I knew what car I wanted when I looked back in Ohio and didn't get any better price here. But the relation with the people was so much better I bought here..

Minimum negotiating required to reach a price I was happy with. The entire process was done in half the time I expected and required next to zero effort from me. Adan Hernandez was the manager who worked with me on this purchase and along with Joshua Rivera of the dealership (who took care of all the paper work in record time) made the car buying process something I thought impossible to achieve.....pleasant.

As a first time car buyer, (and also pregnant, so you ladies know how our brains are at this time) he took the time to explain every detail and I didn t feel pressured what so ever. Went to dealer today to sit inside a couple of cars, buying in a few months. Very upfront with salesperson Nino, he turned the pressure on great and then complained to us he spent 30 minutes with us and we are not buying today. And he's not happy. He was so rude we will never go back to that dealer. Ever. We own 4 cars and buy one every 2 years, Hyundai, you need to get a better sales approach.

I had simple scheduled maintenance (oil change, tire rotation) appointment. I took my car in at lunchtime, checked in with the service staff, asked for a shuttle ride back to work. I was told he was about 10 min. out. Right on time he arrived, took me back to work. He couldn't promise being there at a specific time to drive me back to the dealership, but he would call to let me know what time he would be there. 30 min before the requested time, he called, and was able to be there as I finished work for the day. Drove me back,. I paid for the service, and was on my way. It may seem like a simple thing, but being able to get my car serviced without tying up a couple hours of my time is important. Thank you O'Brien service team, and special thank you for a pleasant shuttle ride with Jeff. This is what SERVICE is supposed to work like.

If I could, I would have given them a zero out of 5 stars because they demonstrate a HUGE lack of integrity!! If you like to be told many lies and they play lots of games, than this is the business for you. I was recently in that market for a new car and was enticed into coming in for a test drive by the $50 gift card offer. After completing my requirements, I made numerous attempts during the weeks that followed to receive the gift card voucher as promised by them. I have not received it and feel extremely frustrated to have been told continuous lies by them. It is so sad that they do not care about honesty. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THEM!!!!!!!

What a experience from Hyundai O Brien Fort Myers ...

What a experience from Hyundai O Brien Fort Myers yesterday. As soon as I walked though the doors with my mountain bicycle I was provided with the best customer service and sales man anyone could ask for. His name is Nino Mannino. I instantly had a good feeling about yesterday. I told him my journey and that I recently move from New York to Florida and that I been riding my Mountain bicycle everyday to and from work Monday-Friday. I live in Cape Coral and work in Fort Myers. He understood my struggle and instantly he told me he was going to do the best he could to make my experience great and get me approved with a car I requested. I told him exactly what I wanted and he exceeded my expectations. He guided me every step of the way. Yesterday was a outstanding experience, I drove off the lot with a beautiful 2019 6-speed manual Hyundai Elantra. I would definitely refer others to go see and speak with Mr Nino Mannino, what a phenomenal man.

Totally unprofessional! I did 3 trips to their loc...

Totally unprofessional! I did 3 trips to their location to change a part in my car. Unfortunately the 3 time the party never arrived and they never call me to let me know so I don't waste my time and gas driving from Estero to Fort Myers. Finally manager called my husband to inform that they got the piece and gets what they ordered the wrong part!!!
So now my husband has to go back again, because I am not dealing with them anymore. So he goes back and yes WRONG PART AGAIN!! after 2 weeks they finally replaced the part!! Unbelievable!

Excellent customer service and highly recommended, we recently purchased 2 used vehicles both 2012, one Kia Soul and a Cadillac CTS. Nino was our salesman and as it can be stressful and concerning purchasing a vehicle, his nature was very calming and was so helpful, Nino made this the easiest and best buying experience we ve ever had hands down. We found the service department to be Reputable, honest and upfront with workmanship. If you are looking to purchase a car and want to skip all the hoooplah go see Nino he s the guy who looks like Al from Happy Days! We love this place!!!!!

After sitting for 2 hours, and spending almost 300...

After sitting for 2 hours, and spending almost 300$ I left this location completely unsatisfied. Purchased an Alignment, Oil Change, and Power Steering Flush but as I drove off the lot I could obviously tell the Alignment was still off. Wondering if my oil was actually even changed either. After calling and trying to see why this problem still persists, I was told by Max (the service center guru) "well, you didn't tell us you wanted a balance as well", so now they are acting as if this is my fault LMAO.

This place is sketchy. I'm a college student and I feel taken advantage of. I wonder what they do to the poor 65+ year old customers under their nose......

I worked with Justin Taylor. I told him I wanted to try and get a new car. He explained what it takes to get a new car, I explained to him my situation and he was able to go into detail exactly what I needed to do to purchase a new car. He taught me about credit and showed me how to fix it in order to get. All though I could not get a vehicle I am positive with his influence, I will be able to purchase a new car soon. If you are looking for a great salesman that cares about you and not just selling a car. He is your man.

My finance manager Cameron, couldn t have been more patient, kind and tried his best to get me the best finance possible. There are so many great things to say about this dealership. We had a Horrible experience at another local dealer. I contacted Erik Mauck through the website and he was AMAZING! He listened to me go through my whole story, he was patient, kind, and understanding and worked with me to basically get the deal before I even went to the dealership. When we arrived at the dealer, Nathan Lewis helped us finalize the purchase. They had the car ready for us to look at and they were ready to make the deal. He worked quickly to get my trade appraised and get all the paperwork complete. After the financing was complete, he walked us through all the features of the car and made sure we were good before he left. We got to the dealership about 6:45pm and we were finished by 8:30 pm. He didn t rush us, he was extremely patient. That was the quickest and faster car buying experience I have ever had. I would recommend O Brien Hyundai to anyone looking to buy a car. Go see Nathan and you won t regret it.

We recently purchased a 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe from Robert Sager. He was very knowledgeable about all systems on the Santa Fe. We test drove several models with absolutely no pressure to buy. We ended up buying the vehicle from him. About a month later we had a small problem with the vehicles battery. I called Rob and he arranged for us to bring the vehicle in the same day. He met us there on his day off and oversaw the vehicles repair. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from Robert Sager and O Brien Hyundai.

We've purchased three vehicles from O'Brien Hyundai and have been satisfied every time! My mom purchased an Elantra this weekend and we were again VERY SATISFIED! Matt Solis went above and beyond to make her feel safe and secure in her new vehicle. Chris S. in finance also was there to reassure her. We had a few questions that we had forgotten to ask, so we went back the next day and Matt was there and clarified everything for us. What can I say but lots of good things from this dealership. To start off my sales man was not a shark but more like a dolphin. Nino was very informative and treated me like a friend not a buyer if you need to buy a car I suggest you see him. I was impressed by there car selection and their prices. I ended buys a rear gem a Tucson with 5k miles. I can t say that any car company can Compete with 100k warranty. Thanks You Nino!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. And you can t beat the free car washes.

Good service and they cater to their customers. Be cautious of their sales promotions because you may pay for services you really don't need. But when you say no to the sales promotions they do not persist like other car dealerships behave. I'll continue to go to this business so long as they treat me fairly.

Rich Estes did a great job. My problems were that when I presented a brochure from the facility in Delaware saying a free oil change and free new wipers with this service, your facility did not offer this.Also the Delaware dealer would pick up my car from my home and leave a loaner car for me to drive and bring it back when it was finished.I had a body adjustment and your facility did not fix it but recommended a collision facility to go to. The Delaware dealer would have fixed it on site.After your computer checked out the car it said I should replace my front brakes which I agreed to and sent me to the office of Enterprise which was empty and finally after 20 minutes took care of me.
I guess my dealer in Delaware is so much better. I think that I will investigate other dealers to perform my future services.
I guess my problem is that you offer much less service than the

Beware! Reading others reviews here, I see a patt...

Beware! Reading others reviews here, I see a pattern. Took my car in to O Brien s Service Department, because the engine light came on. Service Department did a diagnostic on the car, told me I needed a $1543.00 plus tax catalytic converter(maybe because I m a girl)! My car is running fine, with only 41,000 miles! No problem with acceleration or starting the car up. Decided to take car for a second opinion.. Independent Mechanic did another diagnostic and it showed the engine light sensor was defective. Change it for $180.00 and Bam the car is fine. I read through the reviews, a lot of up charging. You need this, you need that.... They tried this with me also, new battery, new filters, new fluids...

Update: 1/16/2019. Car is still running excellent without your recommendation, I buy a new catalytic converter for my car from O Brien s.. I m going to keep updating this response, as time goes.. If I do need to purchase a CC, I ll be happy to remove my review.

And might I add, your Service Department recommendation of a new car battery for $189.00, also. I only buy my car batteries from Walmart or Sam s Club for $100.00 / 3 year warranty. They prorate it, if the battery goes bad, before the expiration. Walmart s and Sam s Club are located in most every county in America, so if it happens when I m out of town, I m good to go. Your Company is not.

Drove 1300 miles. Car is running perfectly. So glad I didn t fall for the car needed a new catalytic converter!!

Car is still running perfectly. I guess the bulb on the engine light sensor was defective. So glad I didn t replace the catalytic converter like O Brien Hyundai suggestied. Take my advice, get a second opinion, people.

Apparently my credit was insufficient for a new car. That's not the problem - that's understandable. What's not understandable is that no one at O'Brien has been able to notify me of that, despite several calls and voice mails I have made in an attempt to get more information.

If O'Brien is unable to comply with the simple professional courtesy of telling someone they can't do business with them, then I'm sure they don't go above and beyond for their customers.

Lets say the attendant can't handle questions his name is John. He feels queations are some sought of attack he needed to run and tell manager as he is walking away he ia yelling at me. The manager Scott was very nice and reassured me. I was told for my 2 recalls it should roughly be 2 hours. Well 3 hours later when my car was ready they were only able to do 1 recall cause they didnt have the parts for the second recall. I made this appointment over a week ago. You would think they knew which parts were needed to do recall second of all I was going to be happy to never have to deal with John the attendant ever again. No, now I have to go back and mind you I don't live around the corner and I have a good chance of having to deal with that attendant again. I honestly am disgusted.

I came into this dealership for the first time very stressed about buying a car for the first time and I have never been treated with so much care and concern. Gabe was my salesperson and he really went the extra mile and more to make me happy. I felt like he truly was wanting to work with me and my finances to get what I wanted in a car and a payment. This dealership has always been my go to. I love hyundai cars because they last long and are just overall great cars. I got a 2020 sonata and its a dream. In the future I would definitely want to work with Gabe again just because of how caring he was with me and how he worked with me and got me what I wanted, if I could give more stars I would!!! Our sales representative, Jack, was very friendly and attentive to what we were looking for. While conversing about payment options the finance guy, Charlie, told us he made a mistake, but he would honor it. In the end he honored it to the best of his abilities. Jack made sure I was given a tour of the place and felt comfortable with where I would be taking my new car for any service or car washes. Very friendly and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Always going through a long process of looking for a vehicle to make sure I get exactly the equipment I need. Stopping by Hyundai I came across Joshua Rivera who helped me when looking at the Sonata s. I was very interested to see what Hyundai had to offer since the last time I shopped for a car was years ago and Hyundai just didn t offer what I needed at the time. I am very impressed with the product and my salesman Joshua was very knowledgeable. All my questions were answered and very promptly at that.
