clodeadline fellapart
Wonderful last minute stay when my flight was delayed and I missed my connection.
Nice hotel when you need to be close to the airport.
