I arrive with my car at 8am, my brother had given me a decent amount of cash and I had it in my backseat ( I Know for sure!!) the manager made me question my sanity and make me think like all this could have been my fault! I go to a gas station and they only accept cash so I go and grab for my cash that is missing... I had only been to the service center then the gas station. Right away I call O'Brien and a service guy was concerned and told me to come in. I come in and sit down with Ryan Holly, he is the service manager. He tells me "well I did my investigation and none of my guys would steal any money and that there were "witnesses" Saying there is nothing I can do for you.. He says you must've misplaced it or that it must be at home... making me once again question my sanity!! I call the police but go figure there is no surveillance cameras! I was made out to be the liar here. It's all a lesson to not trust this service center and be more careful. I just wanted everyone to be aware of this and make sure there are no valuables in your car. Maybe O'Brien should install cameras to make sure the "trustworthy" mechanics are actually doing there job. I really felt belittled, undervalued, and pathetic going in there of course crying my eyes out to a manger who was uninvolved and harsh.
