One of the best places I ve ever got a new car! It s not because of the new car but because of the amazing people! They really make you feel valued and like family! Alberto was our salesman and Jeff the manager. I came to get a car for my family and now have some great friends! I would recommend O Brien to everyone. I just can t say enough about the all the staff and just thankful I am God brought Alberto and Jeff into our lives! Just amazing people!

I was in a car accident in which my car was totaled. The stress of everything was very overwhelming. And the thought of going to get a car was horrifing. I went through the doors at O'Briens and was greeted by a salesman. Edgar Lopez was beyond kind. I never once felt pressured or pushed to get something I was not looking for. He made my stressful car searching very comfortable. I had been to other loctions and decided my buying would depend on the salesperson. Hands down Edgar was the best. He made my bad situation very comfortable and easy to make a decision.

Gabriel the service agent for my recent recall was very nice and polite: he did inform of an issue I had asked him to check out was costly but important I did have it repaired and it s been corrected. The rental they provided was excellent my car was done in no time and at my convenience. No pressure.

Zak made it impossible to go anywhere else & I mean that in a good way. I was originally looking for a specific type/color 2018 Stinger locally & found one at this dealership. Although it was 2+ hours away, I figured I would reach out & see what fake/hidden fees were added on top of an already low price. Hint: Other than the dealership fees (Florida dealer fees.....), I had no hidden costs. The price was as shown.

Here was the best part, I negotiated everything via text with Zak. Zak provided me with a video walkthrough of the car, vehicle pricing, & met my payment/term/down payment requirements. I had a pretty bad experience looking at a local dealership so I told Zak that if we can meet all criteria via text, I will be in that day. Zak had everything in writing, asked for some of my required documentation, & had keys ready for me when I got there. Took the car for a spin (on my own without any dealer hassle). Signed papers & the car was mine. I spent 20 minutes max at the dealership simply signing papers before driving home with my new toy at a price point about 6-7k under most local cars.

I spent way too much time in dealerships in the past. I will most certainly drive 2 hours to spend 20 minutes in their dealership. It was also the first time I didn t feel cheated when leaving. I was never pressured, harassed, or upsold. I get that Zak is a salesperson but at the end of the day, I trust the man. He made money & I saved money. I will most certainly do business again!

My daughter was visiting from Connecticut so we decided to look for a new Subaru, since she has one and likes Subaru Legacy. The sales experience was what is expected, the moon is promised... Being that my daughter was out of state she was issued a temporary plate, good for 1 month. Well a month came and went, Ct DMV has no knowledge of any paperwork from O'Brien Subaru for her original plates for transfer and the temporary plate is expired. My daughter has been calling almost daily with either no response or a promise to send the temp plate overnight. I stopped in today since she was told that the plate would be at her address today. Well I finally get a tracking number which was issued after I left their location. One more day driving with an expired plate. Finally a response for the transfer plates, paperwork is ready and should have plates by end of September. Remember the paperwork was sent a month ago. ;) ;) Moral of the story, look elsewhere.

I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Subaru Impreza Hatchback Premium last week and am very happy with my vehicle and the service I received! I replaced my 2006 Impreza Base Sedan with a 2017 and I love all the upgrades and tech features. I was originally in the market for a Crosstrek but went with another Impreza because with the Hatchback it s basically like a Crosstrek just lower to the ground and was much cheaper in price. Jason, Marcos, and Rodrigo were amazing and I would absolutely return to this dealer for another vehicle. I purchased an extended warranty and my vehicle purchase came with free car washes for life so I m sure I will be back to see these guys again soon. Thank you so much to Jason and Marcos and Rodrigo... my purchase was a long time coming!!! Jason, say hi to your dog for me!

One always expects to be ripped off by a dealership's service department. This was NOT the case at O'Brien Subaru. I was treated courteously, charged a fair price for the service. The waiting area is clean and very pleasant. The service people went out of their way to try and solve my problem even though it was almost quitting time when I arrived. I have no reservations about bringing my vehicle back to this dealership for service.

If you re looking for a safe, reliable, and well performing car, Subaru is 100% for you. I m always wary going into a car lot, what sort of sales BS am I going to be dealing with, am I going to get screwed, am I going to get pressured, etc. Approaching the door, I was greeted by Denys. Denys is the man! He was understanding of the fact that I couldn t buy that day, due to closing on a house. He knew every answer to all the questions we had. He was honestly the reason I put a deposit down on the car that day, I really enjoyed his no pressure approach to car sales. If you re looking to buy a Subaru from O Brien, I HIGHLY recommend you find Denys. I m extremely satisfied with both the car, and the entire interaction with the dealership, even the sales manager was a joy to work with! How often do you get to say that about a car dealership? I m looking forward to buying another Subaru in the future, I know for sure that I ll be going back and asking for Denys.

Ed was a great help during the multiple models we test drove and is one of the nicest people I have met. He was patient and not in your face like my experiences at other car dealers. My initial impression was good, everyone was very friendly. Prior to purchasing this car from Subaru, I noticed a vibration when idle so I said I wouldn t buy the car unless fixed. I know that s a sign of bad motor mounts, so I asked them to check that specifically which they said of course they would. They told me it wasn t the mounts, they were fine, it was the coil pack, so I came back to drive and it felt better, so I purchased the car. Unfortunately, after a week of having it the vibrating started again so I took it into a mechanic.... only to find out both the engine mount and transmission mount are bad, along with the 2 front struts! They straight out lied to my face after I asked about the mounts, they said they were fine. I ve contacted them, took them forever to get back after calling multiple times and they refuse to do anything about it! I would not recommend this dealership!

I brought my 2018 Outback to this location to be serviced, and wound up driving home a brand new 2019. This was made possible by Zak, a lead sales rep, and was completely spontaneous and painless. He said they'd love to have my vehicle for their used lot, due to the low miles and care I put into it, and agreed to pay off my entire loan to make it happen. Zak, in less than an hour, got me a 2019 Outback out of the showroom AND matched my previous monthly payment. He was patient with my questions, took the time to explain the whole process to me, and made sure to extend himself if I needed anything in the future. He proved to me in a very short time that he's an incredible asset to the O'Brien Subaru team, and has hands down made me a customer for life. I will recommend him and this dealership to all my friends and family!

We were on vacation in our 2018 Subaru Outback touring model when our radio, navigation and backup camera went out. We called OBrien and spoke to Erick Amaral service advisor. We got right in and found the system was out and required replacement. He ordered a new Harmon Karden system and it arrived in 5 days. We had new installed on a Saturday within one hour. Erick was extremely helpful and we so much appreciate everything he did for us. At a time that personal service is almost non-existence we found excellent service at O Briens.

So. I am not very happy with the Subaru Service Department for Subaru of Fort Myers. The Dealership is awesome but the service department is not very good when it comes to customer service. My wife who drives to work and back every day traveling 160 miles a day 5 days a week, bought the lifetime warranty on her tires. We discovered on Sunday that one of her tires had a severe leak. I took her car in first thing Monday morning to have the tire fixed. I waited 15 minutes to be checked in. Then I waited over two hours for the tire to be fixed. I get home and Tuesday morning the same tire has a pressure of 7psi. So I had to take time off work for a second day! I take the car in and my wife calls from the highway to complain. She says talk to Jose. I get there, I ask for Jose, he looks up as he is playing or doing something on his phone, looks a me then goes back to his phone. I then said Jose? for a second time. He then acknowledges me. He looks at the service report from the day before and said that they looked at the tire and could not find a leak or nail. I explained my displeasure and Jose continued to defend the lack of good service saying they tried. I will wait to see how this works out as right now, I am not impressed by the seemly unapologetic bad customer service.

We were in the dealership last night and tonight. Cole worked with us and was great. He let my wife test drive a new Forester and then a used Outback. We went home and researched more. We found the Forester Sport edition and O Brien had one new. We texted Cole throughout the day indicating we wanted a certain color. They couldn t get it but would try a swap with another dealer (per the texts). My wife gets there first and I arrived 30 minutes later. A basic gray Forester was parked near her car with the doors open. She indicated it was our best option , per the sales manager. It s not what she wanted. It wasn t the right trim. The sport has orange accents and that s what she liked about it. It s the same boring car we test drove last night. The sales manager comes outside...loud, overbearing and rude. I lasted about 2-3 minutes and we left. He was arguing with me about other dealerships I had been in contact with. Very unprofessional. Stand by your service, don t downgrade other dealerships and, especially, don t raise your voice trying to intimidate customers.

I bought my Ascent last year from Cesar. He was great but gone. I had a coupon for $10 off oil change. The sign said $70. I was charged $95 ($105-$10 coupon). I let the service staff know and was told it s taxes. I replied that taxes aren t that much but it ll be the last money I spend there. I wish I never bought from this dealership. Never again!

I continue to have problems with my Subaru Outback...

I continue to have problems with my Subaru Outback. I bought it new from O Brien April 28, 2018 and had a faulty radio system from day one.
I ve been at this dealership more than any other in my 40 plus years of driving.

Service is getting worse the past year at O Brien.

This is not my first Subaru but it is definitely the worst car I ve ever owned.

I am a very dissatisfied customer!!!!!!

My mother and I were looking for a dependable, nice, affordable, and appealing used car. After some negative experiences at competing dealerships we stopped at O'Brien to look at one last vehicle we had researched before hand. We came in contact with our salesman Quintin. A delightful young man who was very respectful and professional. He was attentive to our needs and answered all questions we had, if he didn't know the answer to our question he made sure to find someone who did. During our test drive he was very methodical explaining the vehicle and features in a way that was easy to understand and walked us through the UI of the car. During the negotiating process the staff were very quick volleying the numbers back and forth. Terms of the sale came down to a 100 dollar difference. Quintin and the management staff met us at our number and both side walked away happy, and we felt like we got a fair price on our new used car. This has been the fourth vehicle we have purchased from the O'Brien Auto Group and would recommend browsing their selection and find Quintin, he is a good guy. Not the stereo typical sales representative of horror stories.

FYI - Purchased a 2016 Mazda CX-5 32,000 miles.

My wife and I recently set off on a week long adventure of car shopping and stopped by at least 7 different dealerships and some multiple times. I want to say 4/7 we felt obligated and pressured into buying something right away to the point my wife was uncomfortable. When arriving at O'Briens we got sales person Hector who helped us out a lot. We told him the style and price range of what we were interested in and he showed us. He was upfront about the additional costs we could see at checkout based on our situation. When leaving after the 1st visit we did the dreaded "wait meet my manager" but instead of the usual "buy my car now" it was a simple hi, how you doing and thanks for stoping by. We came back a couple days later and bought our 1st new car together, even the finance guy worked magic and got us approved at good rate. We would highly recommend everyone to at least stop by when looking for a car. Salesperson Hector hooked us up, the overall atmosphere was relaxed and they have 3 different car dealers on same property so you get options.

I bought an Outback from these guys in 2010. They were a smaller dealership back then and I never had any difficulty getting an appointment or reaching service by telephone. My how things have changed. Now when you call, you are told twice that your call may be used for training purposes, then given to an operator who puts you on hold where you have to listen to an ad for the dealership then you go back to an operator who connects you to an extension which rings 4 or 5 times at which point you get a voice mail. You leave the voice mail and no one calls you back! SMH Once I get the repair for which I had to order a part, I'm done with these guys forever. The car is fantastic. I'd definitely by another one but not from this dealer given the terrible customer service.

Ask for Zak, he's a very caring and responsive sales man. He's a no BS kind of guy.

Overall great team at O'Brien and I couldn't be happier with my new ride.

Edgar worked harder than any salesperson with whom I have dealt to make sure that 1) the problem was completely resolved, and 2) that I was 100% delighted when I walked out of the showroom. Edgar is a true customer advocate and my Palisade Limited is an incredible car.

My technician Mike did a flawless job servicing my WRX and fixing a few small issues under warranty. They got the job done way faster than I anticipated. I would highly recommend O' Brien.

Zac Banwart was the best ever auto sales associate we have ever done business with!

He gave us test drives on the Forrester and the Outback on our own. Very private for us and efficient for all.

He was very knowledgeable about both models and their packages and their hierarchy in the world of Subaru.

We felt that he was open and honest at all times. We agreed on a price for an Outback Limited that was good for both of us. He is a very good man to have on the O Brien team!!

We had a total of 6 different people help us. We were very clear about our price range and the specific car that we wanted, they showed us a more expensive car that they said would probably be better but we told them we wanted the original car that we came for. They assured us they could work something out and even had one of the guys say he was going to call his friend that is a manager at a bank that my husband has a loan through and see if they can work something out. We took the car home over night to test it and loved it. The next day we didn t hear from them all day but my credit got tapped 6 different times and not one of them was the bank that the salesman said he would call. We got a call from one of them saying he had good news so when we came in, they brought over yet another guy to talk to us and he asked us all the same questions that we already answered the night before and he tried to sell us on the more expensive car again and we had to explain again that we didn t want that one. He said he would see what he could do, walked over to the desk for a few minutes, came back and said it wouldn t work with that one but he wanted to take us outside to show us the other one. At that point we were exhausted and pretty upset that they had misled us and wasted not one but two of our evenings. If you go there, just be firm, know what you want, and if they try to drag it out they re most likely trying to sell you on a more expensive car that they want you to buy. Oh and this car was going to be for me, but they barely talked to me and asked me questions, they directed everything to my husband, which is just icing on the cake. Overall, not bad guys, they just need to be less misleading and pay more attention to the needs of their customers rather than having their own agenda.

He took care of me very well from finding the perfect fit of a car to providing client-first service, to teaching me how to use the car. In a very efficient and timely manner, him and his financial manager, Stewart, went above and beyond to obtain the best rate among other local car dealerships, and to get me approved as a Canadian. O Brien Auto Team has excellent car service and I highly suggest it.

O'Brien Auto Group really did a great job of taking care of me. Rusty was absolutely fantastic. There was no sales pressure, and actually he was very quick to bring up car evaluation sites and such so I could objectively device what were better or worse options.

I would do business there again without question.

My husband went into Subaru on Monday July 20th to look at a jeep wrangler they had for sale. Hey delt with gentleman named Hector who was very helpful but they were not able to agree on a price. After sleeping on it for the night my husband decided he wanted to make the deal work but on Tuesday (the next day) Hector wasn't working so he had to work with a gentleman named Andrew. Andrew and my husband were able to come to a price that worked for both of them, this was perfect and they went through with the process to purchase.

They (Subaru) stated that the replaced the soft top of the wrangler (the 29th of June), changed out the head light, replaced the breaks, replaced the air filter and the oil filter, corrected the ac, replaced the front rotors, replaced the water pump, put in a new clutch, abs module and speed sensors. Which we thought WOW what a great deal with the amount of work they put into it.

Unfortunately due to rain on the day my husbamd went back to purchase the wrangler (and the day before when he test drove it it was raining, go Florida) he was unable to put the top down to make sure it was functioning properly (maybe this was our fault). When he got home he went about his day until I got off work (8pm) to go for a drive with him (the rain had stopped at this point) he wanted to put the top down. In the process of doing this he noticed the the nuckles for the sun rider feature were snapped in half on both sides (pretty dissapointed) the next day he called Subaru of Fort Myers to let them know, they told him he could come in and they would look at it (he was unable to on wednesday due to work so he went in today Thursday the 23rd of July). When he got there they took it back to look at it, once completed they said they wouldn't fix it because they just replaced and assumed that my husband broke it or while he was driving the wind vibrated it enough to break both sides(mind you the replaced it on the 29th of June my husband bought it on the 21st of July. Almost a whole month has passed). Also my husband is very good with vehicles and knows how to put a top down on a wrangler, its not his first rodeo.

If you buy a wrangler from anywhere make sure if its raining they bring it underneath a overhang and have them test it to make sure it works and functions properly. Do this on a brand new jeep too not just a used one.

Its not an expensive fix, my husband went to jeep the same day and bought the parts for $100. Its the principle that Subaru doesn't honor their work or they blame their customers.
