I am very disappointed with the service and experience I had this past week in getting a repair done on my car. My driver side mirror was replaced, the only thing that was 'ok' was the time it took to actually replace the part. The paint job is awful. There is paint on the mirror and the back of the casing has odd bubble/ridges on it/in the paint. For $400+ I expected a much more professional, near perfect job.

Also, they tried to sell me an air filter that I did not need. The one they showed me was NOT from my car. I looked at mine when I got home and it looked nothing like the one they showed me, and did not in fact need replacing as it still had plenty of white showing. In addition, $50+ for an $8 part, referring to the A/C cabin filter they tried to sell me, is also ridiculous! I replaced that part myself in less than 5 minutes, no way does that constitute charging $50+ for replacement.

The only reason I have used your dealership is for warranty issues and recently for replacing the driver side mirror because you had it in stock.

I would definitely not give my recent experience with this dealership 5 stars. I will say, one thing that was improved over last time was I was not harassed the entire time by a sales associate.
